I’ve only been here once so it’s hard to give a thorough opinion. I looked at the three and a half stars and had to wonder why. Every since I walked in I was instantly greeted, the lined moved very smoothly, the baristas were very friendly and efficient and they delivered my order out when they saw I was relaxing on the couch. Service is a big deal in my opinion and they nailed it. Another big thing is cleanliness. The store looked amazing and super organized. It was like they exprcted me to come in and judge everything lol. I don’t say this often, but great job Starbucks! Thee End.

Way more expensive than your normal Starbucks, but still the same taste. Had to wait a longer than most as my order was messed up.

Possibly the worst Starbucks i have ever been too. Manager speaks over costumer and has about zero knowledge of customer service … Just saying if a customer asks do you have bagels ?? The managers answer should not be «we do not have a toaster». And if you are aware of the issue why not get a toaster…

Way more expensive then you standard Starbucks. Very quick order time and the drink was good. I would go back just for convenience. The staff was really nice and friendly.

I love Starbucks, but I will never visit this one again. It seemed like the perfect place to grab a quick little breakfast before departing Vegas. But first, the lady on the register was surprisingly rude. The lady assigned to heating the sandwiches was even worse. Zero interest in customer service; they were simply there to do a job. But the kicker was that the prices are almost double what you’d expect to pay at a regular store. The bacon gouda sandwiches(they were all out of sausage/cheddar ones & didn’t even feign an apology… just gave me a flat no when I asked) were $ 8 each! There was no indication of that price until they were already rung up. We were shocked that our two sandwiches & two drinks were $ 31. Absolute rip off, especially with so many other Starbucks locations nearby. Do yourself a favor & drive to one of those. This one was truly an awful experience.

Came here to redeem a birthday drink. Elyza was unattentive and rude. Went on to tell me they don’t accept rewards or allow money to be added to Starbucks account to replenish. Then she turned her back on us and proceeded to chat w co-workers…RUDE…I’d take my one star back if I could. She also got my drink wrong. I’m lactose intolerant so I asked for no whip cream. How can they hire someone so incompetent?

Coffee fine, service sucks. Manager meandering around, with no sense of urgency… with over 30 people waiting… ANDONEBARISTA. Must be the most inefficient Starbuvks, of the hundreds I have visited. Waiting 17 minutes still, and no drink…

Horrible customer service! Jacqueline was extremely rude and I think I’m most shocked because never have I been to Starbucks and had such a bad experience. I wish I could zero star I’m so frustrated

Always refreshing! This location is just off the casino floor and very accessible from the sports book or your room.

Glad to find a Starbucks at the hotel but it seems so is everyone else. Longest morning lines I’ve ever seen at any Starbucks. Surprisingly they don’t accept pay by phone here which would help improve wait time. There is some seating though most people are so late by the time they get to order that they don’t have time to sit. If they add another barista or two and accept pay by phone that would certainly boost them up to a 4. A 5 star would require more smiles and personality from the staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bad service, awful staff. Barrista messed up my drink(taste like no coffee in it) and when I nicely told her about it(even apologized that I needed the caffeine boost and I can’t taste any coffee in it) she gave me attitude and rudely gave me a lid after I asked for it. Then when my husband asked for a cup of water, she said they charge for it. I have never been to a Starbucks that charges water. Some branch gives it without issue even if you don’t buy anything that time. We were customers and were told water is not free. Will never go back to this branch.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Such a joke. Double price for coffee and breakfast wraps $ 9!!! Insane. Corporate needs to know about this robbery. Over double in price for everything. Avoid at all cost. Welcome to Vegas everything costs something.

As far as starbucks stores go. this is lowest on service and quality. Np longer a customer, but hear friends and coworkers always complain. . Stood in line for 14 min. .order rudely taken. and it was not close to typical SB qualtiy. poor

This Starbucks sucks. In terms of cleanliness and quality… It’s fine. Standard. But the PRICE. It costs almost as much as eating at a normal breakfast place. Also I just really needed a cup of water and got told it’s $.75 for water. Awesome Starbucks. I will go down the way and eat at an actual restaurant if I am going to pay $ 35 for 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 drinks and some water.

Being a first time guest at The Delano I was ecstatic to learn they had a Starbucks right down stairs. How convenient right?! but, I did not get a chance to read the previous reviews before our visit, but I wish I should have, so I knew what to expect! I am not a huge coffee drinker but accommodated my father downstairs to get his daily caffeine fix. My brother also asked me to get him a drink too, so my dad ordered his and paid using his gold card, then I used my phone(I also had his card saved on my mobile app) to pay for my brothers drink. Moment’s later while waiting for our drinks, I decided to order a green tea lemonade because it was a hot day and a cool drink sounded good! I stood back in line, and brought out my phone again, the same chick that assisted me said«Sorry, you cant use the same card twice, that is our policy here»…Say what now… So how am I supposed to pay? because my dad used the same exact card to pay just a few moments ago, so how are you going to tell me I can’t use the same card?! She then explains its their«policy» but decides to be nice and say«okay I can accept it this time, but we normally can’t!» What the hell!!! This is the FIRST i’ve heard of such nonsense!!! What place of business would basically say no to money?! So I wait at the pick up station and I hear them muttering words to one another while looking at me, so I was staring at them right back and the girl comes over and asks…“can I help you with something?” …Uh yeah!!! I am waiting for my drinks wtf!!! She asks… oh what did you order? WOWREALLY? Ya’ll have the nerve to give me a hard time about using my card twice, then on top of that, don’t even know what I ordered or why I am standing there… WORST«Customer service» I’ve ever received at any Starbucks ever!!!

This Starbucks is pretty slow and unfriendly. I, like someone else, tried to use a free drink that I had earned but they told me they don’t do that. Hmm however you take my money from my Starbucks card. At least try to be emphatic about not accepting my free drink reward, don’t have an attitude. Anyways, if you’re craving Starbucks it’ll do.

Make no mistake– this is the ONLY Starbucks around worth spending money in. ***Located in between Mandalay Bay & the Luxor*** Popped in this morning praying the experience wouldn’t be as big of a missed opportunity as was my visit to the Starbucks next to Kumi’s/Citizen in the restaurant area. The line was healthily long, but the cashier’s whipped through it fairly quickly. I was helped by 2 people who were really great: a gentleman whose name I don’t remember(thanks for the discount! lol) and a gal named Cendy, who was really friendly and sweet. Ordered a grande soy vanilla chai tea latte(perfect!), a pumpkin bread and venti very berry hibiscus tea with passion tea substituted for the water. All great, hit the spot. If I make a Starby’s run tomorrow before heading to the airport, I will go out of my way to patronize this one with the last few dollars and cents Vegas has kindly left in my wallet.

The employees at this location are RUDE! They are so miserable. They don’t even call out your name when your drink is ready. I tried to use my free birthday drink coupon and the girl got bitchy and was like«we aren’t a real Starbucks so we don’t take those.» Well clearly… I would be disturbed if you were a «real» Starbucks. Pass this fake-ass place and go to a «real» Sbux.

WHYSOEXPENSIVE!!! I know the reason why is because of the rent, but damn. I used to work at Starbucks so I know the normal prices at a Starbucks that’s not located on the strip. The 3 stars is not for the service, but for the prices. The staff here was very friendly. They had a good 10 people working which was a shock to me since my store didn’t have that many people working at one time. Everyone was doing something and they made my drink within a couple minutes which was pretty quick. Ordered a simple grande iced coffee, no classic, 2 pumps white mocha. Tasted like how it should have. Great service, but not so friendly prices. When you need coffee though, you need coffee. So the price doesn’t really matter when you are tired! **A plus is that it’s located in between the casino and the convention center so if you are headed to a meeting/convention you can easily stop by here for a drink.

Came by for coffee at the Mandalay Place in front of the Mandalay Bay the other day. The menu articulated that a tall Iced Mocha was $ 4.5, a good $ 1 more than off-strip locations. My receipt stated that I was charged $ 4.75 + tax… since when was coffee taxable?!? M Life was accepted w/Cash or Credit Cards only. …oh my drink was too sweet… eek!
