This place is absolutely amazing. I went in to have some things fixed from Cutie Nail Salon after a disastrous visit there. Mary, Tweety, and Kim were amazing and so attentive. The salon itself is beautiful, the staff is well dressed and incredibly polite, and they take pride in their work. Mary fixed my nails so good that you literally cannot tell that they aren’t my nails, and I chose a clear Polish. Kim gave me the most delicious pedicure ever. Massaged my legs and feet 3 different times during the pedicure and kept coming by to apply lotion as my nails were getting done. I will never go anywhere else and will make sure everyone I know that goes to a salon knows about this place, bravo Royal!

Just got my nails done with Peter and Tweety for the first time and these are they best nails iv EVER had! Iv tried so many places and have never been fully satisfied… untill now lol Tweety put a full set on me and shaped them beautifully and Peter colored and decorated them exactly how I wanted. They best costumer service and the best looking nails iv ever experienced. I can not wait to go back. Thank you so much Tweety and Peter for being so amazing!

I have tried this place multiple times mostly because it is very close to my home. The service is Terrible. Dont walk in without an appointment. I have NEVER went with less than an hour wait but they tell me it will be a few minutes. Most of the time they tell me to come back later. Once they put me in a pedi chair and left me there for 30 minutes in cold water, at which time I got up and left. It’s not that they are overly busy-​just don’t have many people working. Eyebrow/​lip wax is on their list of services but routinely they tell me no one is available to do it. I think I’ll move on to a place interested in providing service to their customers!

Tweety is amazing at what she does! It would be 5 stars cuz she’s so good. BUT… I stopped going here because I always made appointments and they would serve walk-​ins in my slot or double book.
I had a friend come into town and made her a nail appointment with tweety a week in advance and when we got there for the appointment she had to wait 15 – 20 min because Tweety was busy. The. This happened to me the next 3 – 4 times I went to get my nails done. The last time I had an appointment at noon… Showed up at 11:55 and she told me she took a walk in because I was late and told me to come back around 2:30. That was my last time there.

Let me first of all start by saying the pedicures here are amazing. You receive a full massage with hot stones and a great pedicure. A must if you need to destress.
This pedicure is better than most Las Vegas spas. So I would have to say definitely worth the money for $ 30.
The gel manicure is great as well. They do a good job, they usually last 3 weeks or so.
Pros: great job, good clean ambiance. All staff does a good job. Very well trained.
Cons: depending on who’s working it can take a little longer. They still get 5 stars from me:)

Great place, not everyone can do nails perfect everytime but I’ve been going here about 3 years and I’ve only had one mess up, honestly that was a while ago too. The person who dis is isn’t there anymore anyway, but they are great here! That’s why I keep coming back! There’s plenty of colors and gel colors, since I get a gel pedicure an matching manicures. I love it, and it’s usually positive vibes, an a cool place inside. Very friendly and nice, and my kids even can sit and behave nicely in the couch if I take them, since sometimes they wanna come. I’ll be back there in a week! Then 2, and so on lol.

Been here a few times, not a bad salon but not the best I’ve been to. I get a gel manicure, sometimes a pedi but without the foot soak and water. Wait time when you just walk in is not too long, depending how busy they are. They don’t really talk to you much and it’s pretty quiet. I’ve been satisfied almost everytime I’ve been there.

Had a awesome time here. The ladies here were funny and very friendly. I would definitely come back here. I got the gel pedi and my toes came out beautiful! Thanks Rose. Tweety is hilarious

I went here today for the first time for a gel manicure. I was very pleased. The nail girl did a thorough job and they turned out very pretty

I’ve been to Royal Nails and Spa twice. The first time I went, I had an acrylic square full set done with polish. This took a lengthy hour in a half. The male artist that was doing my nails was very nice and on point though so I decided I would be going back again.
The second time I went, I called and made an appointment for my friend and I and made it known before hand that we would be coming in over our lunch breaks at work and only had 50 minutes, I was told that this was doable and not a problem. When we arrived only one artist was open. After 10 minutes passed by, I asked the new guy that was doing my nails how long it would be until someone could work on my friends nails as she had to be back to work in 40 minutes, he told me 5 more minutes. He repeated his prior answer 6 more times until we ran out of time which was extremely rude and irritating since I made us both appointments and my friend had to just sit there for 50 minutes waiting. When we were leaving, the artist explained to my friend that one of the other artists called out in the morning right after I had called and this is why the appointment was off set… So why didn’t he just say this in the beginning when we arrived?!
In addition, I went in for a full set, almond shape and polish and came out looking like I had clubbing of the hands… The almond shape I requested was weird and round and had an over sized oval top point to them and every single nail was literally crooked! When he glued the nails on to my nail bed, the acrylic nails were over sized and folding onto my skin? Every time he asked me if I liked them I asked him to please reshape them and file down the width of the nail bed as it did not match my natural nail size and he seemed quite irritated at my request. He cut me several times and did not properly groom my nails or even pay attention to the cuticle area. After 45 minutes of this shit I told him I had to leave and go back to work and I left with an unfinished nail job. He didn’t even buff the nails out and file them down or polish them and didn’t even seem concerned that I was unhappy with the experience. Not only all of this, but he was constantly on his phone and had placed it on top volume speaker next to us. Upon leaving, I still paid $ 28.00 for the unfinished full set since and he had the audacity to then ask if I wanted to leave a tip on my card before running it! I always tip all customer service (s), but if you ask me for a tip… on top of not being customer friendly and doing a poor job, not happening buddy. Needless to say I didn’t return to have this place even fix my nails. I will not be returning here or recommending this salon.

Went in to get my girlfriend a gift certificate to get her nails dobe. She went back a few days later to get them done and loved it so 8 must say that they are pretty good. She usually finds something to complain about. She did have to spend about $ 75 for a mani and pedi which is expensive but I guess it’s normal out here in Vegas… just used to them Cali Prices.

Please speak english when customers are present! Don’t hide behind your language! There should be a sign on the door to come prepared with GOOGLE TRANSLATE ! It’s very rude to paying customers to feel uncomfortable! Clearly good customer service isn’t priority! I felt rushed after another customer couldn’t wait her turn! Until the pedicure chairs come equipped with language translating devices… I won’t be back!!! BTW my experience happened 2 weeks ago! On my way to get my nails done now! I got pissed off just thinking about this business!

So the only reason I’m giving this place a 3 is because I got an awesome pedicure here I would go back just for that! My gel pedicure has lasted a month and it was very enjoyable with the stones and massage I got!
I went back to get my nails done because of this great experience I was there for 3 hours and walked out with the worst Nail Job I have ever had! I asked for almond shape nails in Matte the guy who
Did my nails I’m assuming had no idea what he was doing he was super rough cut me a few times and filed my nails into some abnormal circle shape! I did ask him to fix it several times I even had a photo of
What I wanted but he could not capture it at all I had a flight to catch and didn’t really want to keep having him «fix» the nails he used a Matte topcoat which I’ve never had I’ve always had gel Matte topcoat and it was basically coming off at the edges from the nail polish remover he kept using! Let me tell you it was atrocious I paid and left because he did a job and I had no time to argue I think he knew it was bad because he kept asking if I was sure I liked it Lol… I’m just saying great place for pedicures and gels not great with acrylic and shaping!

Tweety does awesome work and Mina gives the best pedicures! I love coming to Royal Nail and Spa for a relaxing afternoon.

I love this place, they have the best staff! Tweety is so funny and does a great job. It’s also very relaxing and nice inside, I’ll be going here for the rest of my nails

Needed to get a fresh gel mani and I decided to get out royal nails since it’s close to my house and seemed to have good reviews. Plus they opened at 9am. I waited until 9:05 and called to see if they had time for me. I spoke to bob and he was able to get me in right away.
Bob did a great job on my nails! Plus they are the thinnest coats of gel polish I have ever had done. They look fantastic! I will be back to see him. I also liked that he offered me a bottle of water. Made my experience that much better!

Love coming here! It’s nearby and convenient… I’ve read all the other reviews by other patrons and (my opinion) they are just being EXTRA sensitive!
Everyone is friendly and attentive! Tweety is AMAZING at her craft! She is always booked so make sure you call and make an appointment. The prices are moderately priced… I’m sure you can go somewhere else and get it cheap BUT THEN AGAIN you get what you pay for ((IF you know what I mean!))
Regular set of nails are like $ 25, but go for the gel $ 40…they last longer and they are done RIGHT!!!
Their spa pedicures are ON POINT! Those hot stones mixed with the massaging really relax you.
Bottom line… I’ve gone to other places but I am faithful to this place here! It’s so much better now that I’ve built the relationship with the owners and the workers as well. They know what you like, and how you like it! So DON’T go off the crappy reviews others have posted… You need to go in with an open mind, a good personality, and the ability do take a joke! Ultimate «lady time»

Been here twice with my mom. Overall pretty nice. Not a long wait and waiting area is a nice comfy couch. It looks like they do some nail design but didn’t have a lot to offer for those Pinterest loving nail hipsters.
I wish they had more of the soft fine glitter gel vs the gel that looks like pure glitter. Prices are decent and competitive with the others. Salon is very well kept and clean.
I got a mani and pedi. Have to say the foot rub was very nice. The guy really took the time and massage instead of the quick rub job you sometimes get.
Overall I’ll be back!
