A Arrow Alignment

I had my 370z aligned here and the service was very good. These guys go the extra mile and are very honest. I’ve used them twice and they did a great job on my car. Give them a shot!

I replaced both front struts and steering gear on our ’01 Escape. I was careful to get everything back together as close as possible. Took it A Arrow for a front end alignment after my work. They came and said it didn’t need an alignment. I had gotten it right. They put it on the rack to double check what their test drive showed.
They just charged me for the rack time and didn’t overcharge me for a whole alignment that I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find guys that take care of their customers with complete honesty. That can be rare in the Valley if you know what I mean.
I won’t take my cars anywhere else for an alignment. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Took my trailer in over the weekend to get the axles aligned since I had the tires wearing poorly on the inside edge. Scheduling was easy, and when I showed up they took my trailer in right on my appointment time. The repair only took 1.5 hours which they said to plan on two hours. I was very pleased, I will see how the tires wear now.

Will recommend this place to anyone. I needed an alignment and was in/​out in 30min. Quick service and friendly people. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to share this review because I was very impressed with the service I received. They installed my SYE kit on my jeep. It’s ridding like new again. James did an awesome job. After Big Os failed attempts and trying to get me to replace unessary parts.
I went to arrow based on their great rep with the 4×4 guys i know here. Then a good friend of the owner at a discount tire confirming it’s worth it. Wasn’t too long of a wait with appointment and when they were done my truck drove smoooth again.

Overall a great job. I believe it was Joe that was my technician. I had an alignment done on my 2008 BMW 550i since it was pulling to the right. He was also able to remove my skid plate that was hanging off the car and making noise. I was tempted to give 3 – 4 stars since the previous day I drove 32 miles round trip, arrived at 3pm and was turned down from service because I didn’t have an appointment even though there was only one car in the shop being worked on and nobody in the lobby. I think this was kind of a stupid oversight. So MAKE SURE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. So you don’t waste your time like I did. In the end though, the service is exceptional and it was worth going back. I’d recommend A Arrow to anyone who needs an alignment or their suspension checked out.

I have never been so grateful to an automotive repair establishment. I needed an emergency alignment. I arrived after they had officially closed and out of the goodness of his heart Joe, the owner, stayed late to align my car himself after he heard my story (I am a veteran). I can’t thank him enough. This was the first time I’ve ever had to bring my car in to a shop so I was a very nervous. They were beyond helpful! The front desk lady was very nice to me. As it turns out I had nothing wrong with my car and just broke a belt in the tire. They could of taken the opportunity to milk me for money but they were very honest and cool about it! They charged me the exact amount they said it was over the phone to diagnose the issue and it’s a reasonable price ($ 40). If I ever had any problems with my car again I would definitely bring it back!

These guys really know their stuff! My Dodge Ram has always had a little bit of a crabbing sideways problem when I hit bumps– I figured it had frame damage from a prior owner. I’d had it aligned before and it didn’t change anything.
After replacing some steering parts, I took it to A Arrow Alignment, and Mike did a super job! My truck rides and tracks better than it has in the 3 years I’ve owned it! No more sidways stutter on the bumps, it’s smoother and easier to drive. Thanks!

Very professional. I have inquired more than five mechanic shops in town. When ask about who has the best knowledge about car alignment. Arrow alignment has been the number one recommended by auto body shops.

Used to be a customer of Four Wheel Parts. One time their alignment machine was down so they reffered me to Joe at Arrow… MISTAKE Been going their since we have 3 trucks they have always taken great care of us. I like keeping the money on Main Street as well… Not a fan at all of the corporate giant. Recently had them do the lift on my Son’s truck too. They did a great job! Way ta go Joe you have truly stolen a good client by being competitive honest forthcoming efficient and polite! The lift you did looks bad a##!

This is hands down the best shop to get your alignment done. Joe and his crew definitely knows how to take care of their customers. My brother’s FRS and my Evo have been here multiple times due to their outstanding service. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. They always make sure you’re satisfied with the work done. It starts with just a phone call day ahead for an appointment. The lady receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Chris was the one who aligned my car and he did a very phenomenal job that I had to tip him $ 20 bucks. He gives you a run down on the alignment results as soon as it’s done and asks if you have any questions. Arrow Alignment is the only place I’ll being my cars to. Definitely recommended …

Now that I’ve had the time to take my wheels off and look around at my suspension I can write this review. As you can see from the photos on my cars Instagram page. My suspension is cleaned and polished and painted. Aftermarket lowering springs, aftermarket struts, aftermarket camber adjustable upper ball joints, and camber adjusters in the rear too. I first took the car over to my local PepBoys were the manager was a long time friend and the guy who does the alignment a friend when I worked there. He knew my passion for my car. So I figured that they would do a good job. The alignment guy at Pep Boys said that he could not do it. It would be too much work and take too long. So with that I figured I better not screw around and go to a real alignment shop. A Arrow alignments video on Unilocal is what convinced me to give them a try.
The first thing they did when they got the keys to my car is they put covers on the seat so now my seat looks like a chair at grandmas house with the plastic cover on it. And they also put a cover on my steering wheel. Even though I have a floormat to protect my floormat they put a floor mat over that too.
Why I brought this car in is because I replaced the steering rack. Installed front and rear camber adjustment kits. To make the adjustment for the 2 inch lowering kit. On the rear the adjustment bolt had to be turned six times just to make a minor movement on the camber it was difficult for the mechanic to get to it with the car being lowered the tire is right in the way of that adjustment. But he took his time and got the rear adjusted perfectly. The front was more difficult because the upper A arm adjustable ball joint is right at the very top of the shock tower where you cannot access it with the car on the ground. Their equipment compensates for the car being jacked up so they can make adjustments to get it very close and then put it back down on the ground to make final adjustments to make it perfect.
I’m glad I didn’t try any other alignment shops because they probably would’ve whined and complained and it cost me an arm and a leg to get it done.
One other thing I recommend you do is to research a little bit about alignment, camber caster, tow in toe out, so you have some prior knowledge when you go there, For when they explain to you what was off on your vehicle and how they adjusted it to make it right. You’ll be able to take all this that you’ve learned when you get back on the road and be able to better experience the changes to your vehicle.
As for my inspection of my vehicle afterwards everything. It is still neat and clean and polished no dings or dents or chips. Has for all these pictures of these fancy cars at the shop that you see on Unilocal.when I was there I saw the station wagon from SoCal speed shop. It came in for some work. There were also some regular cars but they were in and out in a very short period of time probably because they Don’t all this fancy aftermarket suspension adjustment that needs to be done but simple get it straight and get it out the door factory suspension.

I took my fifth wheel trailer in for because it had uneven wear on one of the tires. I had made an appointment the day prior and they were ready for me when I got there. They said it would be done in about 90 minutes, so I walked to the PT’s nearby and had breakfast. I came back 45 minutes later and they were done!
I know why several people recommend this place now, great service!
