Phenomenal communication and service! I told Maui the problem I was having with my aging Dell desktop computer, he quoted me a better than fair price, and he solved the problem. All phone calls, emails etc., were answered in a timely manner. Didn’t play games, didn’t talk down to me. ICU Computer Solutions really is a solid, safe solution to your computer problems. I will only use ICU for any future issues with any of my computers.

Great Job Maui! Very helpful, knowledgeable had my computer fixed in timely manner. I had a 5 yr old dell XPS 8000 with the same parts the computer came with. Haven’t made any changes for awhile, suddenly my computer froze. I tried to reboot the system, my computer froze again. I took my computer to ICU Computer Solutions talked to Maui, explained my problem, couple a days, came back the computer was fixed. I was back in business. If your not that Tech-​savvy as I am and you need expertise service, I would go with ICU Computer Solutions for any computer problems or upgrades.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and experience of ICU. They were the first to reply to my Unilocal inquiry and I was immediately able to get an appointment. Unlike many IT services firms, Maui was in constant contact with me before the appt. When he arrived he knew what he was doing and was able to diagnose my issue with the wireless router. He even stayed as we ran to the store to get a new extender and got that installed too. The appt was reasonably priced and my problem was solved. I highly recommend this company.

After a very near hacking scare, I contacted ICU and am very pleased I did so. Within 24 hours from my phone call Maui made a house call. He cleaned up my computer and secured it. He also took care of all of my other computers. For friendly, efficient and speedy assistance I highly recommend this company.

Maui is a computer savior. We were scammed by some people in India (Techsolutions is a scam) telling us our computer was being infiltrated and infected with Koobface. They remoted in and did stuff to our computer to make it look like we were infected. They wanted us to pay them $ 800 to fix it after paying them $ 200 for norton antivirus protection. We hung up on them and tried to disconnect from the remote but those idiots put a lock on our computer. We called Maui and brought the computer over immediately. He fixed it and checked it out. No Koobface and no evidence of being hacked. Please don’t get scammed like we did. Highly recommend Maui to fix any computer problem and his pricing is very reasonable. Paid him $ 80 to fix it. Thank you Maui.

After reading some reviews here we decided to call ICU repair. This was a great choice. Maui gave a ‘ball park’ quote that was reasonable for fixing our laptop. He was prompt as we had made an appointment. When we received the call later the same day, Maui said the laptop was fixed and ready to be picked up. The ‘ball park’ quote was exactly the price charged for the repair. He did a great job, was prompt, stayed at the quoted price and was knowledgeable. What a great help! We will return if problems arise. We received good service at a fair price! Thanks Maui at ICU computer!

Wow! What customer service!!!
Ok, so I consider myself rather PC savvy for most things considered. I’ve built a few computers from scratch & repaired used laptops successfully.
However, this recent used laptop I bought from Craigslist was giving me some issues probably because of Samsung’s default settings when I swapped out the HDD for a Samsung 850 Evo SSD.
Everything was going fine all except my final step of doing a full system image onto an external drive via USB 3.0. I couldn’t figure out the solution & for the first time I actually called a PC specialist. Due to time constraints, I was unable to meet with Maui tonight & he could tell on our phone conversation that I knew my stuff. He offered some helpful insight & followed up with me later on in the evening to see if I was successful.
I am glad to see their are individual business owners that genuinely care for others & provide true customer support without trying to take all your money. Maui, is not only helpful but also has genuine fundamental in depth knowledge of Windows OS.

Ok so electronics don’t like me. My computer crashed again and I tried to do a factory reset and it gave me just a blank screen. My last computer guy (3 months ago) «fixed» it but it was never quite right. I researched who I was going to take it to and ICU fit the bill. Maui got it working and so far it’s been great! Thank you Maui… you will be recommended!

I’m not a big review writer… Unless really good or really bad. MOWIE IS AWESOME. I have a small office of 6 people and have been using cloud based software for the past 3 years and wanted to transition to a server based closed network for security and a few other reasons. I wanted something simple but capable of adding additional machines and running some software I was looking to integrate into my business. Mowie knew exactly what I wanted, while educating me on how to benefit from some additional features I didn’t know existed. He stayed within my budget, and was fast and professional. Recently moving to Las Vegas from Hawaii presented many challenges for us. Having a computer provider that allows ads and pop ups added to our challenges. Adware and Trojans infected our computer. My computer crashed and they came ASAP! It’s really hard to find a good company that I can trust with my personal information. I’m so happy I called! I will defiantly call again if I need any more help fixing my PC.
