Staff was extremely rude!!! Be careful my daughter got food poisoning from this location!!! Expensive !!! Starbucks did reimburse me though.

Service and selection is standard Starbucks, but they get one star for being more than twice as expensive as a location outside of the casino. Blatant price gouging of conference attendees at Mandalay Bay. I’m sure this location isn’t corporate owned(most likely the casino runs it) so I can only ding this site — Starbucks in general is great.

BECAREFUL!!! Make sure you get a receipt when you purchase paying with a mobile app! I ordered a quad shot of espresso & toasted bagel w/cream cheese, they charged $ 12.43 on mobile app. My friend noticed that the charges didn’t get updated right away on her account, she thought that was weird but considering they don’t have the beta order we thought they were behind on technology and slow. BECAREFUL!!!

Honestly, I’m just glad that they serve the breakfast sandwiches here now! Line is always long, that’s the worst part!

Standard. Poor haggard ladies working there & the crowds are unweildy We chose 2 Flat Whites & a Tazo Tea. Easy enough & all 3 were delivered quickly & needed no dressing up Prices were better than what we found at Orchid Lounge but they’re still SBux prices so be ready to fork over your winnings

Terrible. I visit Starbucks everyday and this is by far the absolute worst. Coffee tastes burnt and good luck trying to get someone to fix it. Slow lines, high prices, bad quality.

I went here to get tazo tea and a slice of banana nut bread. All of that cost me 9 bucks. I have to look at the receipt maybe there was a mistake. No mistake there, the bottle of tea cost 4 bucks already &3.95 for the banana nut bread. I have read also previous review about this place. And they are expensive but then again what do you expect its in Mandalay bay. Renting the spot is probably expensive they have to get there revenue somewhere. Just be prepared to pay more here if you wanted a cup of coffee. That’s my two cents.

I waited in line for 25 minutes, got a fresh fruit cup that was under ripe fruit with zero taste and a tea(unflavored) and was charged $ 17. Unbelievable that they can get away with this!

Great service. Even provided my husband with a newly heated breakfast sandwich when the original one he was given was still cold. Went here twice and the first visit, the chai tea I ordered tasted weak.

Ok I know it’s in a resort and prices are higher but today after a long wait in line I was charged for syrup in my iced coffee even though it was suppose to be included. I also asked for some hot water and that was a separate charge of 50 cents. They don’t have scanner for your Starbucks app so they take info and it comes off later. I didn’t ask for receipt and wasn’t offered one so I didn’t know I was overcharged. When I realized it later Anita offered to take care of it but again I waited in line when I went down. The drink was ok and later had another we’re it seemed bitter. Mine are always iced. Issue may be truly volume. Convention here so very busy. They seem to be overwhelmed they did smile. Side note Porschay was a delight and Anita made the situation right!!!

This store totally sucks. Regular tell(small) coffee charge $ 3, and not refillable. The store days it’s own by hotel, not Starbucks. WTF, they put Starbucks logo mark, and not follow Starbucks policy. $ 3 for small coffee with no refill, I will never go this store again, never. By the way, $ 4 ice coffee with ¾ full of ice, also not refillable.

Oh Starbucks– I keep coming back to you like an old lover; expecting things to change, to be better, they way they used to be. I so desperately craved a freshly brewed cup of medium roast with steamed milk and frothy foam and a couple pumps of caramel sauce to sweeten it up a little. The disappointment was real. Coffee didn’t taste fresh; was a little bitter with a stale after taste. The milk was ok. Didn’t taste the caramel. The drinks came quick enough. The location really wasn’t the problem; the freshness of the brewed coffee was. From now, I’ll stick to chai lattes or teas from this chain

Overpriced in comparison to a regular Starbucks and unfriendly employees to make it even more special.

Probably the most expensive Starbucks I’ve ever seen, compared to the other resorts on the strip! I will give this one additional star since the staff was friendly and they do accept Starbucks Cards.

A Starbucks shop inside Mandalay Bay go figure only in Vegas. I am a big coffee drinker. Like most people, I love to have that first cup of coffee in the morning to get me going. But I also like to have a cup in the evening sometimes as well. We are not limited to the same old coffee flavors anymore; in recent years there has been a real jump in the numbers and kinds of flavored coffees available. I think that the best selection of flavored coffee can be found at Starbucks, which has become one of the best-known coffee brands in the United States. Of course, their reputation was built on their quaint little coffee shops. Unfortunately, these shops are limited in number, and many of us have to settle for a tiny coffee bar in our local Barnes and Noble store. The company has recognized the value of its’ brand, and has branched out by selling their product at major grocery stores and on the Internet. Starbucks online is a nifty place to shop for this unique Seattle product, whether for yourself or for gifts. i really enjoy going to this Starbucks. The barista women there were so friendly and they definitely acted like they actually cared about how my day was going. We had casual chit chat ask where i am from and the service was very quick and above average. The drink mocha frap no whip was prepared exactly like i asked.

They were understaffed for a Sunday morning. There were 16 people in line and they only had one person at the register. This is the management’s fault, though, not the employees’ fault. The(expensive! at least $ 1 above regular Starbucks prices) drinks came out fairly quickly after we ordered since there were two people making drinks. The layout and look of the store was nice, but there was trash on the ground and a bunch of crumbs on a few tables. which was not pleasant to see right before leaving Vegas. :(

Oh, this Starbucks isn’t all that bad. It’s huge. Lots of comfy seating. The staff is nice. They do charge a little bit more. It’s in a casino. But they charge more at the airport, too, where you probably need it most. Life goes on. I’m pleased that they take a Starbucks card. It pisses me off when casino Starbucks, like the one in the Golden Nugget, won’t take the card. The damn card is the only reason why I go to Starbucks instead of going out of my way for better coffee. This location is crazy efficient, too. A little better in my experience than the one by the convention center. It’s a good option while in Mandalay Bay.
