Richard has been licensed to practice law in Nevada since 1997. Prior to exclusively representing injury victims, Richard spent 12 years defending car accidents, slip/​trip and falls, insurance claims, medical malpractice and other complex litigation matters. Richard now dedicates his entire practice to representing injury victims. His prior work as an insurance defense attorney gives him tremendous insight into accident/​injury cases and a distinct advantage in dealing with insurance companies and their attorneys.

Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 1992 and a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 1997.
