History

Established in 2010.

Dianne began her real estate journey when she was first licensed in California in 1979. Her career began in the residential sector but quickly moved to a commercial focus. From 1987 to 1994 she was owner/​broker of a commercial specialty leasing firm handling «turn-​key» services for professional commercial clients. From there she spent 6 years negotiating major leasing contracts with regional shopping mall developers. In 2005, Dianne became licensed in Nevada and began marketing commercial properties to a variety of retail, office and industrial clients acting as the commercial manager of the brokerage she worked for. In 2010, Simmons Team Vegas was formed when Dianne’s son and partner Justin Simmons, joined her in residential real estate. Since then the mother & son team have have successful executed more than 200 real estate transactions, equating to more than $ 30 million in gross sales. Our hard work has rewarded us with a ranking in the top 5% of all real estate agents in the city!

I was first licensed in California in 1979. My career began in the residential sector but quickly moved to a commercial focus. From 1987 to 1994 I was owner/​broker of a commercial specialty leasing firm handling «turn-​key» services for professional commercial clients. From there I spent 6 years negotiating major leasing contracts with regional shopping mall developers. In 2005 I became licensed in Nevada and began marketing commercial properties to a variety of retail, office and industrial clients acting as the commercial manager of my office. Over the few years I have added residential business to my portfolio of services and have discovered that I really enjoy residential sales as well. I have served on the Charities Committee for GLVAR and serve the community, working with the Teen Mom 2 Mom program at my church, Central Christian. Real estate is my passion. I get a great sense of fulfillment when I find the perfect property for each of my clients, residential or commercial.
