am a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Nevada and California specializing in Commercial and Residential sales. With experience spanning back to the mid 90’s I have been involved in managing Bank Owned Properties, Short Sales, Tax Lien Sales, Court House Sales and property management. I am a certified in Relocation and have an SFR designation (short sale foreclosure resource specialist). I have done land development for the construction of new homes and land development for the construction of Commercial strip malls. I have a goal to always be expanding my knowledge and sales abilities to help as many individuals and investors to achieve their dreams and goals.
