I hate doing bad reviews… but Dr. William Maranon and his staff couldn’t: –resolve my issue –do billing right –follow up –follow the guidelines of the insurance contract he signed –follow the directions of insurance agents to resolve issues The Dr. and his staff Do: — harasses patient to get paid –not the phone –not listen to what they are instructed to do –not resolve your problems, whatever they are ie. medical or billing –NOTCARE!!!
