I will go out of my way for my shipping and Mail needs. Every time I have stopped in for something I have been completely blown away by how helpful and considerate everyone was. Absolutely stellar customer service!

I made the mistake of trying to upgrade my computer myself with a disc provided by the manufacturer and I basically killed it. Not matter what I tried as far as recovery, etc., nothing was working. I called a couple places to get estimates on repair but their quotes included minimums and not even a free diagnostic. Before I threw in the towel and invested in a new computer I checked Unilocal and Tech Mail came up. They offer a free diagnostic so I too it Saturday afternoon and spoke with Mitch. He quickly determined the problem and solution and quoted a more than reasonable price. He called to let me know it was ready the next day. It’s like I have a new computer. Mitch installed my printer, scanner and Netgear so once home I plugged it in and was ready to go.
Tech Mail also sells computers, ink and refills, offers internet at $ 3 for 30 minutes, notary, mailbox rentals and other services.
ETA: I received a phone call a few days after I picked up my computer to verify everything was working correctly and I was happy with the outcome.

I come here for all my shipping needs. They are awesome. Come here to avoid the long lines at the post office! I’m always in and out of here in minutes.

I started getting my printer ink refilled here a while back. They are fast and friendly. My husband had a virus on his laptop and they had it fixed the next day. They recommended increasing the memory for a very reasonable price. I love the great customer service and their great prices!

I went here to get some documents notarized. The staff is super friendly and very meticulous about their work. I had to leave them a nice review for their great customer service!

Went in to get a mailbox and they were quick to help me out. The rates are reasonable and their service is outstanding! They made me feel welcomed and were extremely kind. Customer service at its greatest.

Fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. I found myself wanting to purchase other services because their rates for labor and gear were cheap. I teach computers and wish I had all the testing equipment they had. Smart people, cheap prices, I will return if any other hardware gets damaged.

Great family owned business! They will treat you very fair. By this I mean they don’t look to gouge you. They try and help you find the most economical way to do whatever you need done. My husband and I wish we found Tech Mail years ago! The entire staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. We get all of our new computers set up and serviced here and they always get them up in running in no time. They are honest, reliable, and their rates for the quality of service is phenomenal. My coworker, Tiffany talked highly of this place after I mentioned how my beloved computer stopped working. I took her recommendation and went here the next day in hopes they could save my computer & bring it back to life.
This business is located on S. Fort Apache Rd., on your right side, just passed W, Hacienda Ave. The first time I came here the staff was very helpful in looking up the part my computer needed. One of the staff member special ordered the new power supply, since my computer is a Shuttle & it isn’t used much these days. The part came in quick & in a few days my computer was ready to pick up. I was overjoyed when they called me :) When I picked it up, I felt like how you would pick up your dog from the vet after a few days of hospital stay from being sick. My heart was racing. This self built computer means the world to me. One Christmas, a very long time ago, I watched my boyfriend built computers for his clients, but he also did it, because he enjoyed it. One night, he asked me what I would like for Christmas & for some reason after witnessing the joy that it gave him in building one. I asked if he could build me one. His eyes lit up like a Christmas tree & asked if I wanted a cute one or mean one. Cute one!!! And that’s how my Shuttle came about. Life turns on you when you least expect it & sadly, that was the last thing he made for me before cancer took his life.
I cried walking out of this place with my Shuttle fixed & working like new. Having the thought that it might not ever work again troubled my heart.
Over a year later, I swear I wasn’t surfing anything naughty. I swear! I was reading reviews on the new Iphone 7 specs & out of nowhere my computer froze. I restarted it, but it gave me a black screen with an error message of the file is missing or corrupted, please add the file to start your computer. I took it in the next day & Tae helped me with what could be wrong with it & advise me to install a newer version of Windows while backing up all my data. I agreed & he called me the very next day to let me know my computer was ready to pick up. Tae took the time to go over everything he did, made sure my sound worked, showed me how to clean, defragment, and use my new home version Windows 7. After work that same day, I realized my wireless network wasn’t connecting at all. I became restless. I tried numerous attempts to fix it myself, but frustration got the best of me & I wanted to rip my forehead open with my nails. I calmly took a breath, shut off my computer, & headed straight to my freezer. Opened and threw the lid in the kitchen sink and ate half a carton of Pistachio Gelato. Cooled me off. The next morning I called Tae to see what the problem was. He didn’t know I had a wireless adapter. told me to bring it back & he’ll fix it for me. I had to work that day & he said no worries we’re open 7 days a week come anytime.
I went there before work on Sunday. yes they’re open on Sunday! Chuck assisted me right away when I walked in. A few minutes later, Tommy came in and took over. He was expeditious and updated my netgear as well as my printer software to have it function properly. Even gave me a tip on photo editing software that is similar to my outdated one. I went home relieved and happy to have it finally fixed.
I hooked everything back into my Shuttle & now it’s asking for a username & password. I called Tommy & he talked me through it until he knew someone had to come to my house to get it fixed. He said it’s something really simple, glitch somewhere that just needed to be tweaked. He asked how far I was to the store & said he can send a staff or himself. In less than 30 mins. he was at my doorstep. Now that’s going above & beyond in guest service.
It fascinates me how well someone knows about technology. Pure Genius. I couldn’t even recall all the steps he went through. It only took a minute to get it working and I was mortified when my Mom came out in her bra and panties walking like Bigfoot. She paused and stared at Tommy, thinking it was my Brother playing a joke and surprising her. I told her the computer guy is stopping by, but she misinterpreted that I was going to stop by there. I stood still, acting like I’m listening to Tommy explain what I need to do, but I was giving my Mom the «WTF you crazy, put on some freakin’ clothes!!!» look. I even motioned my lips to get the heck out of here. I’m damn sure he saw her, but kept his composure.
Now my Shuttle is working like brand new. No more having to refresh my wireless adapter and wait a few minutes to connect to the Internet. Once I press a key button to wake my computer up, it’s internet ready and FAST! So happy :) It feels real good to know you’re well taken care of here. They also have free boxes for shipping, mail box rent, ink cartridges, passport photos, notary public, color & B/​W copies, video tape to DVD, fax, & so much more! Again, thank you for bringing my computer back to life!

They don’t work on printers, only computers (and maybe network issues), but Chuck was extremely nice and tried to help over the phone anyway. Even though he identified that I wasn’t a viable customer, he talked me through some options and ideas of how to fix my printer problem.

Bought 6 ink cartridges today. When I went to install them hours later, two were liquid. Called but didn’t realize they were closed. The phone was answered and I was told to come on in now for an exchange. I was very impressed. No hassle. Highly recommend this store.

Best of the Best. They are honest and diligent people. They do the job timely. The friendly customer service is always appreciated. I recommend this place to everyone and always hear positive comments back about this place. So lucky to have a computer repair store where I can totally trust.

Went to Tech Mail 4÷7÷15 with my 10 year old Pentium whatever for the first time since they built it for me. It was having problems uploading, downloading, going online, etc. After teasing me for a minute or 2 regarding the age & outdated software/​programs & determining it was time for a new computer (after some simple questioning regarding use) Mitch selected what he thought would be a good fit for my needs.
Today (4÷8÷15) picked up my new toy. Mitch had loaded all my photos (thousands) into the new one as well as some programs & documents I needed. Got it home & hooked it up.
WOW!!! How I was using the old one is beyond me.
Okay, I know it’s new but seriously… booted right up, got online in seconds & changed settings to my preferences.
If this computer lasts half as long as my old one it will owe me nothing. My old pc comes out to about thirty odd dollars a year. Prices are really low for the quality. Prices for service are just right. They always fix it right the first time.
Tech Mail has also repaired a laptop (while I waited) & all of our shop computers (1 repair, 3 updated) within 1 day.
Always pleasant, courteous & professional. Nothing that they can’t fix so far. And always willing to help you install software.
There is a reason these guys have been here so long & I am so happy I found them.

Came to Tech Mail after a stupid issue of my brand new built computer not starting. I was worried I had static or shorted my system, so I called in to have it checked out to be safe. I was really glad to hear that they do free diagnostics. Turned out you just cant boot a computer with HDMI on its first boot, so I ended up buying a DVI converter. I don’t remember the exact price of the DVI converter but it was really expensive from what I could remember (something like $ 15). I called my buddy in Cali who also does IT and he says those things normally cost somewhere between $ 4 – 5. I kinda knew I was being ripped off with the converter, but I got it anyways to support them since the diagnostic was free.
I came in again another day since my desktop needed a wireless USB since my router is really far from where my set up is. The wireless USB was priced at $ 35. I was so skeptical about the first purchase that I didn’t buy it this time. Went down to Walmart and bought the same thing at the same price (which I 100% regret).
All in all, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the pricing can be odd, but I want to say that most of it is fairly priced. I normally don’t have many tech issues since I’m a pretty tech savvy guy, but if I were to recommend a place to anyone, Tech Mail is pretty good with their services.

Every time I go to this place, everyone is so friendly, nice and helpful. I hardly ever have to wait for service and they explain everything to you in simple terms not in tech terms so I can understand lol. I just ran in to get my color ink refilled and bought black ink. I didn’t even know they were testing my color ink and they guy say you have plenty of color ink. They are not only efficient and thorough they are by all mean honest and that is why I keep coming back here.

We literally have a computer graveyard in our garage at least 5 desktops, countless laptops and an iPad (SMH)…we didn’t want to buy anymore so we decided to fix two laptops… hubs did a DIY replacing the screen to one himself…(he did a pretty good job!) the other laptop needed the adapter plug thingy fixed (I’m sooo not a techy). We are still pretty brand new to Las Vegas so we don’t have any go to people to handle things like this. Hubs dropped the kids off at a nearby school and found this place… Well let me tell ya… they did a mighty fine job fixing it and debugging our laptop! They also added some software that works pretty awesome at keeping our laptop virus free :) They definitely know their stuff! I encourage you to bring your laptops and computers here to get fixed! Check-​in and they might have an awesome deal available for you too!
