Hillcrest Dental

In the past I had a problem with a tech at the Hillcrest Dental and entered a review. Thank you Olya for being concerned enough and contacting me to make this right. I do appreciate your response and call.
I made another appointment and tried Hillcrest again. It was a much better experience the 2^nd time around. The tech was gentle and Dr Banchik was awesome. He was thorough and explains well of the procedure that is needed. Equipment is up to date, office is clean and the staff is very friendly. I will be returning.

I wish I would’ve gotten the name of my tech, she was absolutely amazing. Not once during X-​Rays did I feel any discomfort. She walked me through everything that she was doing. We talked baseball, hockey, etc. My family and I have found our home.

I took my mother for her 1^st time visit. We were greeted in a friendly manner, the M. A and Dr. Banchik were great until we got to the Coordinator of the facility couldn’t catch her name. When it came to having an option on how we were going to pay she told us Credit Care, which was fine; but she just logged in to the computer and not showing friendliness, customer service just walked out of the room.
She just said fill it out and submit it when finished and when we got the results she described in a plane manner what were our options. Im a huge person when it comes to Customer Service, just seems like she didn’t want to there and have customers deal with themselves when it comes to making payment options with treatments.

The office is nice cozy and clean. Cheryl was great, engaging, and did a great job on my teeth, no pain at all and seemed quick. All together it was a very positive experience and would recommend this office to my friends

This office is wonderful! The staff and doctors are amazing they take the time to talk and explain things to you, they worked with our limited budget and we’re always sensitive to our needs and concerns. My husband gets very anxious about his teeth and they were able to give him oral sedation that made the procedure easy on both of us. The office staff even fed me breakfast after we found out that due to the extensive damage of my husband’s teeth the procedure was going to cause us to stay an extra couple of hours. I am so thankful for this place and the staff there!

Hillcrest Dental is one of the best dentists that I have been to. Dr. Banchek and her staff are professional, friendly, and compassionate. I can’t recommend them enough to everyone I know.

Took real good care of my husbands infected teeth. We didn’t have to wait for our appointment time. Got us right in as new patients. Girls at the front desk were very sweet. Good experience.

Mrs. Dr. Banchik is truly a nice lady. She was very accommodating during my visit. She will do whatever she can to help you out and make sure you don’t leave upset. Especially regarding prices of procedures. You don’t see that often in the Healthcare field. They will dicuss everything with you before you have anything done so you can decide if it’s the right time financially.
I trust her dental advice and will definitely be back for a cleaning. Highly recommend this place.

Now I’m impressed! I just got done talking with the Dr. Banchik about Ashanti-Marie’s dental treatment plan & she was very straight-​forward & honest… since I’ve been living in Vegas for a hot minute… I’ve never found a dentist that I’ve taken my 6 yr old to that was very detailed, efficient, forthcoming & honest. I’m so happy I made the choice to leave her former dentist to come here. Also Dr. Banchik is a mom of 3 & she totally gets me & where I’m coming from when it comes to A-Marie’s dental care! Mahalo & Fa’afetai tele Lava for all that you do Dr. Banchik & staff! I’ll definitely will be coming back :)
P. S. So for all my «peeps» who live in da 702… if you need to find a great & awesome dentist… whether it be for your child or for yourself… Dr. Banchik’s office is da place to be! Btw… if you work @ da same place as me… they take our insurance & they take HMO insurances too like Nevada Dental Benefits!

One of the nicest Dental offices around! Staff is courteous, the dentists and hygienist are all so reassuring and professional. Great care, they take the «scary» out of going to the dentist! the entire office has a pleasant atmosphere, and make patients a priority and make everyone feel welcome and special. Great job everyone!

There are no words for how amazing the service is at Hillcrest Dental. We moved back to California and with the convenient office hours — there was NO way we were giving Dr. Banchik up to find another dentist. Yes, we go to vegas for dental work.
I have an irrational fear of dentists. My tract record is long and windy. I’ve been fired as a patient and may or may not have been known to cry hysterically while hyperventilating. Thankfully, none of this was even an issue with Dr. Banchik. The team is amazing and very friendly which made me feel a little less apprehensive from the start. Once I sat in the chair, my nerves did jingle/​jangle but Dr. Banchik is very caring, gentle, and took the best care of me. I also have a very tender and out of sorts jaw which can dislocate easily. Dr. Banchik is so proactive in not only taking care of my teeth so they look their best but researching the best treatments and options to help me relieve my jaw pain.
Wonderful. And I can’t wait to go back!

Can I give 10 stars please?
I have the worst fear of dentists. We are talking I have anxiety during the x-​rays. I had to have an emergency procedure done and do not have a dentist in Las Vegas yet. (Well I do now!) First of all I walked in at 8am when they opened showed them what happened and I was filling out paperwork and in a room by 9am.
Dr. Leon and his assistant made me so calm and comfortable and the procedure mostly painless… and it was NOT an easy situation. Broken front teeth and teeth that shifted so bad I couldn’t close my bite. I wanted to hug them both when I left. He let me stop when I needed even to take a restroom break, get some water or to just get up and walk around. I was determined to need to be sedated but after he did the local anesthetics and continued enough with them I was through a root canal before I knew it. It is on the edge of town but totally worth the drive.
Also they are very accommodating with the fees that insurance will not cover. Their financial staff will work with you to their maximum ability. These people care about their patients well being above all and it is completely evident. I unfortunately can not remember his assistants name today… but she was totally amazing and I was blessed with the best team in the world today. I will be back here forever and when we have kids this is where they will go. Thank you again Dr. Leon!

I recently relocated to LV from San Francisco, and needed serious dental work. I found Dr. Banchik on Unilocal,and figured that a dentist doesn’t get that many 5 star reviews without being amazing, so I called and was able to get in within 3 days, and this was 2 weeks before the end of the year, when everyone is trying to use up their yearly dental allowance.
I was extremely apprehensive when I arrived at her office, mainly due to an overall fear of dental work, despite having TONS of work done on my mouth (fillings, crowns, invisalign, wisdom teeth… you name it, I’ve got it.) I am a twice a day brusher, daily flosser, but have bad teeth, and just know to expect dental work at every 6 month cleaning.
Her office is immaculate, state of the art, and very welcoming. Her staff is completely wonderful, making you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. I sat down in the chair and was greeted by Dr. Banchik, who explained what the appointment would entail, and stepped out to allow the dental assistants to do their thing.
After many x-​rays, it was determined that my teeth were about to fall out of my head (okay, not really, but that’s how it felt!) I already had a broken crown, and needed two additional crowns on top. Melinda, one of her amazing RDAs provided me with two different quotes, which outlined all the work that Dr. Banchik anticipated I needed. I selected the plan that was best for me and Dr. Banchik got right to work, doing a deep cleaning (which was totally pain free), filling 2 cavities, and taking impressions on the 3 needed crowns. It was definitely a marathon session, but I left feeling strangely content, probably from knowing I was taken care of so well.
I had to return 10 days later to have the crowns fitted, and as Dr. Banchik was fitting them (before cementing them permanently), she decided that she was altogether unhappy with the crowns, and explained that the way they were made, she didn’t have much faith in them lasting as long as they should, and she needed to send them back to have them remade. This, alone, speaks volumes to her professionalism and care, that she was more concerned with the longevity and quality of the products she was using, than her and her staffs time.
I had to return for a filling in one of my front teeth (which was a terrifying prospect), but that was done in a very short amount of time and was pain free, and you would NEVER know there was anything out of the ordinary with my smile.
I now have all my crowns, my cavities are filled, and I have directed my husband to call Dr. Banchik for his 6 month check-​up. You have nothing to fear when you are in the capable hands of Dr. Banchik and her staff. She is kind, caring, funny, skilled, has a gentle touch, and has extremely high ethics… honestly, what more could you want in a dentist?

The years my family and I spent looking for a dentist in Las Vegas were worth the wait! We love Dr. Banchik and her staff. So much personal attention and care is given to you while there, and that is always followed by a «just checking in» phone call to see how you’re feeling.
The work my family and I have had done with Dr. Banchik has always been exceptional. She really has an amazing touch. The professionalism in their office is matched only by their friendliness.
Can’t say enough good things about this practice. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Best dental facility in the valley, BAR NONE. Quick, clean, well priced, and professional. Just goes to show that the offices that spend all the money on the billboards aren’t who you want doing your dental work.

The only reason I originally went to Dr Banchik’s office was because I have no dental insurance and she had a special on Groupon. However, after my visit I plan on going back and have already made an appt for my fiancé. The office staff was extremely friendly. The office is gorgeous and has all of the state of the art equipment. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to try out this office.

Dr Banchik is really great! I’m getting my teeth straightened by her and I’m so happy with the results so far! As so many people, I have a hard time at the dentist, I get anxiety and Dr Banchik and her staff are always attentive and make sure I’m ok. I would recommend her to everybody!

I have had a serious fear of dentists for as long as I remember and every time I go for my semi annual check-​up it seems to be worse than the last time. However, this time was completely different. Dr. Banchik is very talented, she filled 4 cavities for me quickly and I didn’t feel anything, I barely felt the numbing shot and my teeth felt absolutely fine after!
Dr. Banchik was very professional and friendly and took the time to explain the procedures to me and constantly made sure I was doing well. Her staff was also very nice and made my experience there as good as it gets.
