Because home is where your child belongs, CareMeridian 4kids’ pediatric post-​acute facility in the Summerlin community of Las Vegas is designed to provide children with a safe, home-​like environment, while receiving specialized skilled care during their recovery period. The 35-​bed, 21,000 square-​foot subacute care facility also offers outside play areas, security cameras to ensure safety, two hydrotubs and more. Our friendly expert staff provides ²⁴⁄₇ care with a 1:4 patient/​staff ratio and is dedicated to ensuring your child feels safe and happy.

The facility has been designed in a kid-​friendly manner and is dedicated to children of all ages with congenital conditions, brain and spinal cord injuries and medically complex illnesses. We’ve created an atmosphere conducive to our young patients’ recovery, including distinctly decorated rooms and rehabilitation equipment specifically designed for them. And, as a partner with the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Las Vegas, CareMeridian 4kids provides families a place to stay for long or short admissions.

History

Established in 2004.

CareMeridian entered the Nevada marketplace in 2004, providing children and adults a broad range of rehabilitation services ranging from multiple trauma, fractures, tracheostomy care, wound care, and spinal cord injuries to severe traumatic brain injury. Our two Nevada locations, both in the Summerlin neighborhood, offer a 4:1 patient-​to staff ratio, state-​of-​the art equipment and individualized care plans.
