double charge on card, won’t return money, hookers walking all over, management rude and unhelpful, pay for room then they say you did not pay for this room and we must move you (3am) doors don’t LOCK, maint said «they do that, we will look into it «elec. outlets don’t work. staff don’t give you a parking permit, then at 3am they threaten to tow car. had to dispute charge to get money back! staff gives you a florida num. that goes to nowhere. rip off, robbery are the words that come to mind .DONT STAY HERE ! DONT STAY HERE ! DONT STAY HERE. BEWARE

i gave this motel 1 star because theres no option for 0 stars!!! my husband was able to get into CES, so we needed a room for tuesday night, i booked a room here because it was the last cheapest room available and i did not want to pay alot of money because 1 i didnt have alot of money to spend and 2 we werent going to be in the room much other then to sleep. when i checked in the lady up front said she was going to charge my card for the room ($ 39.19) and hold a deposit of $ 25 for the room key, once the room key was returned she would issue a refund on the $ 25, she said the total would be $ 64.19 and thats what she would put on my card. Before leaving the room i decided to check the balance on my card, good thing i did because i noticed they charged me 3 different times! 3 different prices! i got charged (all on the same day, the day i checked in) $ 64.19 (which was what i agreed to for the room fee and key deposit), $ 39.19 (the price of the room itself, but she said my room fee and key deposit would be together), and also $ 44.79 (have no idea where that came from). went to go check out and tell her my problem (same lady was there checking out as when i checked in) i told her i got charged 3 times and even showed her all the charges on my phone. she went to the computer said nothing was showing on her end just the $ 64.19 that she charged me, she said she will refund the $ 25 right now, so she went to her computer to refund me and said she accidentally charged me the $ 25 instead of refunding it so she said ill fix it and it will refund $ 50 (so now i have to wait a few days for my bank to post a $ 25 fee plus the other charges!!!). i booked our room through
so the lady told me to call them to see if they put the charges on (of course they didnt because the charges has the motels name on all of them and i know for a fact
doesnt charge) i called them and thats exactly what they said! so i told the lady and she said theres nothing on her end, i asked to speak to the manager she said she will be in in 2 hours! so i came back 2 hours later, the manager was just as dumb as the other lady and had «no idea» where the charges came from and said there was nothing she could do. called my bank and they are dealing with it now! im so irritated, this place is shady as hell and we will NOT be going back, and i suggest you stay away also! also the tile floor was disgusting, it just felt nasty sticky! and one other thing i forgot to mention to them because i was so irritated was to shred the photocopy they made of mine and my husbands ID and my debit card!!! i have never stayed at a place that has done that!!!

It fulfilled all of our requirements: a cheap place to stay for two nights during new year’s holidays. Staff was friendly in general. Even though the room was small it had everyting we needed. The hotel, although behind from the Luxor, required of us to walk some distance which we never attempted (drive instead to one of the hotels on the strip where you can park for free).

The place is falling apart! I got this through Expedia and was very disappointed. The woman at the front desk was rude, furniture and beds appear to have been collected from the streets or Salvation Army. There’s also the noise coming from the freeway. Stay the ‘freaking’ away from Suites of America.

I booked this motel for a friend that was going to spend one night in town. I have to say that this is a cheap motel but my friend’s room was very clean and the customer service in the front desk was excellent. I wish I could remember the lady’s name that took care of us. We arrived around 5.30p.m on a Tuesday night. The lady was very friendly and her personality was really nice. She is definitely an asset for the company.

I hated everything about this establishment… from the wet carpet to the blood stains in the bathroom. The customer service was horrible… All of the managers on site were rude and in need of customer service classes. The room had mold, blood and any other fluid you could imagine. I wouldn’t let a dead corpse stay here…

The price is great the location is so close to everything and the people at the desk are very friendly and fun. Great time overall. Stayed one night.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars !!! It took 20 minutes just to put us in a room. Some parking lot attendant lurks in the shadows like a creep watching your every move. DONT COME HERE

This place is coming up!!! Yeah it’s cheap, yeah it may not look like much, but for those on a vacation and are on a budget like me and my family. It is safe, has great parking, a pool. FREE WIFI and ONE HECK OF A GREAT STAFF, over he phone and in person Carlotta was so polite and marvelous. She made it easy for us to feel at home as soon as we checked in… So now I’m leaving is review for all of those to read and to see for themselves that good affordable places are still available somewhere here in America !!! God bless this country of ours!!!

My boyfriend and I booked this last minute. We needed a cheap place close to the strip b/​c everything else was booked or way overpriced ($ 300/​night, no thank you!)
It was okay, I suppose. Motel 6 is WAY better. The staff (with the exception of one employee) was not exactly «friendly». While checking in, 3 people told us not to stay here because their A/​C didn’t work. Ours worked just fine.
We saw a roach on the patio of the room as we were unlocking the door which unlocks with a key, not a key card… that was just different haha the inside of the room wasn’t terrible. There was an empty fridge which is what i prefer rather than the fully stocked ones at normal vegas hotels. There was also a microwave, free wifi, and a pool. It was an average of $ 9 cab to the strip.
All in all, I might stay again if it was the last choice possible

I have stayed here on two separate occassions. Up front: it is a cheap@$$ place to stay close to the strip. That means it’s dingy, sketchy, and less than safe after the sun goes down. The clerks were friendly both times – once even charging me less for a room (they charge $ 10 more for a first floor room, and refused my $ 10 when I tried to pay after they mistakenly didn’t charge me the extra fee). The place is a dungeon, but the clerks are nice and you get what you pay for.
Beware of the pale lurker that may or may not be the manager however – I’m not sure, as he never identified himself as such. He watched me suspiciously as I unloaded my truck (DO NOT leave anything in your car here). When I asked what the problem was, he said he was watching to make sure I wasn’t bringing in a dog. Decent customer service and basic human common sense would tell him to be friendly, announce himself, and not watch me from the shadows like a creep. But clearly (from others’ reviews and my own experience) this misanthrope has no people skills and gives zero @#%& about what paying customers think about him or the business.
So don’t stay here. It may be cheap, but that creep of a manager coupled with the sketchiness of the place (I piled up all my luggage in front of the doors, as the lock is flimsy) make this murder-​hotel a ZERO STAR destination. But mostly avoid it because that lurking creep of a manager is a first class A-​Hole.

Run away from here seriously its disgusting and scary. We all felt wierd even walking inside.

1.- Unprofessional front desk, dirty room, blood stain in sofa, human hair all over the room, smells nasty in room, bathroom was dirty, afraid to get an infection, talked to the manager didn’t help, had to leave the place, we lost our money but its better than getting an infection please read reviews before you book in this horrible place.

Why is Expedia allowing tourists to book this roach motel?
First things first. This is a halfway house that charges people to stay there. DANGEROUS
Second. The employees all look like criminals who will rob you.
Lastly this place has been known to cancel reservations if they are busy servicing their normal crackhead clientele.
Yes you heard right. You prepay for a room get there only to be told they don’t see a reservation. Ya sure.
If they cancel your reservation they will be doing you a favor. Sleep in your car it’s safer and likely nicer.

Worst place I have ever stayed out. Dirty. There was blood on the wall. Manager is the biggest asshole I have ever met.

I was looking for a cheap place to stay before I moved to the next hotels on the strip. This was a main event weekend so all the prices of hotels were skyrocket high. I’m sure on a regular week the price of Stay Suites is even cheaper.
I have to say the staff was amazing. It was really not a bad stay, but still would prefer a hotel with a hallway than a motel with a door to the outside. I would stay here again if there was nothing else available.

We have stayed here several times and have never been treated so badly. First on arrival we were told we had to check in through a window on the side of the building in the sun and heat with no shade. We were charged a deposit which we never were before. While paying with credit card. Then on return to the hotel in the middle of the night we were chased down by a man in the parking lot. Who had no identification to show that he was from the hotel, and asked to see our parking pass before we were ever parked. He then watched us park and get out of our car and walk to our room. On calling the office i was informed he was the manager when asked for the general manager i was told he is also the general manager. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Unless you like being harassed by the manager why the prostitute 3doors down gets left alone I suggest you stay at the Howard Johnson or America’s best on the east side of the strip.
I give this hotel 1 star only because I can’t leave a post with no stars.

Of course the 5 star rating is awarded to a low frills motel based solely on the friendliness of staff & the convenience of the clean room with amenities of microwave, refrigerator, TV, shower, pool, parking & location at the best available rate! Carlotta McKeever, Front Office Reception Supervisor, another office staffer, the motel manager & even a custodian all were friendly, helpful & very efficient. The lavender scent in the room is pleasant too! We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone with private transportation & budget minded.

This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve been to a few shady ones. This place charged me $ 200 for three nights, but there were hidden fees everywhere. Early check in fees, a deposit, a $ 106 fee so I can keep my 7 lbs. Chihuahua in a shitty room with tile floors. The room was incredibly small and crammed. The bed was so slanted, that I could physically feel blood rushing to my head when I laid in bed long enough, there was a leak coming from the light fixture in the bathroom, and when I asked the front desk for extra pillows, they said I had to wait for housekeeping to do her rounds, Which she never did by the way. I actually had to go out and purchase my own pillows because the hotel kept blowing me off. Come check out time, I was just so annoyed. But, the icing on the cake was just epic. They charged me $ 20 because of «linen damage» to two towels. Apparently, if you remove makeup using their cheap ass white towels, you owe them $ 10 per towel.
Word to the wise, just because this place looks like the cheapest option for a room semi close to the strip, take my advice and spend a little more on a nice room. You absolutely do not get what you pay for with this place. I will never go back to this hotel. Absolutely terrible.

If a black lady in the bullet proof window gives you the stink eye and threatens to charge you double $$ for towels if you stain them, doesn’t freak you out– then this is truly the place for you.
If you are normal, and it does freak you out. Then stay far away.
charged us $ 67. Way too much. They should have paid us for the stay for the horrifying tramatic experience.
