They were out of the first 8 flavors I asked for(I looked ahead online). Should change their name to 12 flavors. The minimum-wage-making high school employees couldn’t care less, which I don’t necessarily blame them. Poor management. Go elsewhere, like Dairy Queen, Cold Stone or Yogurtland, right down the street.

My dad and I went to the Baskin– Robbins on Sky Pointe Drive. Upon arriving no one greeted us. They lady behind the counter asked if we wanted to try any samples, we replied, «No Thank You, we know what we would like.» So we gave her our order and kind of just shoved the ice-cream to us. When we got to the cashier the lady was so rude. She was very short with us and we would ask her a question and she would roll her eyes at us. For my waffle cup with 2 scoops and my dad’s single scoop plain cone it came out to about $ 9.50. A little pricey, but I really enjoy this ice-cream. I would recommend buying the 2 pints or 2 quarters of ice-cream that they sell right next to the door for $ 10. Take that home and enjoy it rather, then having to deal with customer service issues.

Never can go wrong with ice cream cakes! It’s a must have on our family birthday parties! Prices seem to be higher for ice cream and same flavors, but I’ll never get sick of the classic ice cream cakes!

This place is horrible, the last two times I have been here they were either out of toppings or ice cream. What’s the sense in having a menu if you can’t fulfill what’s on it.

Been awhile since I had some BR and this place brought me back! Great ice cream as usual and plenty of flavored! Kids tried some outrageous ones and were happy to have a treat other than«frozen yogurt.» It was busy but still good service.

Came in with 4 of my 7 children and purchased 3 singles and a double. $ 18.00 later. Prior to presenting my card to purchase, I inquired about a stamp card or coupons and I was told you have to keep this card and we will attach every receipt to the card. Thanks for bulking my wallet up now. Then I pay. Minutes later I go sit outside and I find a coupon. Then I come inside and I present it and remind them that I was asking about coupons. They apologized for not knowing about the coupon. I ask to speak to the owner and get told that is confidential info. This is a franchise location. I feel the contact info should be available to all guests. So I ask to speak to the owner on the phone. She continues to tell me about the way they do things and I try to explain as a customer how similar businesses work in the area. With that being said, educate your employees regarding coupons available. Well, after a short conversation, I don’t see a point to returning here. I prefer Golden Spoon and their«stellar» customer service

Awesome cake! Only down side was the cake subscription want what we wanted. We wanted ice cream with fudge crunch… after we cut in it saw it was ice cream with cake.

If I could leave zero stars I would but Unilocal doesn’t allow it. I called this location because another retailer didn’t fulfill my order. The manager took the call and explained that they do not personalize cakes until they are paid for. She never once asked for a credit card number over the phone to pay for the cake. So I asked her if she understood what I was asking her to do. She made the comment,“I am not stupid, and hung up on me”. I then called Baskin Robins Corp office to inform them how a manager ended the call with a patron. The corporate office fowarded the information to Nathan-the location owner. Nathan had his mind made up before calling me because his only comment was with regards to «what questions do you have regarding personalization of a cake». I told him that was not my concerned and I only wanted to address how a manager ended a phone call with a patron. He said«what I had to say was hearsay», I replied«let’s be real, this is not a court of law» he then followed up with a comment, «the bucks stop here» so I said«then my concerns are falling on deaf ears, and I have no other choice but to call your corporate office and inform them about the conversation and leave reviews online about the store». Nathan finished the conversation with, «oh so now you are going to blackmail me». Sorry Nathan, I didn’t ask for anything in return. I was just letting you know that I understand where your manager gets her customer service skills from. I will not utilize Baskin Robins for any of their services again. I guess Cold Stone is the only real cake store in town.

Cleanliness: 4 Stars The front of this chain ice cream parlor is clean and well kept, counters, glass and condiment areas were all free of debris and smudges. The restroom was clean but didn’t smell the freshest. Hospitality: 3 stars The staff was attentive and polite but was snippy due to the amount of customers in line. When ordering our food we have two small kids, it tends to take an extra minute or two and this seemed to irritate the young staff. Food: 5 Stars The portions are good sized, and everything was fresh and as expected. Quick service, and an accurate order are not easy to find some times. Overall: 4 Stars This place is great for a «quick treat» and for carry out but not for a dress up date night as it wasn’t very intimate.

Me and my husband went to this location for the 1st time. .we went in right before closing really in the mood for hot fudge Sundays … The girl says oh sorry we ran out of hot fudge at like 7:00 tonight … I mean really ??? Baskin Robbins without hot fudge is like McDonald’s without fries !!! I mean the girl could have at least given us a free scoop with the 2 orders we placed….

I haven’t been in a Baskin in ages. With so many other ice cream shop options, the chain just doesn’t ever come to mind. We happen to be right in this area and wanted some sweets at a time when many places were closing. I ended up getting a mint chocolate shake. The BF got a oreo salted caramel peanut thing. My shake was A-OK. Good, but nothing special. I was in for ice cream, but I wasn’t fond of the texture so I figured if you blend it up, it’ll be much better. I don’t see myself coming here very often as it’s been nearly a decade since my last visit and I’m not barring the door to come back. If youre in the Target shopping center, at the YMCA this is a convenient spot to get a cold treat.

Talk about disappointment. Went there yesterday afternoon for the first time in ages. Son and I both ordered milkshakes. The soda jerk made them to spec(watched her weight the ice cream and measure the milk. Turned out to be very high calorie chocolate milk — I mean this was the thinnest milkshake I have had in my entire life, and at 60+ I’ve had more than a few. Next time will go to DQ or Sonic.

This is a pretty darn good Baskin-Robbins:) They seem to do a ton of business at this location, which is fortuitously located right across from both Centennial Hills library and the YMCA.(AKANW kids central) I’ve never seen more than two employees working at one time, but on hot evenings(which are frequent around these parts!) the line of customers sometimes reaches almost back to the door. If anyone at Baskin-Robbins corporate offices were beating down my door for advice, I would recommend scheduling three employees for the busier times of day and the weekends. Maybe one employee at peak hours could strictly man the cash register while the other two handle the samples and scooping. I notice that the putting on and taking off of gloves over and over tends to hold up the line even further. But while we’re on the topic of the line, enormous kudos to the people who work here for tirelessly handing out sample after sample with a smile to little kids(and maybe big kids, too) and never losing their outgoing and friendly demeanors. This is just generally a very friendly and nice to place to get some delectable ice cream-y goodness.

Great place! This store is well taken care of and the staff is more than gregarious. The set up allows for indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy all the flavors BR is know for. I’d suggest having an extra attendant during peak hours to allow a faster flow of customers, but other than that, this place is phenomenal!

We came here at 8:50 and the doors were locked! We could see the girls counting out at the end of the night, BUT, it closes at 9:00! I’m not an ice-cream person, but decided I wanted a Sunday. We passed on dessert at the restaurant we just came from and decided we wanted ice-cream. We Unilocaled the closest ice-cream places, as we are not from LV and found this one. They ended up opening the doors for us, think they thought we would have gone away, but when I’m in the mood for something, I don’t give up and they had another 10 minutes before their actual closing time!!! Anyway, I’m giving them 2 stars and that is only for reopening. You can’t go wrong with Baskin Robbins, but you can for service.

Ice cream is great and so are their employees but there are typically only 2 people working and the wait gets long, especially when whole families come in. I also think it’s a little on the pricey side for ice cream

We love this place! We always receive great service. It’s usually a bit busy, but the employees are always happy and helpful. I also love the indoor and outdoor seating options. They recently added a really cute kids bench with umbrella. Not only do they have a great selection of flavors and options, they also have tons of ready made treats like ice cream cakes, desserts, and pre-packed quarts. A+ in our book!

I love the opportunity to have soft serve or scoop ice cream. The 31 degrees blast with butterfinger was awesome. Lots of butterfinger and the soft serve ice cream has a delicious vanilla flavor. The caramel sauce on the sundae is great and they put almonds on it instead of peanuts. The workers are very friendly and happy to give small pink spoon samples. The only downside is the cost. The price can be expensive.

went in real quick before my appointment next door. the girl worker greeted me with a smile and even helped me figure out what i wanted. she recommended the low fat cappucino blast. it was fast and yummy. i love going to baskin robbins because they all have that cinnamon-y smell when you walk in, along with that ice cream scent that lingers in any BR store.
