Eclipse Solar Screens

Well don’t know about the business because they were going to give me an estimate this morning at 730. We got up at 700 and let out dogs out and sat down in the living room to wait the estimate. At 818am husband got a text reading «mr Byrd we were at your house at 720 and put your newspaper by your front door with our business card, have a great day, eclipse solar screens». Husband responded «did you not ring the bell we’ve been waiting» and we have gotten no response to that. We’re we supposed to go stand outside by the road at the appt time? Yall don’t ring the bell or knock on the door?! Very disappointed.
In response to his response. Doorbell wasn’t rang. That said why would I reschedule when we got up at 7 on a Saturday for the appt? That wasn’t kept. Obviously Yall came … But putting the business card on my paper by the front door stunk. I really wanted to get the screens done and we need it done pretty quick that’s why we made the appt so quick from yesterday. Probably good service from your company BUT I won’t know because text wasn’t ever responded to. Smh

We called for an estimate on Tuesday — Glenn was here at noon the same day! Prices are more than fair, and he very informative and helpful to us with picking out the right product. Glenn was back to install the screens Friday of the same week, and I can tell you we can feel the difference right away. Glenn was very professional and the job was done perfectly. Also, all of our windows are sparking clean. We would highly recommend Glenn and Eclipse Solar Screens.

I called around town for estimates and Eclipse was the lowest in town and included window washing. Glen came out right away for an estimate and worked with me around the the birth of my son for installation. I love how my windows look and it has cooled off my house tremendously.

I had been considering purchasing solar screens for my house to cut down on glare and high energy costs. I contacted another company which came out to give me an estimate, but when the installer showed up he told me he would not be able to do one of the upstairs windows because a patio overhang prevented direct access to the window. I knew there was a way around that obstacle, but decided to cancel the deal and contact someone else. That company was Eclipse Window owned by Glenn Goodman. He came out and gave me a more competitive estimate and also offered a 10% military discount. He measured the windows that same day and 2 days later called to schedule the installation. He was able to install that upstairs screen with little effort. He had to come back and redo one of the windows which was not measured correctly, but did so promptly and at no extra cost. The screens look great and while I have not yet received an electric bill to determine the amount of savings, they do provide added shade inside the rooms which also feel cooler. Great company, nice owner and quality workmanship.

Very professional job. Quite happy with the results and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have solar screens installed. Two thumbs up for Mr. Goodman!
