A few years ago, there was really only ONE office cleaning company that EVERYBODY contracted out to clean their buildings.

That powerhouse cleaned over 1,000,000 sq. ft. per night right here in the Vegas valley. That company was called Sun City Services, and we owned it. We started that company in the back of our station wagon going door to door to get new customers. After 17 years of being #1, we decided to sell it. Now, a few years since the sell, we’re coming back into the janitorial world and we are going to ‘clean house’ again (pun intended).

But this time, we’re getting creative in the way we are cleaning your business. We are doing things differently than every other company. We know the issues you’re facing. And we’ve resolved every single one of them. Being reliable, honest and honorable is the easy part. But it’s the unheard of service, like the chocolates and the personalized gifts we give to each of our clients which really set us apart

Hello my fellow yelp users! My name is Chad Lee, and I am the CEO of CitiClean Services.

I was born and raised here in the Vegas valley. When I was 25 years old, I started a janitorial company in the back of my station wagon. I understood the principle of hard work, so I went door to door trying to get new clients. And you know what? It worked. Soon, my company was landing accounts like Nevada Power, McCarran Airport and the Howard Hughes building. We really were the largest most successful janitorial company in Vegas. I sold it after 17 years.

Since then, I’ve operated two national businesses, but have always wanted to get back into janitorial. However, the timing never seemed quit perfect.
