We are a family owned business that owns and operates a flex service car wash, detailing and complete ASE repair facility. We are the first and only Mobil 1 Lube Express with ASE Certified technicians, providing full service oil changes, lube and filters. We also do factory scheduled maintenance and repairs, smog checks and smog repairs, window tinting for your automobile and paint-​less dent repair (PDR) services.

Our car wash & detailing facility is state-​of-​the-​art in leading our industry in eco-​friendly services. We use all biodegradable chemicals along with a high-​output reclaim station to conserve one of our planet’s most precious and valuable resources: H2O.

We’re locally-​owned and operated with over 15 years in the Industry. Both our lube & repair facility as well as our car wash & detailing facility has always maintained very high quality control standards and procedures to insure a memorable customer experience.

Business Owner

Tim moved to Las Vegas in 1996 to attend UNLV and play football for our beloved running rebels! He started his first detailing business in 1998, «Platinum Mobile Detailing (PMD),» with nothing but a broken-​down Hyundai without windows, trash bags to keep the cold out, a bucket, some water and simple detailing tools.

He expanded PMD Inc in 2003 to «Platinum Mobile Fleets & Platinum Mobile Concrete Cleaning.» In 2005 Tim bought into his first car wash and made it the number one car wash in Las Vegas. In 2011, he opened Ecowash Auto Spa.

This review is very late, but the problems I am experiencing are still relative to my last visit to EcoWash. I have taken my car here for repairs and services over the past couple of years. I was happy with their services, but my last experience has left me looking for a new shop. I took my car in for some clutch repairs almost three months ago because of chirping. The mechanics let me know what the issues were and we had them do the repairs.
I started noticing the same noise issue coming back. So we called Ecowash. The person who took our call told us we could come in any time. When we showed up the next day nobody knew we were coming in. That was OK, the lady up front took us in. I had no plans that weekend, so my car could be left overnight if needed. When I brought my car in that Thursday, I had a recording of my car demonstrating the noise after travelling eight miles from a cold start.
My car was at Ecowash for four full days. We called towards the end of the day on Monday and were told that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong and that the only way they could replicate the sound was by driving the vehicle hard. The technician’s recommendation was to drive the car until a part failed. I do not ride or pop my clutch and I am very rarely ever in the upper power-​band.
The three month warranty expired shortly after that visit. The clutch chirping has got considerably worse over the following couple of months. At present day, there is rarely a time when it doesn’t make noise. I will just have to deal with it until I can save up enough money to have a competent shop take a look at my car.

I used the Unilocal deal $ 26 for $ 30 and I mentioned it to the guy that greeted me when I first drove up and we agreed to do the $ 40 diamond package they offer. After going through the wash I go inside to pay the difference of $ 10 and the guy says the voucher is only good for the $ 30 platinum package they offer. I explained the Unilocal deal doesn’t specify what package you have to purchase and he offered to check with whoever was in charge. He came back with the same answer and I informed him I already purchased the Unilocal deal and then asked him to change the wash to a platinum if that’s what has to be done so I don’t end up paying double. The whole situation doesn’t make sense because in the end the business lost money ($ 10) by not allowing me to purchase a more expensive package, either way the savings was $ 4 to the customer regardless if I bought the platinum or diamond so I don’t know. Although it’s small in the grand scheme of things, it will make me think twice about coming back.
Overall the car wash itself was good and they would’ve received at least 4 stars from me if everything had worked out as anticipated.

I get my jeep washed here usually about once a month. This place is by far the best and most thorough that I’ve been to in town — especially for the price. Try to ask for «Oz», I think he’s a captain or shift leader. Really knows his stuff and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service! Amazing detail work! Super clean and comfortable environment that felt so warm and welcoming the Moment you walked in the doors. The waiting area was complete with luxurious seating and even a child’s area with clean toys which was great for my 2 year old son! We didn’t even have to leave anywhere while our truck was being worked on which was easier with two babies.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. My truck was a mess when I brought it in and they made it look like 100% brand new 2014 Toyota Tundra again! LOL My husband and I were so shocked and so grateful!
Thank you all for your awesomeness! Highly recommend everyone to go here for any of your car detailing needs! We drove 30 minutes just to check it out, and we’re so glad we did! Worth the drive even if your across town!

I’ve been coming here for a year or two, mostly for car washes and the occasional smog check. I’m not sure if it’s because of my car, but the guys who work here do an amazing job. You get a great value for the price paid. I fall in love with my car again every time I leave here. Many thanks!

Went in after it got dark, was worried because of the lighting it would be an issue but it defenitly wasnt. Car looks greeeeat! Removed the oder I had in the car, dashboard was nice and clean, outside of the car was nice as well! I recommend the gold package!

Very disappointed! Went here last time and it was a little pricy but decent enough for me to come back. I check Unilocal and there website for closing time, 6pm. I arrive at 5pm and go up to the cashier and tell her I need to get a oil change. With a major attitude she tells me the service department is closed and only the car wash is open till 6pm. I tell her the website said 6pm and she just stares at me blankly. The issue was the crappy attitude and not putting the correct info on there web site. At complete waste of my time!!!

Never coming back here. I really hate leaving sub-​par reviews. I generally choose not to leave a review if a place wasn’t above average and you can see I’ve left very few poor reviews, but I couldn’t hold back this time around. I’m also weary because every place and person has their off-​days. Moving on…
My main issues:
–TIME
–Value
I generally go to the full-​service car washes at Terrible’s gas stations, but now I live on another side of town and there aren’t any in the vicinity. The prices here are a few dollars more than Terrible’s, but pretty much provide the same level of quality; $ 17 for the «Silver» package isn’t bad for a «detail» car wash, but I’ve purchased lower packages at Terrible’s that include more extras (i.e. tire dressing, etc…) and my car is equally if not more clean.
TIME!!! Probably the main reason why I will not return. The car wash was not busy. When I pulled out of the actual wash port, there were three lanes of which I had no clue which one to go into and sat there for two minutes until someone directed me. You should be directed so you’re in a lane that ensures your car is next in order. This place had no rhyme or reason here.

So yeah, three lanes: one lane with three cars, the other two had two each… NOT BUSY! I was there for a little over 40 MINUTES!!! One car that came in after me finished before (clearly their car wounds up in a better lane) and another that came in after me finished at the same time. Two reasons I can think of this happened:
1) They purchased a more basic package
2) They were in a lane with cars that were finishing up…
WHICH IS WHY YOU HAVE SOMEONE TO DIRECT YOU! TIME MANAGEMENT!
There’s a ton of employees there, so there should be at least one or two guys who pay attention to which cars should be next in the pecking order.
I like that they do a walk around with you to inspect the job, but I will be honest and say that I was so frustrated and in a rush to get out after waiting over forty minutes that I just wanted to leave. Overall they did a solid job, but missed a few spots inside my car that I will have to do myself.

I want to add that I’m aware full-​service car washes such as these are not in-​and-​out service. I expect to wait forty minutes to an hour when it’s a busy sunny day on a weekend. On a quiet Wednesday afternoon? twenty to twenty-​five minutes was my expectation.

My husband bought me a monthly carwash pass for my monster truck because it’s so pretty when it’s shiny and clean. The maximum height says 7’4″ but I’ve had no problem in my 7’8″ truck. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. They get the job done in a tamely manner and it looks fantastic!

My husband always go here for a car wash. Its nice to know that we are supporting a local shop and its eco friendly.
Its usually busy here but today we were lucky there were only about 7 cars. You usually see pretty nice cars here. Check in tru Unilocal and you get free waffer air freshener. Thanks guys:)
You get what you paid for here. When you go inside their waiting area, they have TV, snack station, massage chair and some little jewelry thing. Place is clean too. The hubby has no complains so far. Will definitely keep coming back.

SLOW Slow slow, I’ve Benn sitting here waiting for my car forever … I can’t even get to my car as they aren’t even moving cars out of the way so I am stuck in the traffic jam of hell in a car wash. Most carwashes we get done and clear cars out-​of-​the-​way so that they could move other people through this when you hear is a parking lot. If you don’t have time as in hours to wait for a mediocre wash, then don’t come here, I won’t return

Interesting car wash concept… You drive the Car was through the wash first… Then they vacuum it and wipe it down… I was extremely happy with the Service. You can tell the guy exactly what you want… Since the guy knows who you are he comes and gets you… Awesome concept…

Great place. Can’t see going anywhere else.
First time here and I already love the place.
The thing that caught my eye was «Eco»… Which for this place means recycling their water, biodegradable cleaners, and a brush-​free wash.
But…it goes WAY beyond that:
They’ll change your oil
They’ll repair your window chips (for free if you have billable insurance)
They even do engine repair.
This really is a one stop shop with great pricing and over-​the-​top customer service.
Oh yeah… their coffee’s pretty good too.

Disappointed. I’ve been coming here for the last 2 years simply because it’s convenient… But the quality is so inconsistent I’m just over it at this point because cleaning my car after it’s been to the wash is even more inconvenient than just taking it out of my area for quality.
I dropped my GMC off for a much needed bath hoping to pick it back up without all the sand we had brought back from our weekend trip in CA.
I got the Gold package + Leather dressed and it was $ 39.
When I pulled up I asked the person directing me in to please uninstall the car seats during the wash.
He jokingly said no and we laughed then I went on my way. Unfortunately when I came back, although the car was out in the front as if it were finished, the interior was clearly dirty still. I got in the drivers seat and saw dust and dirt still in my center dash and the cup holders were still dirty. I turned ou round and looked to find that there was even still sand and a couple Legos underneath BOTH car seats.
Upset and annoyed I now walk back in and express my concern and Bryan «takes care» of it immediately no questions asked. He asked me to check it again before I leave but I’m already short on time so I just head out– I wish I would’ve stayed. The car STILL ISNT CLEAN!
