Performance Audio

I’m sure it’s a nice place and I’m sure they do great work but playing tag with a secretary who knows very little about car audio running back and forth from the front to the back. Asking her «tech» if they have this or what this is. Really annoying would have simplified the whole process if the person in the back would have just taken 2 mins to walk up front and complete my transaction

They may know what they are doing, but I never got that far. I drove over there from across town to see what kind of ideas or products they had for a backup camera. I was told I had to make an appointment for a consultation! Really?! I would have to make an appointment and come back another day? No thanks, they must think they are really important– stay away from this goofy place.

They’re great at quality and building boxes ’ ! John Webb knows what he’s doing unlike most audio shops

I went to performance audio to have an Ipod interface installed into my Kenwood double din face deck. I talked to Troy on the phone and he knew exactly what I was looking for (even though I wasn’t very descriptive). The shop was very clean and organized. I was invited to stay and hang out during the installation (only 1hr). Jon did the install and introduced himself right away making me feel like I was personally taken care of. Troy and Jon compete locally and nationally in car audio competitions. They have won numerous awards. What I liked most about my visit was that I was educated about the products I have in my car and how they work as well as the products Performance Audio sells. I have (unfortunately) been to the $ 1 install and «best try» shops before and Ive been burned by their quick and shotty installs. Jon and Troy are passionate, knowledgeable, and focused about their work. Its nice to see such devotion towards the art of their trade. I am currently setting up numerous appointments to have my whole audio system re done by them because of ONE visit! Not to mention… my job was done in a half hour instead of the hour quoted and the work was very professional. P. S. Ask to hear Jon’s truck! Thanks again guys for all your help!
