Nice guys I purchased a new truck not everything is painted from the factory. so I inquired on some custom paint work I wanted to have done. Very informative and helpful haven’t had any work done yet but gave them a high rating based on knowledge and customer service. Will update when I get everything done.

I had a wonderful experience with ABC. I had a very minor accident wherein my right side bumper was side swiped by another car as I was changing lanes. ABC fixed it and it’s as good as new, like nothing happened. Their quote is honest and is almost the same to the quote of the car insurance… just a few dollar difference. They even gave me a discount for paying in cash. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get their car’s body to be fixed. They are the professional you can trust when it comes to this type of job.

Had some deep scratches on my 15′ WRX from a hiking pole mishap, as well curb rash on a rim and some minor scratches on the passenger c-​post. ABC did an amazing job repairing all the damage and my car looks good as new. Jeff’s customer service was what one would expect from a company with such stellar reviews. A+

My car was involved in a hit or run, figured I’d see what the damage was before calling my insurance. Came into ABC auto got a quote within a few minutes, very reasonable. Made an appointment to drop it off the next day, car was ready a day in a half later. Looks brand new, would recommend them to anyone.

We just pick up our company FJ. It is a working vehicle and the hood was scarred and scratched down to the metal. It had several other scratches from branches and bushes as well as damage from all the wind and sand over the past five years. When we picked it looked like a new vehicle! We would not be more pleased with the body paint and repair service and Le is a very special lady! She kept us informed all the way through the process and let us know when the FJ was done ahead of schedule! We are delighted to highly recommend using their service.

My review is for the professional followup from Don Hess, Le Hess, and Jeff Porter. My son got into an accident where his car was not drivable so it was brought to a tow yard. Glad to report he was not injured. Since my son attends the university and us living in California, we were not familiar with the area, so I resorted to Unilocal for auto body shops. Because of the positive reviews I contacted ABC Auto Body and told them to expect the car for assessment since it was towed away. After contacting my insurance, they stated that ABC was not part of their authorized providers so I changed my mind and went with another facility on their list. The next day, Mr. Hess contacted me and inquired about the car. I told him the story and he assured me that I can contact any facility for repairs. He calmed my fears about not using the insurance’s shop. (An insurance firm has their preferred locations so that they can deal with the repairs under their requirements, for example they rely on the shop to assess the damage and that an adjuster is not required). I felt confident that with Mr Hess’s experience that he was watching out for my best interest. Since the car was still at the tow yard, I contacted my insurance to re-​route the car to ABC Auto Body. Mr. Hess and his staff contacted me every day to update me on the status of our car. He was very honest that it might not be repairable. and to wait for the insurance adjuster’s final report. In the meantime, I had to email the necessary paperwork to ABC Auto Body which was very easy to do. Although my interactions was done over the phone, the customer service I received was outstanding. A couple of days later, the report came back and insurance deemed the car totaled. Before contacting my insurance to retrieve the car, they waited for my son to gather his belongings. Thank you Mr. Hess and staff for the great customer service! I highly recommend ABC Auto Body!

I got rear-​ended in my 2014 Jeep Patriot coming off the freeway and I went through ABC Auto Body because of a referral from a friend. I would honestly recommend them to everyone. They’re awesome and the job was completed quickly. My car was finished when it was promised and it looked brand new again. Jeff in the office made sure everything was done smoothly and called a few times to keep me updated. They’re great and make it such an easy process!

My husband had a minor accident and had to take his Xterra in for some TLC.
His family has had a great body shop in the Glendale CA area for 50 years and he knows the business and customer service very well.
He was hesitant to get his car repaired anywhere else, but since moving to Las Vegas he had to seek help locally.
When they repaired the Xterra he did not know what to expect but was completely satisfied with ABC’s repair process.
They completely informed him of what to expect throughout the repair of his car and advises that he highly recommends this group if you should need auto auto body repair.
I am looking at the car myself this morning for the first time and it is pristeen and washed so beautifully!

I found ABC on Unilocal and based on the reviews I took my vehicle to them after being rear ended. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and were able to fix my truck in two days I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle they provide great and honest services

I went to the shop based on good reviews on Unilocal and could not be happier. Le and Don were very friendly and helpful. Le gave me a fair estimation for fixing my car bumper (had some deep scratches near the fender). I dropped the car on the morning and picked it up in the afternoon the same day. The bumper of my car now looks like new.

I was HIGHLY recommended to check out ABC Auto Body after I had a hit-​and-​run incident on the passenger door of my Jeep. I don’t know a lot about cars and am always worried I’ll get taken advantage of. They are AMAZING here!
A very nice gentleman came out, looked at my car door that was TAPED SHUT with packing tape. Literally, the car door wouldn’t shut and it was open and taped leaving about 4″ of open door.
He helped take all the tape off, used his magic tools and was able to shut the door for me. This was the biggest relief. I can’t afford a new door right now, but, he was so pleasant and helpful in getting it shut so I can still drive to work.
I will ALWAYS come here for my body work!

I went to ABC Body Shop for the great reviews on Unilocal,it was a great surprise to find such a friendly and smiley people but at the same time very professional and honest, amazing service. Great customer service, Le will kept me updated all the time.
My front bumper was damaged and some inner parts too, I was not under insurance coverage but the owners gave me the best deal no other shop could give me.
Their estimate was accurate and and the car was ready one day early than expected, looking like brand new!!!
I’m more than pleased to recommend ABC to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable body shop, plus with good prices.

I went into ABC Auto Body today, purely by the weight of the reviews here on Unilocal.I must say that these guys are the best as advertised. Friendly service and amazing attention to detail.
My front bumper had been a victim of a low curb. Steven and the guys, quickly assessed the damage and told me they could put it back on in a mere 15 minutes! Steven was great, professional and courteous. I was more than pleased with my experience at ABC Auto Body this morning! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a honest, reliable auto body shop.

After checking on Unilocal for a body shop close to my house, I noticed the great reviews and decided on taking my car there to fix up some bumper damage. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience. My car was treated with the utmost respect and given a front end makeover like no other.
They stayed in contact with me through the whole process, and hit the expected pick up date right on time. The owner even gave me a ride home when I couldn’t find one on my own. Thanks again Don!

Unreal!!!
I went in to get a quote for my bumper. I nearly ripped it off after I pulled in too far into my parking spot, then forgot I was parked on top of it a couple days later, when some friends and I jumped back in it to go grab some food. I’ve done it several times in the past, but i guess having extra weight in the car was what really messed things up this time. I’d just had it detailed too, ugh.
All the little plastic tabs on both sides popped loose, and a few of the little circles that the screws go through were torn. So the front end of my car looked like it «sprouted wings» next to my front tires, as both sides of my bumper popped out. It was still pretty firmly attached all along the middle part though.
I was really worried that this was going to be an expensive fix. The guys at ABC recommended to replace the whole bumper since the parts that mattered most were torn. I explained I needed it just to «look normal» for now as I’m in the middle of applying for a job that requires me to use my own vehicle and they want pics of the car. I really can’t afford a proper fix right now.
Instead of insisting on a huge repair, the guy at the desk got one of the guys (I wish I’d gotten his name) to come over and he made it look like nothing had ever happened, in well under 10 mins!!! Do you know how long I’d spend pushing and tugging on each side trying to get those damn tabs back in!!! I guess that’s why they’re the pros, and I’m more suited behind a desk, haha. I was warned if I happened to hit anything, it’d probably fall right off, but its suiting my needs just fine, for now.
Price? Too low for me to put here, not sure the owner would want people lined up around the block for pro bono repairs, hahaha. I’m sure he knew it was a quick fix, and so he hooked up the best deal in the history of, ever! These guys are a rare breed, especially in that industry! I will tell you this, they earned a customer FOR LIFE, and I’ll ALWAYS tell my friends and family to go there and ONLY there, if they need their car fixed.
So happy right now! Thanks a million, guys!

I’ve never been to a body shop with everyone smiling when they look at you. Had a side swipe on my Honda’s side door but in less than 10 minutes… they buffed it out. Awesome, they saved me $ 600 and a rental. Most definitely will come back again. Thanks ABC.

After another auto shop tried to rip us off we towed our car to ABC and we had nothing but honest service!
He gave us an estimate no where near what the other shop tried to charge us for and even drew up an estimate for what we’d pay if my boyfriend did the work himself. Which we ended up going for because of the thousands we’d save. He also have us numbers to the businesses he deals with to get OEM and aftermarket parts.
I would definitely recommend them if you want a quick estimate and honest service! The owners made objective is to help people and not try to rip them off!

I brought in my car to get quotes for the scratches on my bumper today. (Got hit from back)
Steven took a look at my car and started buffing it right away. In less than 10minutes, he got rid of all the scratches. The other place told me that I needed to repaint the entire bumper!
It’s really difficult to find a reliable, trustworthy mechanic like Steven these days. I’m glad I found my new go-​to place for car body. Excellent customer service! I will be telling my friends and family! :)
