When I woke up the morning of the day I came into the shop, I woke up to my drivers window shattered and my radio stolen from my car, so as you can tell, my day did not start off ideally and I was in a horrible mood. I called ahead and right off the bat, Ash was joking around with me and it cheered me up somewhat. I wasn’t happy about the drive I had to make out there but that isn’t their fault, I chose to go here and I couldn’t have been happier. They are quick, efficient, affordable (I am a college student so I know affordable when I see it lol) and extremely personable. They brought me out into the shop to make sure I was completely aware of damages to my vehicle prior to the repair. You can tell that the owner is so passionate about his business and truly cares about his customers. He is super funny so when you get there, prepare to laugh. My mood went from horrible to back to my cheery self just by visiting a glass repair shop. WHO KNEW?! I will definitely be returning for any more glass work that may be needed in the future. If you need work done, GO HERE!!!

Ash rescued us when the truck was broken into at the Hampton Inn Summerlin. Some dirty bas#@$d shattered the passenger window and stole stuff. Called around and Ash was definitely worth the trip to get it fixed. good price and excellent service. Highly recommend this company.

Saw the ratings and called with a difficult center slider glass on my F150 that had been broken into. Told me he might be able to get a used one but to bring it down. Called other places went as high as $ 455 for window installed. Went there showed me the options (no used one available) Happy with results went with a single pane across the back since i had never opened tgat slider in the 7 years i have owned truck. Great price. Definitely recommend and will come back for all glass needs. Owner Ash is exceptional!

Something hit my windshield as I was driving on the freeway. A crack smaller than a dollar bill turned into a crack more than a foot long within 2 hours.
I called around to get quotes for a replacement and Secured Auto Glass was by far the cheapest and they were able to get me in ASAP.
Ash was so professional, honest, and made me feel at ease while I was waiting for my car. They were finished replacing my windshield within 45 min, at an affordable price, and there was a cute dog and a TV that made the time pass quickly.

Once upon a time my car was broken into and my entire front passenger window was in pieces. I depended on Unilocal to help me figure out what to do next because I cannot be driving around with all those mini shards of glasses all over my car and I thank all the wonderful reviews for guiding me here!
This place was actually the first one I called and a very nice man answered the phone and quoted me $ 139 for same day service and if I do decide to go there, just to give him a heads up so he can order the glass window. Called a couple more places that was closer to where I live and had decent ratings on Unilocal but I was so surprised to hear that fixing that glass can even range up to $ 260 and its not for the same day service! So of course I had to give this place a call back and come here since I do not have hundreds to just give away and I did not mind the 40 minute drive with my one open window. ;)
Store itself was simple and clean with cute uplifting words and a cute little shitzu that would hang around the lobby if he was in the mood to play! Of course it was just my bad timing that I came in at a busy time where there were 3 other cars ahead of me so I kinda felt bad since the owner himself does everything from answering the phones to changing the windows and cleaning up. Mr. Ash was really sweet and friendly despite being busy.
I was serious when I said there were so much glass shards in my car and I felt so bad that I didn’t know what to do or how to clean it up so I just left it to Mr. Ash. and when they were done with the process, my car looked brand new on the inside after he and his assistant cleaned it with no glass anywhere. The window was perfect again and it was only an hour wait, which honestly is not long at all.
I highly recommend this place more than anywhere else. Save your time and money and just call here if you ever need any of your glass window fixed! It’s a very honest and reputable business that should be recognized more. And sorry my review was long hehe. :)

These guys were awesome. Ash not only quoted me a great price, he was professional and prompt. In and out under a hour and they had my glass there, as I called them an hour prior telling them I was coming. These guys are legit if you are looking to repair /​replace glass in your car!

This place is absolutely fantastic, fabulous, honest and welcoming to everyone. They really take the time to handle your vehicle with kid gloves. Also the wonderful man at the counter really cares about you and is very compassionate. No quotes over the phone but an actual look see to see the actual issue is. I am grateful for honest people like these. I recommend them for power window, window tint, broken glass on your vehicle as well. Also can recommend honest people for things they can not do.

Same day appointment… very affordable and professional. They got to work right away on my window replacement and before I knew it, it was done!

I called around for a quote on having my windshield replaced and this shop, by far, gave the best price. No appointment was needed. Factoring in the time it took my windshield to be delivered to the shop along with labor I’d say I was on the road with a beautiful new windshield within ONE HOUR. AMAZING SERVICE! Granted there was no one ahead of me when I arrived (thankfully) but I’d argue their work time and quotes outrank all of the other shops.
ALSO: after paying, Ash (the owner) assured me that if I wasn’t satisfied with any part of the work over the next few days to simply bring my car back in and he’d take care of it. He’s clearly a very thoughtful and upstanding business owner as well as craftsman. This is the place to go! :)

What a wonderful company that truly cares about the safety of their customers. A few months back, I had a huge crack in my window. I called in for a quote and was asked why I sounded so sad (HAHA!) I told him that I was scared of how much it would cost, he then told me not to be so sad about it and then gave me a very reasonable price to replace my window! I went in on a Saturday Morning at 9am and was out of there by 9:45am. These guys are the best of the best and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Gotta love and support the small businesses of Las Vegas too! 5 stars all the way. Thank you!

I highly recommend this business! Driving around town, running errands… and something hits my windshield… HARD! It didn’t just leave a mark — it cracked my windshield nearly in half! Needless to say, I was not happy. I, now, needed to replace my windshield. I called around, to a few reputable places in town, and this location beat the other estimates by $ 50! But wait, that’s not all! They were able to take my car later that day… I’m not done… the service was fast, efficient, and the staff was personable too! Also, they inform you of what they’re doing & why! I feel so fortunate to have found such an honest & efficient repair shop… at the best price in town! Again, I highly recommend this shop !

I got 2 quotes before a friend recommended this place. They quoted $ 90 lower than the other 2! I was in and out shortly after making the initial call. Unbelievable customer service, and very clean restroom. They even handed me $ 5 from under my seat!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said about this place. This is my third visit here and I’ve gotten the same exact service each time. Customer Service here is what it should be, courteous, honest, efficient and knowledgeable.
They offer you every available option and will price match. Though I haven’t found a cheaper place or company yet. They guarantee they’re work and they do very good work. They offer options of new or used glass, I’ve always gotten the used glass because to be honest there is no difference. When they use used glass they make sure the glass doesn’t have any blemished, cracks, or anything that would actually makes it look used. The used price is significantly lower.
They never try to ‘up-​sell’ you. The shop is always maintained in a very clean and professional manner and I’m always in and out of there quick enough to do it during my lunch hour including travel time. FYI I do get an hour for lunch.
So far they’ve had every glass/​window I’ve needed in stock. Even the rear passenger window of a 2000 Dodge Dakota WITH the factory tint on it already.
Very efficient, cost effective, fast, and courteous professional service.
I’ll keep going to this place for as long as they’re there.

The shop was clean, parking was easy. The service was excellent; even with the phone ringing off the hook. There is a comfortable waiting room if you have to wait. I felt acknowleged. (My pet peeve is a business that doesn’t greet you when you come through the doors.)
My drivers side window was broken and the part had to be ordered. I tried to get by on a used part but when it arrived, the quality was lacking. Ash honored his price quote even though he had to purchase a new a part for the window mechanism. If all business was ran this way, there would be no need to advertise because word of mouth is the best advertisement.

My front windshield got cracked by a rock kicked up from the road. I got a bunch of estimates and this was $ 100 cheaper then the next best estimate. I told them I would come in the next day, but then my plans changed and I just came in the same day no appointment. They had me out of there in less than an hour and no surprise charges … I got it at the price they quoted me (no extra fees and the quote included tax). The windshield they installed seems to be doing the job … no wind in my eyes.
The owner was a pleasant fellow.
While I wish they had not tuned my radio to a Christian Radio Station, I guess that’s not a bad price to pay for $ 100 in savings.
