Maid Brigade of North, West and SW Las Vegas

The maids are great, this is another review for Brandon the owner. We have been with them for quite some time now and for the most part things ran smoothly, that is until we had something major come up and couldn’t accommodate them coming to clean the home as scheduled. We notified Brandon of this when he text us the day before and asked if we could reschedule and he basically said no and that we would be charged an $ 80 cancellation fee. First, I don’t ever recall me having to accommodate any company, particularly a service provider. Secondly, where do you get off saying you are going to charge us an $ 80 fee? You weren’t at our door knocking and nobody let you in (in which case I understand as your folks are at the house), a 48 «business hours» cancellation policy is absolutely absurd. Based on that and 8 business hours a day, I would need to notify you 6 business days in advance. Not only is that not going to happen but I don’t recall ever signing a service agreement with you. You cannot schedule us out for a year and then charge extortionate fees when life gets in the way and people don’t get a chance to notify you a week in advance. Enjoy your $ 80 (if you ever get it, as we have notified the bank that it is fraudulent and without the cardholders permission), because you just lost out on over $ 2,000 a year in business because you cannot be accommodating to your customers.
Oh and one last thing, I completely agree with the other customer, call your customers. Text is not professional with the exception of a service reminder and per your own admission it has rubbed multiple customers the wrong way as you come across as rude.

This review isn’t for the maids they actually do a wonderful job this review is for the owner Brandon. He started making me uncomfortable the second time I received services for my house cleaning. They couldn’t find my house for some reason so he starts blowing my phone up while I was at work texting me like he is a friend it was really awkward. They finally found my place but then forgot to pick the cash up I left for them on counter so he starts texting me again after work. What kind of a business texts their customers instead of calling? The third time was a disaster because there was some miscommunication because he only communicates with his customers via text message. I was getting really irritated with Brandon at this point but I didn’t want to screw the ladies over (I even left them a nice tip) so I had them come even tho Brandon was arguing with me over text message again while I was at work (he even called me after I specifically asked him not). I finally had enough of his unprofessionalism and decided to discontinue my service when he started texting me the next day giving me a nickname like we are friends. When I told him I wanted to discontinue my services and to please not contact me anymore he responds that I am rude and unprofessional and not yo contact him or his company again. Brandon really needs to work on his attitude and pick up the phone and call his clients instead of texting them.

booked them for a move in cleaning. Went thru a 4,100 sq ft house and left it sparkling. We were happy w/​their service and have booked ongoing cleaning with them.

Wonderful customer service, excellent cleaning! The ladies were SO KIND to my 2 kitties and left my house sparkling every time. Maid Brigade consistently went above and beyond to accommodate my cleaning and special requests. I can’t say enough how impressed I am! You will NOT be disappointed!

3 wonderful ladies showed up for my first service. They were very professional and I was very happy with their work. I have signed up for on going service with very reasonable rates. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, I thought I kept my place pretty clean, but when I got home it was sparkling and no crazy fragrances anywhere, just clean and tidy. Definitely great help for a busy single mom that works many hours. Thank you! Totally recommend!

Just had to cancel my services because I moved out of state. I loved having maid brigade. I’ve used them for 2 years! They do a fantastic job and prices are reasonable. Will miss you maid brigade. Thanks to the owner Brandon for everything– really appreciate it!!! Highly recommended

Wow! I’ve been impressed with Maid Brigade’s service. One specific detail I really like about Maid Brigades service is that The team uses different towels for different rooms in the house. Which makes complete sense. They pay attention to your every request. Their first priority is to make sure the customer is happy with their service. They consistently do a great job!!! Maid Brigade does a great job cleaning. They have always been very professional by reminding me of appointments and showing up on time. I appreciate how flexible with my needs. For example if I have a party coming up they will change days, what I want cleaned etc…

The maids do a good job cleaning but every single time I have go around the house and put everything back where it belongs– nothing is ever placed properly. On a few occasions things have been broken and gone missing and management was extremely rude and cancelled service because they took items. How unprofessional. The management team repeatedly texted me after I asked them to stop and it was harassing. Definitely better companies around town.

I am still so happy I chose to have Maid Brigade take care of my home for me. It is amazing to know that my home is always spotless and the green products they use are amazing. It is exciting to come home and know that everything is in its place and well taken care of.
I feel the prices are very reasonable for the level of service you get and they are so good about reminding me the day before they come out. Everybody should treat themselves to at least a «top to bottom», «spring» cleaning once in a while and it is totally worth it to sign up as a regular customer and have complete piece of mind. It was a really smart decision for me and I recommend the company to everybody I know :-)

We just moved to Las Vegas and were recommended Maid Brigade by our front desk. They did a great job. In a team of 2 they were able to do a thorough cleaning within 1.5 hrs (we have a 2BR apartment, 1500 sq ft). They really do use green products and specific rags for specific parts of your home.
You can put your credit card on file and they charge you automatically the day after your service, which makes payment hassle free. We will be using them frequently now and I would highly recommend them.

I have been using Maid Brigade for over a year. They do a great job everytime and I refer them to my customers with confidence. Keep up the great work!
