Horrible service. My parents have been paying $ 49.99 every month since August and the have done NOTHING for us. and then we were only hold for over 20 minutes trying to get a hold of a representative. Then when we did get ahold of one and my dad tried canceling the membership they tried to tell him that they couldn’t cancel it with out my mom because the account was under her name but the card number on the account was my dads.
basically, I would never recommend them to anyone. And if i could of I would of given them no stars.

So far haven’t heard back from any home owner. I am in a huge rush to move ASAP. I wish the process was faster. Put in a couple letters not one bite yet!!!

What they don’t tell you when you pay your $ 49.99 30 day membership fee is that all of your communication with the owner has to be by traditional snail mail. They do not give you a telephone number or even an email address.
I did some online research to find the owner to contact him directly, and when I got into contact him he said that not only was he not looking to rent the property but that he had never heard of Ally Listings.
