Matt has been a terrific realtor. Whenever a problem arises he handles it and keeps you informed along the way. He is extremely knowledgable about the selling and buying process & can guide you through any questions you have. Very hard working and up to date with selling in this era of technology. His staff is wonderful & helpful. I had used another agent first & got no results. Matt was hired & everything changed. He sold my house & was instrumental in finding me another so my move went smoothly. I highly recommend Five Star Real Estate. It is a smaller company not like your large agencies. You are not treated like a number, but a valued client.

Matt, with Five Star Real Estate, helped us find a home when we relocated to the Vegas area last year. He and his entire team are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgable not only in the Vegas/​Henderson market, but where real estate in general is concerned. I have had a lot of realtors in my life and I would put Matt squarely at the top.
To start with, he is very efficient, which was much appreciated when we only had a couple days to find a home. He also worked tirelessly to make sure we found what we needed at a fair price. And, as newbies to the Vegas area, he was immensely helpful in explaining all the different parts of town and just about everything else there is to know about Vegas. I believe he was born and raised here so you’re not going to find much better when it comes to this unique market. And the Vegas market IS different, at least from my perspective.
We are now employing Matt once again since work is taking us away. This time he will be selling our home and, just as I remembered him, he does this stuff LIKE A BOSS. Maybe he’s a ninja. (In just a day or so, he already has everything lined up, has done all his research to reach the right value, is getting professional photographers scheduled, etc etc). We couldn’t be more pleased.
But most Valuable of all when dealing with Matt, I feel we have also gained a friend. He’s a quality, hard working guy with a great team behind him, and we appreciate him immensely.

Great experience with the Five Star team, and Matthew Kammeyer in specific! When I moved to Vegas, I needed a place in less than four days and Matt made it happen. Place was well kept when I moved in and Matt was always great and punctual if I ever had any questions. I own and manage several apartment buildings in Los Angeles for the last twenty years and know what it takes to efficiently manage properties. I had to terminate another management company just prior to leaving for a three week trip out of the country while there were tenants ready to sign the lease. Being an out of town owner, the timing could not have been worse. I contacted a number of property management companies but was not quite satisfied for one reason or another. When I talked to Matt of Five Star Real Estate & Property Management without ever having a face to face meeting, I was impressed. Matt got to work as soon as we finalized the contract. He responded promptly to all my emails and kept me posted on the progress. This firm is well organized and went as far as taking photos of the entire inventory for this furnished unit. They got the lease signed and took care of all of the details while I was out of the country. I am quite satisfied with their performance since they took over a couple of months ago. It’s definitely a rewarding and positive experience as an out of state owner.

Matt and his team are amazing. They sold our house in under 2 weeks. He made sure we were taken care of and that all the criteria we needed was met.

My wife and I came out on a house hunting trip as part of a job relocation and had a completely positive experience with Five Star Real Estate. We were referred to Five Star and it turned out to be great advice. I described what I wanted and the areas I was interested in looking in. Five Star gave me a list of properties which I narrowed down to a short list of what looked best. We actually found our dream property with the very first showing. We looked at alternatives for the next two days to make sure before making a commitment. The whole process was very simple and effective. The agent we worked with was very patient and accommodating. We never felt pressured what so ever through the entire experience. Finding a new home in a short period of time is very stressful. Five Star was very sensitive to that and put their focus on understanding what our wants and needs were to best find a home that fit.

My husband and I had purchased a home once before and had a not so great process. We met Matt and from day one he treated us like we were his family. We had quite a unique situation but he made the process so easy and gave us a peace of mind in owning our own home again. It was something that we didn’t think anyone would be able to do. If we had any questions or issues he was on it right away and gave us an answer really quick. I can say with all honesty that we will never use anyone else and will refer him to anyone who inquires about who we used. our growing family will forever be greatful for all he has done for us.
