Shane helped me get my house and he guided me from the start till the end with professionalism. I wasn’t the most qualified buyer but Shane helped me each step of the way whenever there were obstacles. He also has a vast network of connections that helped me get approved whether it’d be lenders, new home consultation, or helping me with credit. The whole buying process was gruesome due to tight lending procedures but Shane was able to help me get through it all. He was available to answer my questions even during late evenings due to my concerns and I am very thankful for his expertise in handling all my situations. Also Shane will look out for your best interest, not his best interest. Bottom line, without Shane, I doubt I would have been able to purchase my house. My recommendation to anyone who is not the typical well qualified buyer, give Shane a try. I was not a well qualified buyer, yet Shane made it work!

Talk about experience mr. Nguyen has been doing this for over 20 years. He knows Las Vegas like no other agent in his field. I like how he’s always available to answer all my text and emails 24 – 7.
Mr. Nguyen is very patient with our home buying process. We still haven’t found the home that we liked yet but he still treats us like we are his only customers which we all know that’s not true.
His marketing and networking skills are amazing all of my family members and church members have used him in the past and he is a man of his words. What he says he does !!

I worked with Shane Nguyen after inquiring about a property in Summerlin. He promptly contacted me and we were off on our weekend house hunting expeditions.
I had been seeking houses for about 2 months with a number of realtors without much success. Shane has showed me a couple of properties and payed attention to my comments. At this point we were about two weeks into looking at various houses and still no luck on anything I would jump on.
Then out-​of-​the-​blue Shane suggested a property that was slightly off criteria but was exactly what I wanted. BOOOOOOOM goes the dynamite.
