Our company is honored to be serving the Las Vegas Valley for so many years. We were one of the first companies in town that offered our kind of exceptional floor cleaning and restoration services. I highly recommend this company! I just moved into a home that has Travertine tile in the living room, kitchen, hallway and bathrooms… it was clearly not take care of by the previous owner of the home. The floor had no shine, several holes here and there, and many spills of some kind. The guys at Silver State Floor Restoration made what looked impossible, POSSIBLE! The holes were filled to match the flooring, the spill stains are gone, and the floor is so shiny you’d think it was wet… My floors look brand new! I was lucky to have a coupon which included my kitchen countertops to be restored as well for free and they look great as well. The guys were very nice, professional, and informative of all the steps that would be taken to get the job done. They were also courteous enough to put all my furniture back in its place so I wouldn’t have to do all the lifting. ASK FOR SHLOMI… him and his crew will take care of you!

CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW:
After experiencing problems with brand new granite installed in a new home in Las Vegas, I called Silver Slate Floor Restoration for an opinion and estimate to resolve the problems myself. I called after hours to make an appointment and left a message. I received a returned call very quickly and made the appointment. The gentleman on the telephone was very friendly and professional.
On the appointment day, the employee was prompt. He pointed out additional installation problems with the granite and indicated it would be expensive to repair. The employee suggested I continue to deal with the home builder, and I agreed. The employee also documented the granite imperfections, poor installation issues, and his opinion that the repair efforts by the home builder’s contractor actually made matters worse.
Although I did not receive any services from Silver State Floor Restoration beyond the estimate and consultation, they are clearly upfront and professional. I will definitely reach out to them when in need of surfacing services.

Silver state floor restoration was great from start to finish the tech Jon that come to our home for the estimate was back to do the work as well witch was very important for my wife. our floor never looked like that before. It’s so clean and shiny we just love it. our maid service say that now it’s so much to keep clean and to mop it .we have been in Las Vegas for 20 years and it’s so hard to find good service company so I had to give them 5 stars so everyone will know

I couldn’t believe how my floor transformed, and all this time I thought it couldn’t look better, I went to my local home improvement store and was told to use some product called glow something to get my floors shine, good thing I called for an estimate before I did anything myself and was advise from the technician that that’s the worse you could do to a floor, he said that’s a type of wax that makes it have a fake shine, after some research I found out it was true.
Later I decided to have silver state come and restore my floor and I was amazed with the results, looks great, feels great, felt comfortable with the technicians around my house, I will use them again if I ever need their services.

Shlomi was amazing! I called Silver State Floor Restoration to give me a quote and Shlomi came in and fixed the cocking around my Bar free of charge! He did excellent work and was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be calling them again for future repairs.

Wow, talk about getting bamboozled. We are new to having stone in our house, so when we got a quote for this company to fix etching on our marble, we did it, but knew it was more than what we wanted to pay. We scheduled, we wanted those horrible spots to go away. Noted, they showed up late for the estimate and for the appointment, but did call each time. We just felt for the value vs. the project, it was too much. One of the guys did point out several things in our house that were done wrong initially or needed attention, but since they were here, we’ve looked online and seen that much of the «sealing» or work that they wanted in excess of $ 2500 to do would cost us much much less to do ourselves and we can purchase professional grade products with very high reviews online. I would just recommend that anyone get several quotes (duh, I can’t believe we didn’t do this for this project) when dealing with company. They seem to know all about stone, grout, and caulking, but I couldn’t help but feel up-​sold with the whole experience. I want someone who is competent AND fair AND trustworthy, not someone who is competent and I can’t trust.

UPDATE to my original review which was posted below… I have been contacted by the company in early 2015. They stated that the person who gave me a hard time was fired after numerous negative complaints about him. They offered what I feel is their most sincere apologies, which I accepted. So I am changing my review rating from one to three stars. If I use them again I will edit my review rating accordingly. Thank you
Original review… I’m a bit baffled… I’ve read all the glowing reviews about this company and have to think it was somewhat rigged. My experience was horrible. I wouldn’t even let them near my floor after they did a «demo». They basically put wax over my dirty tiles. I could have done this with a bottle of floor shine at Walmart. I was to pay them to chemically clean and lacquer my Mexican tile floor. When I told the field supervisor «Joshua» that I need to see what the results would be one at least one tile cleaned and polished, he rudely said, «we’ve been doing this for 20 years and are not going to jump through hoops for you.» I couldn’t believe my ears. What a rude jackass. Anyway I’m looking for a better company where at least the employees have some basic manners.
