Anthony’s Glass and Mirror

I called to set up an appointment and the girl on the phone was very nice, and said she would call me back to let me know what they had available. Now 2 days later and still no call. I guess they’re too busy and don’t need my business. There are tons of glass company’s in the valley, I will use someone else.

We set up an appointment for them to come out to replace a damaged window. They confirmed a 2 – 4 arrival and never showed up. They didn’t even bother to call. I am not going to even let them come out now. Very unprofessional to say the least!

Thank you Anthony’s glass! I purchased an amazing mirror wall hanging from offer up and I was very upset that one of the mirrors on the piece was cracked. I called around several places and this was the only place that was willing to help that was friendly and reasonable! They had my wall hanging repaired and ready in less than 24 hours and they did an amazing job! You would never know it was broken to begin with. Will definitely return for all my glass needs and will highly recommend to anyone in need of their services. Staff was super funny and welcoming thumbs up! Great experience

We started getting involved with these folks last summer while remodeling our house.
We obtained several bids for three custom shower doors, and a large home bar. Anthony’s was not the least expensive, but our tile craftsman assured us they install a quality product, and had good customer service. We choose them over Lowe’s and two other independent glass dealers in town.
They were not the cheapest, in fact they were about as expensive as the other independents.
As our tile craftsman said, they did deliver a quality product, as Ruben A said in his review, the customer service is horrible.
I lost count of the times they flaked and delayed during the initial installation. When we called the office we were treated like illegal immigrants with no documentation. They really acted as though they have no competition, and are doing you a favor.
About a year later, we needed tile repair work in two of the showers. I thought it would be wise to remove the doors, to avoid any accidental damage.
Please know they treated me like they had me «by the balls». They charged us $ 180 per hour for the work, and demanded I prepay $ 120 deposit, before they showed up. Very rude to customers that spent over $ 4,000 in previous purchases.
I reluctantly paid the outrageous hourly fee, as I thought it would be better than paying for new glass, in case workers had an accident, and though a «handyman» would have been much less, I could face the same problem, if there was an accident.
They do deliver a good product, but you should be prepared for delays, rude customer service, and if you need follow up, they will quote you monopoly prices.
If you need a broken window repaired, maybe it does rate a 5. If you are doing major remodeling, go with a place that your friends have used, or one, like Lowe’s, that prides itself on Customer Service. Profit from my mistake!

Anthony’s glass & mirrors was awesome. So friendly and polite when the estimate was done. When they came and did the installation the mirrors looked great and they cleaned up after themselves all the small glass. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends

when i called Anthony, s Glass i received Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE the young lady that answered the phone asked me about four or five times to the information on the glass i needed that i need replaced and when i was finally able to speak to some one the gave me a quote up there prices after they came to measure the glass i just was very unprofessional of them to wast my time i would not recommend this company to any one.

Here’s something that doesn’t happen too much…
After other window companies told me that my window had to be dual-​pane instead of single-​pane with silicone to seal it… I heard about Anthony’s from a glass cleaning company and called, got a quote and I was very impressed with the price for by 4×2 window that needed a new, single piece of glass.
I dropped the window off about noon, and it was ready at 3pm. The price was lower then what she quoted me, so I knew I had to share my experience with you all.
Note — I noticed some of their clients on their ‘glass whiteboard’ in the showroom, they have some high-​end clientele, so it reiterated my confidence in this company. I highly recommend and am extremely satisfied.

I recently had 3 opportunities to use Anthony’s glass. (1) We recently moved into a «new» home. My husband tried to put a handle on the patio door and drilled into the glass. We called Anthony’s and they came right out within the hour; measured the glass; came back an hour later and installed the patio door glass. (2) We wanted an all glass shower enclosure, I received a quote from one company for $ 2000; I received a quote from Anthony’s and they quoted $ 1100. The glass was ordered and the installation went smoothly and I love my new shower. (3) I recently thought about replacing 3 sets of windows which had condensation between the windows. I called Window World which offered $ 189 per window; but the quote was $ 1400. I decided that only one window really looked bad. I got a quote from one company and it was $ 580 to replace the entire window, but they recommended Anthony’s to just replace the window panes. I did for $ 203 — tempered glass, double pane. These guys are great, I will continue to use them as I’m sure I’ll have to replace the other 2 windows’ glass.
A real positive experience. Customer service and admin very nice too.

The kids in the neighborhood broke one of our second story windows. Luckily it was easy to remove and we took it in ourselves to Anthony’s. We had it back the following day. Service was FAST, easy and inexpensive. If you can take your item in yourself their prices are fabulous.
Bonus points they work 7 days a week. My FAVORITE glass and mirror place in Vegas!!!
