It was a nightmare renting a property from this outfit. They rented to me as is, which was a disgrace. The house was filthy and had not been cleaned since the last tenant had moved out. After living there a few months, i began to notice problems such as plumbing issues, toilets, sprinklers, and electrical issues that neglected to be fixed despite my constant complaints. They were shady and unprofessional and basically slumlords. When i moved out, they refused to give me back my deposits, charging me for things they never fixed. I am in the process of taking them to court for their negligence. Do not rent from this company. Michelle williams is nasty and should not work with the public. The others are too old and mainly in fml and not ever in the office.
