Established in 2006.

Completing over 25 years of the art of medicine, Dr. Michael S. Mall, MD reflects upon the evolution of his practice, especially the past 10 years when he became a Cocierge Doctor. The accomplishment of goals, both professional and personal, the patients’ lives he has touched over those years, and the direction he wanted to take his and their future.

The natural progression of being healthy and feeling good is to look as good as you feel. As more of his Medical Concierge patients made lifestyle changes with hormone replacement, weight loss, exercise, and smoking cessation, they requested cosmetic services to compliment how they were now feeling about themselves. Dr. Mall learned about injectable fillers, Botox, and non-​invasive laser treatments to provide services needed by his patients. As he had more time to devote to the cosmetic well being of his patients, because of the Medical Concierge model, he co-​founded New Image Advanced Laser Skin Center.

Michael S. Mall, MD celebrated his 25-​Year anniversary, the summer of 2015, practicing medicine in Las Vegas. He owns a Medical Concierge practice and New Image Advanced Laser Skin Center.

FIVE STARS ACROSS THE ENTIRE BOARD!!!
I kept hearing all of these amazing things about New Image Advanced Laser Skin Center and finally had the opportunity to try it! Ever since I got pregnant with my son, my face seemed to acquire some dark spots and after having him, did not go away. Cindy was amazing at making me feel safe in the treatment and the procedure that was about to take place. As well as coordinating with me because I would be coming in from out of town. The environment you walk into upon entering was amazing as well as the staff that assisted me! She recommended a chemical peel to enhance the appearance of my skin and reduce the appearance of the dark spots. The process itself was well worth the minimal pain because my skin has significantly improved! Throughout the entire process including the recovery Cindy was very helpful and encouraging about the outcome! If you are in debate about having any work done I would highly recommend going forward and asking for Cindy!!!

I came to New Image to get Treatment to minimize my acne scars. Cindy was highly recommended to me by my nurse friend.
Location: New Image is located in the building of the Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. The office is well maintained, and very presentable.
Service: there were a couple of treatments Cindy offered, but due to the severity of my acne scars she recommended a more aggressive treatment called Pixel, and in no time I was scheduled in for my treatment. Cindy has a very gentle touch and performed the treatment in a manner so reassuring I had no doubt I was in good hands. Trusting your aesthetician is key and Cindy is someone you can trust to be highly competent.
–Pixel: it feels like a facial sunburn, slightly roasting it. You will hear some popping sounds due to the facial hair burning.
Pricing: New Image as a whole will cater to any customers financial capability. They also accept CareCredit. Cindy personally gave me a couple of deals to help me afford my treatment.
Follow-​up Service: I hate to beat the dead horse but Cindy really does a phenomenal job at taking care of her patients. It doesn’t matter if it’s the wee hours of the night if you have any concerns you can call her and she will pick-​up to answer any questions. Also she will schedule you a couple of times to come in and check-​up the status of your healing.
Overall: believe me when I say I am truly happy with the service I received from Cindy, take my advice and use her services. I will be returning in a few months to perform my next sessions with her. Thanks a lot Cindy!

I love New Image. My Husband and I both go there. He got his visible tattoo removed, just in time before he started his new job. It’s completely gone. I get laser hair removal, facials, exc. When u look good u feel good. Dr. Mall is amazing. He is really friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. Cindy Hernandez is the BEST. Her smile alone is so warming. She pays very close attention to details and gives u the best advise for ur skin.

New Image is my favorite place in Las Vegas to be pampered. The staff is always so nice and welcoming and Cindy is my favorite esthetician. I go as often as possible for the Pumpkin Enzyme facial and it makes my skin feel amazing! Cindy pays very close attention to detail. She is very informative and explains each step of the facial so you know what she is doing and how it benefits your skin. They have all of the latest technology and equipment and the view from the treatment room is so beautiful! Yesterday, I went in and had a facial done with CINDY HERNANDEZ. All I can say is she was amazing and worked magic on my face ! She was very intuitive, knowledgeable, and understanding of any and everything I needed and wanted ! The whole staff was nice and the place was beautiful and clean ! Definitely be back, no other place I would recommend !!!

I came in for the Harvest party where they collected donations of food to feed families in need. They also had a raffle where they gave away different treatments and I WON a free treatment! So I booked it right away with Cindy. I recently moved to Las Vegas and my skin is freaking out! I came in today with extremely thirsty skin. It started to crack from dryness but Cindy knew what to do and literally rescued my skin! She did a moisturizing mask AFTER the pumpkin facial and derma sweep. My face felt like it was coated in a soft glove of moisture without the stickiness that some products can leave behind. I’m 30 years old and my skin is going through many changes but after seeing Cindy I have faith that my skin is on its way to recovery.

I was a patient of dr malls for a while. I now see someone else for my injections because every time I went something went wrong!
For juvederm in my lips he always put too much in and went fast and rough. He was even shaking and seemed very nervous. I left with HUGE swelling and a hematoma which I know can happen sometimes but another time I went back to give it a second chance he made my lips way too big and uneven. I now have permanent scar tissue and lumps that never went away even after 2 years. You can see them when my lips are parted.
My other complaint is the way dr mall injects botox– my eyebrows looked like they were flying off my face and I knew he injected too much and didn’t space it evenly.
He also recommended a Titan laser to help with my nasolabial folds (I was only 20) and it looked weird after and led to volume/​fat loss in my face!
My lips are chronically dry from being stretched out from his injections and I wish
I had never openly trusted a Dr. With my face.
I still get maintenance injections once a year and ipl photofacials but I am very conservative and do my research.
Please be careful getting injections here!

My Botox only lasted about a month and a half not sure why. In California it would last up to 5 months at times. Facial was good! Ask for a facial from Brenda! Amazing! I looked great immediately after. This is coming from someone who has fine lines and sun damage.

Dr. Mall is the nicest doctor, he takes a real interest in you and your needs. I personally do not do Botox but have seen his work and he is amazing. I have tried the XL Titan and it’s a wonderful natural skin tightning experience. The XL tighten for eyes is only $ 300 a great treatment for crows feet and fine lines and wrinkles and you can see the difference immediately. YOU WILL STAY YOUNG FOREVER WITH DR. MALL.

Dr. Mall is one of the best doctors in the city! I’ve had many chemical peels, laser procedures, and tried numerous products etc in the past with little to no results, but during my first consultation with Dr. Mall he knew exactly what I needed. He suggested doing a program that included Botox from Allergan, tightening and Pearl laser resurfacing. He is exceptionally competent, manages expectations extremely well about what’s coming, and clearly honestly cares about his clients and the quality of his services.
Cindy was the Medical Laser Aesthetician that performed the laser service she was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and made me feel comfortable during the treatment. Cindy even gave me her cellphone number just in case I had any questions or concerns!!! Talk about amazing customer care. I seriously recommend Dr. Mall to all my friends and family. I AM SUPER HAPPY!

I am in my late 20’s, I was already seeing some crows feet since I laugh/​smile a lot! and had been talking to a friend in her mid 30’s on how she was keeping her skin looking so fresh! and she says to me «botox!» and i couldn’t believe it! So I went to Dr. Mall (since they say starting botox early helps to prevent lines from forming a memory) I was nervous at first! but it was very easy, and I LOVE my botox, it gives my eye brows a little lift, no crows feet yay, my make up goes on smoother! I also have been going here to Stephanie for my laser hair removal, I’ve done 3 of the 6 sessions, and it’s made a HUGE difference, I love this office, the only thing i don’t love is that its 30 miles from where I live, but its worth the drive!

Ready, set, zap! If you are considering laser hair removal, this place is the place to do it! Sure, their deals aren’t quite the 50−80% offs that you see on Groupon or Living Social, but when you are entrusting someone with a laser near your lady bits you want experience! I recently had my first visit and wow oh wow was I impressed with the results. I saw a wonderful gal named Gwen and recommend her! She made it comfortable and is very funny.
