Had an appointment for 9 on a Saturday. No one there. Waited for an hour. No one there. If you’re not gonna show up, call your customers and let them know. Literally took the day off for nothing.

I have been coming to paladin for over 3 years for both of my vehicles. Their prices are so much better than the dealerships and my cars have always been fixed the first time. Also my cars have always been ready when promised, unless there was an unforeseen part to be ordered. Eric and Cathy are awesome

Bought an 03 monster sized Caddy for an extra campaign car and hauling signs and people — had some real engine mechanical problems and they took real care to fix everything properly which had not been done by the previous owners mechanics. Great quality work for a reasonable price I would not hesitate to bring any car new or old in for their help.

My experience here has been great! Before purchasing my g35 a few months ago I had been looking around for potential shops in the city and I’m so happy I went to Paladin. It seems hard to trust places now a days, but Paladin earned mine. I went in because of a smoke issue coming from my hood on the driver’s side and it turned out to be an oil leak coming from warped valve covers. Keeping my budget in mind, Eric offered an alternative that fixed the issue. I had valve cover gaskets replaced, valve covers sanded down, spark plugs changed, a throttle body service done and a steam cleaning of the engine. It has been a month since I went and my car is running great with no problems. I’d also like to add that when I picked up the car they gave me an inspection sheet noting the condition of many things, which is super helpful considering I just got this vehicle. Big thanks to Eric and Cathy, I’ll going in for further maintenance when I’m able to in the future.
