NaturalDry Carpet Cleaning

Just had my carpets cleaned by James and he did a great job! Last time I used Zerorez and they did a good job but I like this process much better as the carpets just feel much cleaner.

Let me start by saying that I hate carpet! I’ve always had pets and carpet has always been trouble. I’ve tried many carpet cleaning services and nothing compares to the level of clean after using Natural Dry. My carpet feels and smells like new! Usually after My carpets are soak and wet and don’t feel clean at all. So happy I went with this company. I strongly recommend!

Great service! James was very nice, professional and helpful. He even moved my couch, crib and other nursery furniture so as to get all the carpeting areas even after I said I would do it. He was diligent in the high traffic areas. And did even more then promised. Also noted they called me 20 mins before coming which is always nice to have a heads up and explained/​showed me everything.
Hard to find businesses that take pride in their work and actually show you they give a sh*t lol.
I’m going to have them come back another day for the upholstery cleaning service they offer for my couch. Great couple of guys and great service. Thank you again to James!

I recently adopted a dog, who pees while excited. So he peed excitedly on my sectional. I tried to clean is with baking soda and vinegar, but it wasn’t quite working and I could smell urine. I was drawn to this company because of the Eco friendly products that they use and it’s pet and child friendly.
I called on a Saturday and set up appointment for Monday. No problems. Will was very informative and answered my questions about the products and method they use. They gave me a range of 3−4pm. They give a courtesy call when they are 30 minutes away and arrived at 3:40. I told them that my dog was in training and I gave them certain instructions like meeting my dogs outside, giving no eye contact to my dog, etc… and they were understanding of it. Lol.
Anyway, it took about an hour to do and an hour and a half to dry. I even asked to see the water and it was hella dirty. it was black. So gross, lol. It also picked up all the dog hair!
I waited a week to write this review cuz I wanted to see if the treatments they used for the urine would work. And I guess it did. The couch feels clean, smells clean, and i don’t smell any urine. I don’t think any of my dogs smell it either, cuz they haven’t tried to pee in that same spot.
Overall, I’m satisfied. I would call and use them again. They are professional on the phone and with their work. If you ever have pet stains, give them a call. I attached a picture of my sectional so you can see the size of it. The pee stain was in the arm rest of the chase. I paid $ 160 for cleaning all the cushions, and sides. Not the back of the couch or ottoman. If I wanted to do the ottoman, then they were gonna charge me $ 20. My main concern was the sectional that’s why I decided no to ottoman.

I was referred to natural dry by a co-​worker. I set up the apt and paid in advance. They text me the night before to say my apt was between 12 – 1 and I’d get a call 30 prior to arrival. Well 1pm came and nobody called or showed up. Since my whole house was in piles and I’d been waiting all day for them to come I was a little annoyed. I called the company several times only to get the answering machine. Finally I got in touch with someone. He said that was unusual that nobody showed up and he’d find out what the problem was. He then returned my call and said they were still on another job. I said well you should consider my time and maybe call to let me know that they were running late. So now the guys weren’t goin to show up until 2:45!!! I was so angry. I’d been waiting the entire day and had to be somewhere at 3. I ended up rescheduling for them to return at 4 pm. They did throw in some extra cleaning items and such but I was very disappointed with how they handled the apt time. Further more when I told my friend that referred me she said they were late to her home to because two guys quit that day. So the point is they did a great job and the carpet dried quickly but if you expect courteous or timely this is not the right place for you!

I wish I could give this company review 10 stars. I connected to them through Facebook. The before and after pictures were all amazing. Needless to say i had HIGH expectations for this appointment. Making arrangements for cleaning on the website was seamless and took very little time. The guys that cleaned the carpet were very friendly and very informative regarding the cleaning process. My whole downstairs started to look like a high traffic area lol … so for the guys to get my carpets looking brand new. better than when I moved in 6 years ago… I was full of praises! Natural Dry exceeded every HIGH expectation with flying colors … I have referred them to at least 10 people already! Thank You … I will be seeing you again!

We just had our carpets cleaned by NaturalDry. The techs are very knowledgable and extremely thorough on stain removal. They also specialize in pet stains! I cannot say enough good things about this company. We will be customers for life!
Are there companies out there that run specials that are so cheap it is hard to pass up? Sure there are. However, a month or so later when all of your traffic patterns and stains are showing again – you will need to call NaturalDry. Save yourself money in the long run and just call these guys. You won’t regret it. Worth every penny and more!

Natural Dry is second to none. We have dogs, a toddler, and a newborn… and white carpet. You can only imagine the spills and stains that we encounter on a daily basis. Their work is flawless every single time we have used them. Because of our young children and pets, it’s really important to me that their cleaning solution is child and pet friendly, which it is. The carpet also dries within 45 minutes, which makes it extremely convenient. Will is professional and courteous, always calling before he arrives at the gate so I can put the dogs away. I will never use anyone else but Natural Dry Carpet Cleaning for upholstery, tile, rugs, and carpet. I highly recommend their service.

Saw naturaldry as an advertisement on my Facebook feed. Figured why not try them. Did my order online. They have a flat price for each room and it gave me my quote right then and there. Placed my «order» and they did the rest. Got a text the night before confirming my appointment. Got a call 30 mins before they showed up. And poof beautiful carpets! Super easy and they did an amazing job. Will definitely use them again and recommend them!

Found them from an advertisement on Facebook and already had a company I used for past couple years but was noticing that the stains kept coming back, the before and after pix I saw were amazing so I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did!!! My carpets look amazing and they were priced so reasonable. The stairs had some heavy traffic, I had a small gum spot and a few stains that I couldn’t get rid of and they got all of them. They were friendly on time and professional. I would recommend them all day long!

Will did a great job, and quickly might I add, getting our carpet cleaned upstairs. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product used and that goes a long way in my book.
I am very pleased with the outcome of the cleaning and will be calling Will again to clean the carpets in the rest of the house. They also do upholstery!

Amazing! A coworker recommended Natural Dry to me after telling her how filthy my new carpets got between our new puppy and the kids. I had a 1:30 appointment with Will and he showed up a few minutes early to asses how long it would take. He was professional and very friendly.
I couldn’t believe how amazing my carpets looked when he got done with them! It looked like there had never been staining on them in the first place.
I give Natural Dry 5 stars for being on time, being friendly and professional, and they didn’t charge nearly as much as what I have been charged in the past! And the BEST part is Will was telling me there aren’t any harmful chemicals in the stuff they use to clean so it won’t harm the kids.
LOVE this place! I will definitely be calling them again!

I called last week to have someone come out at 8am today Ben called me this morning at 745 to tell me their machine broke and they would be out as soon as they could. At 1055 Will called to tell me they would be out between 12 and 2. At 132 Ben called to tell me he didn’t know why they called and told me a time he specifically told them not to tell me a time because they didn’t know when they could be out here since they had other jobs to do. I explained to them how I had a life and couldn’t wait all day for them. He explained to me that he could make me his last appointment for the day. I told him the sooner the better and he proceeded to tell me he would get here when he could. I ended up calling ECO DRY who referred me to DRY EXTRACTIONS they came out WITHIN the hour and did a fantastic job. When I called to cancel my appointment with Ben he said I have your number Ill look it up and hung up on me. EXTREMELY unprofessional and as a military spouse I will be telling the whole base not to use their company. which is a shame and pcs season is here…

Great job Natural Dry! Ben was very nice, respectful, and informative. I was very happy with the job that he did, and he’s very good at Family Feud!
