Fleur by Hubert Keller offers small plates from around the world featuring intense flavors and exotic presentations in a fun, social environment. Beverages at Fleur are a part of the adventure with delicious and exciting cocktails, tableside absinthe service, wine selections from around the world and frozen cocktails prepared tableside with LN2. Can you handle the Feast? Recommended for groups of 6 or larger and totaling up to 50 courses we serve everything on the menu (some restrictions apply). Fleur offers casual seating at the bar, lounge and patio as well as a more intimate experience in our stunning dining room. Parties of up to 30 can be seated in our semi-private cabana area. Trained in France with chefs such as Paul Bocuse and Paul Haeberlin at the L’Auberge de Lill, Chef Hubert Keller was discovered by master of French cuisine Roger Verge, and quickly made chef at Moulin de Mougins on the French Riviera. After moving to America, Keller’s reputation grew as he built one of San Francisco’s finest restaurants, Fleur de Lys. Opening a second restaurant in Vegas, which has been called «hands down the best fine dining in Las Vegas» by Bön Appétit, With his new ventrue Fleur as well as The Burger Bar, Hubert Keller definitely merits the spotlight of both his books and PBS television shows.
