St Clair Apartments

I’ve lived at St. Clair for two years and have enjoyed it very much. Renewing my lease was not a difficult task and Emily was upfront about any increases to my rent. The property is neat, clean, and well maintained. Brett and Emily are great at what they do for the property. If I had any issues in my apartment, they made sure that it was taken care of in a timely manner. Also, maintenance was always helpful and fixed all the issues I had. Living at St. Clair was a great experience knowing that I was being taken care of and treated well. Thanks St. Clair for two great years!

Went apartment shopping and although their rents were a little out of our desired budget, i must say after a bunch of bad leasing agent encounters it was utmost refreshing to be greeted with a staff full of smiles. Everyone in the office was just so warm, we felt very comfortable. We were taken on a thorough tour, the floor plans were spacious and the grounds seemed very well taken care of and the info given esp. with move in costs, fees was very clear. Should things change in the future as far as finance we will definitely revisit St. Clair. Make sure you ask for Amelia (but she said call her Emily!)

After a horrible experience with another company finding St Clair was a true miracle and a blessing. Emily and Bret were absolutely fantastic in our transition moving in. The apartment had fresh carpet and the ceiling fans were new. Every time something is in need of repairs or simply a little maintenance the team is very fast to fix it. We love it here! The pool area makes you feel like you are on vacation and the complex is very quiet. We have lived here for two years hopefully we will stay 2 more.

I moved here site unseen and loved it. Emily was an amazing asset in helping me get everything figured out. I felt very safe as a single female. Loved the pool, gym is basic but very nice. The whole staff was always incredibly attentive & helpful! Good location close to shopping & restaurants and easily accessible to the highway which makes getting anywhere in Vegas easy.

Apartments are a tad old, but have great space and are well maintained. Emily from the office is top notch and is a tremendous asset to the company and the community.

I called so many apartment offices for rates & no one really cared to help me. When I called St. Claire, I spoke to Emily Hy! She was the best ever! Great customer service! She really took her time to help me. She took my number and actually called me back! I was looking for a certain location with good rates and a decent neighborhood! I love that fact that she took her time in doing that and got out of her way just to give me information on what I was looking for. So I thank you for that Emily! I really wish people /​workers would be just like you with your customer service!

St Clair have been a great home. I initially decided to move there after talking to Emily at the front office, she was very sweet and helpful and I knew I will be in great hands, I was right!
When I originally moved in some things weren’t ready at the apartment as I moved in on a short notice. I was a bit frustrated at first but Brett the manager assured me everything will be done to my highest satisfaction, which they did, they took care of every detail. I can never say everything was always perfect, anywhere you will live things will happen, But Brett always told me for as long as I stayed there «My highest goal is for you to be happy, what would you need?». I felt well taken care of and my stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. It really felt warm like home with Brett and Emily as an extended family looking after you. I expressed to them I loved things very quiet and they made sure the neighbors below me will be just that.
I lived in the 2 br 2 bath apartment, LOTS of windows which I loved, very cute layout and isolated master bedroom which was heaven. A lot of privacy and Great prices for what you get.
Due to relocation I had to move out a year and a half later. Move out was easy and smooth.

If you are relocating to Vegas from elsewhere and not sure about location or don’t know Vegas well, know this is a prime location. Walking distance from a huge shopping center and businesses like walmart, Ross, Lowe’s, Startbucks, car shops etc. 2 Minutes from freeway (215), 10 – 15 minutes drive to Las Vegas Strip, super close to Summerlin, easy access to Henderson.

I love my apartment!!! i moved into the upstairs 2 bed 2 bath and they are darling. Lots of windows! pool is great and HUGE, gym could be a little upgraded but nonetheless nice enough. Emily helped me with my apartment, so pleasant and polite. Pretty Happy With maintenance as well my only complaint is every now and again i will see dog poop around that inconsiderate neighbors do not pick up ! but other than that i am satisfied with my place and will highly recommend it!

The loft like layouts and the amount of light my unit had was why I moved there. Unlike any other place I’ve seen in Vegas St. Clairs would be the only place in NV I would call home again. The pool and gym were all top notch.

By far, the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I loved it there.
If I ever decide to settle down and stop bouncing around the country like some kind of crazy gypsy, I’d go back in a heartbeat. I still consider this place to be home.

I would not want to be anywhere else in the world. Great prices, great layouts, great pool, great gym, and great neighbors. If that wasn’t enough, the girls that work in the front office are soo good to me, very helpful, diligent, thorough, and they also just happen to be bangin’!!! What I would give for a night with the St. Clair twins. I know there can only be 1 «Babe of the Year» but these two tie for first place for 2012 and beyond. They always have fresh baked cookies and two beautiful smiles to help wash them down. They even got jokes! I have lived in a lot of places, but St. Clair is by far the best and most pleasant. If I am lucky, I might get to die here :) I highly recommend, happy hunting.
