We have a truck mounted carpet cleaning service. All of our maids have their own cars and are responsible dependable people. For every one hundred applicants we interview about one and we only bring on about one out of three that we interview.

History

Established in 2011.

Starting as real estate investors, we created Proficient Clean because we wanted to get cleaning at a better rate for the apartment buildings we own.

Cleaning houses has recently become a «calling,» as we started to realize that we have the opportunity to raise the Energetic Frequency of the homes we service and Las Vegas as a whole. We set positive intentions for every clean and keep them written in our company records. Both owners of Proficient Clean have been Reiki certified. We identify with forward thinking movements that understand the importance of meditation and energetic patterns. The Transcendental Meditation community has proven that a small part of the population can reduce violent crime just through meditation. istpp​.org/​c​r​i​m​e​_​p​r​e​v​e​ntion. This confirms many age old Buddhist traditions where certain spiritual sects would hold space to protect the rest of society. We have a condo here and we visit every two months. They have done an amazing job for us this past year. We are on a schedule, and travel extensively and every time we come back the place looks great, it’s put together and fresh and clean. Couldn’t ask for more. We highly recommend them

first time call no answer. when answer machine on, i just spoke a few words not even finish my 1st sentence then the call was ended. i text to request a house cleaning service but no response. after about 20 minutes, i called again, the man answered the phone just said «we
re really booked up». I was trying to ask when the next available date and time, but he hung up on me before i finish my question. real bad service. i wonder how they earned 4.5 stars on Unilocal review. i have the reason to doubt the reviews on the Unilocal were written by the people in business self.

I was visiting my mom in Las Vegas and for her birthday I got her whole house cleaned by Proficient Clean. It was the best idea ever. They did a detailed deep clean. They went above and beyond my expectations to get years worth of life’s residue out for less than what other companies were charging for just a basic cleaning. It was definitely a perfect gift for mom.

I’m gonna be honest, i think my house is the cleanest it’s ever been, and that’s because of Proficient Clean… My house is carpeted and full of dog hair from my husky, pomeranian, and maltese, but everything is just SPOTLESS… Kinda want to give away my dogs now from seeing the house this clean (lol I’m only joking, I’d never do that… Or would I?) the only thing I suggest is that you guys should probably get an air freshener so it smells super good (its just something that I do when I’m cleaning, and this is just a suggestion). But they did a great job and I’m absolutely amazed! Thank you!

I called and talked to Dillon. He was able to set me up with a same day service. We use our condo 3 nights a month and are looking to be set up on a quarterly cleaning schedule. Desi showed up on time and knocked it out in 2 hours. Condo looked great when she was done. Will use again for sure. Thanks

I scheduled a move out clean because of all of the great reviews here on Unilocal.The place was not excessively dirty, and I had 4.5 hours scheduled for a 3 bedroom 2000 SQ Foot home. I was sent a text three and a half hours into the service and was told they would be done at the four hour mark.
The girls did a great job on walls and baseboards, but missed these items:
— Soap residue on the shower doors
— Main bath shower head wasn’t touched at all
— Faucet and water controls were covered with their cleaner and not wiped off
— Some blinds were not dusted
— Didn’t touch the washer and dryer
— High closet shelves were not dusted
— The range wasn’t touched and the counter next to the range had pancake batter visible
If it wasn’t visible and listed specifically on their website, they didn’t touch it.
Here were my biggest issues:
First off, after I pointed out everything that was missed upstairs, I was handed a rag and this CLR spray bottle. She commented that she always misses the shower head before I cleaned these items myself. She also said they won’t touch the washer and dryer. This wasn’t a huge deal to me because she was vacuuming, but she was pretty apathetic over it.
Second off, when I asked why she didn’t lift the range up the clean the pancake batter on the side of the counter, she immediately called her boss and said that I was asking to do additional work and she was going to be late. She told me that the range top wasn’t in her scope of duties, and I said that’s fine to just clean the counter next to it. It was a total snap to the defensive. She said her boss would call me about it. I then have this guy call me up implying that I was asking to do extra work and I may have to pay for it. It was almost like a game like he was going to cut me a break for doing this extra work if I was 100% happy. $ 80 an hour, and I have to deal with this?
I have to rate these guys a «meh, I’ve had better». I think my previous experience with Molly Maid was much better a couple years prior. This wasn’t the first time I been burnt by local businesses with super perfect Unilocal reviews, but this is the first time I posted a review about a less than stellar experience. I think I will do this more often.

Barbara did a great job cleaning our house last week! Our floors look amazing and she attacked every last bit of dog hair all over the house (which unfortunately only lasts for 7 minutes before the shedding begins again). I appreciated that they were able to squeeze me into a cancelled appointment slot and I also appreciated DJ’s customer service and text updates. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Lory and Jackie were absolutely amazing. My wood floors have not looked this good — ever. I have 3 dogs and they had no problems working around them. I was also sick with a migraine the day Lory and Jackie came and they did everything they could to make sure I remained comfortable while they worked! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Lory and Jackie!!!

I recently used this company for a move-​out deep cleaning, and I must say that they went above and beyond my expectations. Exceptional service! Not only did we get our full deposit back, but the landlord also refunded us our pet deposit in full (we have two dogs). I would strongly recommend this company to anyone!

I am so happy that the first cleaning co I called was too busy; otherwise I may not of found proficient clean. From the phone call to the emails reminding us of our appointment they are VERY professional. I am laid up with a cast and can’t walk so I needed their help. When the owner comes out to clean herself that says volumes to me. The girls were neat well spoken and I can’t wait till they come back in a couple of weeks. They are happy to address any special requests and their pricing is very reasonable. I’m just so happy (longest review I’ve written)!

First of all, dealing with this company is an absolute treat. There are no slow, automatic answering machines to deal with, only real, (and very funny) people.
The job they did on a disastrous post-​burning man house, that had been covered in dust and heavily populated was also amazing. I can’t recommend them enough, and will use them for all the professional cleaning I might ever need in Vegas!

Asked a referral from a friend and they sent me these wonder people. Very friendly and understanding. Thorough break down of all the services and what was best suited for my condo. I gave this place an unfavorable review about a month ago. Don’t EVER contact them.
Since then, the owner has contacted me, by phone, at least twice, not liking my review & wanting me to change it. He has become a pain the ass. It’s not my fault he never showed up or called. NOW, HE CALLS & BOTHERS ME TO CHANGE MY REVIEW! He should have thought of that when didn’t show up or call.
I told him on phone to not bother me & he cuts me off & argues with me to change my review.
Be careful in hiring this agency, they will call u constantly, even when tell them not to. I hung up on him last call & blocked him. If calls again, I will try & report him to telephone company.

The first time that proficient cleaned my house the job was unsatisfactory, I was charged a lesser rate 70 instead of 120.
So Christopher contacted me and told me that he has maids with proven track records and that they would like to prove they can do a good job. and that he was going to fire the maid that cleaned my house
I will give them another chance to make it right because Christopher said they will amaze me so I will update this review after the cleaning

I have a vacation home in Vegas that we let our golfer friends borrow. Calling Christopher is so easy and convenient for everyone! They make sure to do a fabulous job and lock up tight after.
They will even clean the linens, if necessary. I will always put them on the top of my list for house cleaning!
