Henness and Haight

We were rear ended in our vehicle and took our case to this firm. Everyone was great at the office. Patty always kept in touch letting us know the latest up dates! Tristan helped close out our case and speed things along! Thank you to everyone at Henness and Haight for all your hard work and effort in helping us with our case! I was rear ended July 2014. Had moderate neck injuries and pain. I contacted Henness and Haight for advice and legal assistance, they were quick to get me in for an appointment. Helped me find a chiropractor and pain management to help me with my injuries. When the other insurance company made their first few offers my balance was actually in the negative and Henness and Haight after months and months of rejection and negotiating fair settlement fees for me, finally today I was able to get my compensation check that I thought was fair and even more than what I was told it was going to be. Thank you for all of your help and advice and I think you have an amazing team!

Tristan Rivera, Esq. and his assistant, Annette, did a wonderful job with my personal injury case. Thanks to them, I received a fair settlement, professional and kind treatment, and timely communications. Both Tristan and Annette were wonderful! When Tristan was reassigned my case from another attorney and saw how long I’d been waiting for a final settle from the date of my MVA (2 years), he made my case a priority to settle it quickly. I give Tristan and Annette 5 stars! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars to the firm instead of 5 is due to my original attorney, Stephen, who left the firm, while in the midst of my case, to Tristan. My first attorney was slow in all aspects of my case, and I felt as if he didn’t care about my case. However, it ended up being a blessing, as after my case was reassigned to Tristan, things moved and were settled quickly. Thank you Tristan and Annette!
As a side note, I chose this firm based on their low-​key and classy TV ad. I appreciate that it isn’t obnoxious like most of the other personal injury attorney’s ads.

Had a workmen’s comp case, they answered my questions on a timely matter and always help me when I wasn’t understanding the information they was giving me. They sent me to good doctors that took care of my needs in a professional matter.

Had a workmen’s Comp. case. They were great. They answered every call and email a timely manner. When I was not happy with the docs that workman comp sent me to, they sent me to a different doctor. The case lasted a year. They were there every step of the way. Never for one moment I thought I was on my own. I have had bad experiences at other law offices. By far this was the best. If I ever need a lawyer for any personal injury, this law firm is my first stop. Thanks for all your work. Without these guys I would not have got the help I needed.

Workmans comp can be a lot of work. The team we had with this firm was absolutely amazing. You KNOW they are busy, but they never made you feel that way. They were always there and responded super fast. They did everything they could to make things run smoothly. Amanda and Oscar truly went above and beyond the call of duty and you could tell they really cared about their clients well being. I would refer them in a heartbeat to anyone that ever was in need of legal help.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident last September. I was hurt and my car was wrecked. The other persons insurance company was denying any wrong doing on their insureds behalf. My attorney, Shaun Muaina, was able to get the insurance company to cover the costs of repairs to my car and i was able to get the treatment i needed without having to worry about out of pocket expenses. Whenever I had questions, my attorney and his legal assistant were always available and they never made me feel like I was bothering them. My attorney was able to get my case settled quickly and without any run arounds.
As luck would have it, I was recently rear ended by another «awesome» Las Vegas driver, this time was worse than the last– but I already knew Henness and Haight would take care of me.
In reading the other negative reviews i strongly disagree, but then again there are people out there looking for a quick pay day while some of us are just looking to get the treatment and help we need.

Michael Haight is the very BEST attorney you could ever wish for in Las Vegas for personal injury. His co-​workers and office staff cannot be beat. They are all knowledgeable and efficient and helpful, as well as friendly and make you feel important. They offer you water when you walk in the door and Gabby at the front desk and Julia, Mikes assistant are top of the line. We have had numerous occasions to visit this firm and always were treated like we were part of a family. They are wonderful !!!

Everyone was very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and were ALWAYS available when I had questions.

They did a pretty good job on a personal injury case I had. They have a lot of movement with attorneys opening their own law offices out of this office so my case was reassigned about half way through. Communication with the lawyer/​paralegal assigned was ok. I asked like 5 x for a copy of my file as I paid around $ 450 bucks for copy fees. Never got copy of my file, but oh well. The case is settled so Im over it at this point. They have a beautiful office located in SW area of Vegas.

This is a late review on this law firm, but I have to comment coz a coworker is currently a client of theirs. They’re a typical law firm-​sounding so helpful in the beginning but then realizing that they’re just in for quick resolution of your case! The associate lawyer assigned on my case was deceptive and a liar. He offered a settlement amount before the other party actually had a final offer! How do I know this? Because after he said that the other party had their final offer and that I was only getting such an amount and convincing me that there’s nothing else he can do, he turned around and somehow got more from the other party after I had accepted a settlement amount! Ask friends when needing legal assistance!

Anyone with a computer has a virtual soapbox to share their opinions on any topic but did you know Lawyers are threatening defamation action against members of the public who post negative reviews of their services. With that being said, avoid these attorneys.
My brief story.
Fall, broke bones, surgery, months of P.T. Called Henness & Haight who took my case. Transferred from 1 attorney to another. Phone calls and meetings at their office. Months go by, after 1 year, I was informed they didn’t want my case; didn’t feel they could win it.
Called another attorney, handled my case, settled it, received a check last week for injuries sustained.
Wish I could say more, but Henness & Haight might «feel they could win a case against me» for posting a negative review!

I went to H&H for a Workers Comp case. I found the experience pleasant from the office environment to the paralegal, Amanda, to the lawyer, Shawn. They kept me informed of how comp works and my case. They kept on top of the people they needed to like doctors and adjusters. They educated me and kept me informed. They returned emails and phone calls promptly. I did settle and I felt they earned their 33%. I would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat.

I would recommend Henness & Haight to any & everyone who needs an injury attorney. They handled everything and took all the stress away. They turned a horrible situation into something I could deal with. They were helpful, compassionate & professional. They were always available and communicated very well. This Group is among the WORST in Las Vegas. Yes they have TOO many good reviews here and that is a good sign they are BOUGHT or fake.
This group will run up bills for their Doctor Friends, use up all the money, leave you injured and lien your case. DO NOT USE THESE ATTORNEYS.
I had an accident, I was not at fault, the other person got a ticket. I had tried another Attorney that was trying the same BS, so I let them go off my case, went to Henness and Haight because a Doctor that is good friends with them advised me to and they rush you to sign papers giving them FULL CONTROL and then they just use up all the money. Then tell you to get insurance and get yourself taken care of. These people including the staff are crooks !! Do not take a chance with them or fall into their NICE trap. Sometimes it really is best to just deal with YOUR insurance and do not involve Attorneys at all. This is why Attorneys demand that you NOT speak to anyone. They then send out letters telling NO ONE to contact you. THEY WANT FULL CONTROL to sign YOUR NAME, You never get to agree to anything or even see anything.
DO NOT USE HENNESS & HAIGHT. Move on to the next one if you feel you MUST have an Attorney. Many Attorneys will take money from the other side, A hotel, Insurance company etc… To RUIN your case, throw your case, not take your case, damage your case etc… NEVER GIVE ANY ATTORNEY COMPLETE CONTROL. Make ANY Attorneys sign that (YOU) MUST READ, AGREE TO and SIGN ALL CHECKS, PAYMENTS ETC…
UP DATE I see Henness & Haight Are trying to Discredit my review and say it probably came from a «Competitor»…TOO FUNNY again. WHY would any «Competitor» tell people to never give any Attorney FULL CONTROL??? not even a good try guys.

I was on a car accident last April 2014. I am very pleased with the legal assistance that I received from Henness & Haight Law Firm. My case was assigned to Stephen Shulman and his Legal Assistant Patty Velasquez. From my Initial Consultation with Patty I immediately felt so at ease. Shes very Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and very attentive .She always made me feel like «I am her only client » .

I worked with this law office in the summer of 2013 and was extremely satisfied with the whole process and outcome. Erik and jazmine were super helpful and always there with answers and advice. Top notch? I think not.
My husband sustained an injury at a local hotel. We called Henness and Haight and described the situation. A 57 year old man falls at the hotel pool and breaks his hip. He’s now at a local hospital recovering from surgery. HENNESS AND HAIGHT DECLINED REPRESENTING. Adding insult to injury, I just saw the partners’ commercial on television. While seemingly compassionate on television, my experience says otherwise.

After leaving them an initial call, they responded and called us back within a couple hours. Asked about the case and set up an appointment for a couple days later. The woman, Jennifer on the phone was extremely professional, polite and thorough.
Two days later we went and they were very to the point on wanting to know every single detail of the incident. If we had pictures, doctor notes, and emails/​letters that had been sent to us previously from the insurance company. There wasn’t a single thing she missed or question she didnt ask. It was very impressive.
They went back and forth with the other insurance company and kept up in the loop with every meeting and discussion. I knew I could trust them and felt as if they had my best interest at heart. They’ve continued to battle them for over a year and have now started a law suit and helped me every step of the way.
Their devotion to helping me get through this and ultimately in the end hopefully win, is amazing and impressive. My case had been handled in every way i imagined it would. Theyve met my expectations and more.
