History

Established in 2014.

Shawn M. Preston of the Preston Group has been working in commercial real estate in the Las Vegas market since 2005. He began selling residential real estate in 2009 and now handles both types of real estate transactions.

Business Owner

Shawn has been in the Las Vegas real estate market for over 10 years, representing clients in both commercial and residential markets. He has been an entrepreneur since a young man — started and owned several businesses over the years and now created Preston Group.

Wine, cigars and fine dining are a passion for Shawn, he also enjoys traveling the world. Shawn is a Life Member of the NRA and is active in several local real estate associations. Shawn is married to Jodi and has three growing sons that are eating them out of house and home.
