Trusted Imports Las Vegas

I traveled to Las Vegas to buy a 99 Toyota 4runner from out of state and wanted a mechanic to give it a look before I drove it back to Colorado. I made an appointment w/​Andrew to bring it by and I showed up a little early and Andrew took no time at all to drive it into the shop and put it up on the rack. Andrew gave the car a thorough visual inspection, told me about some issues I’d need to address in the near future, and told me that I should have no trouble making it back home. I made it home w/​no problems whatsoever. He even made some small adjustments to the rear brakes for me, tested the battery, and popped open the timing belt cover to take a look inside. He went above and beyond what I would expect from an inspection and wish I had more time to spend in Vegas, as I would have had Andrew do all the work my new rig needed. I would not hesitate to bring my Toyota to Andrew, he’ll take good care of you and your car!

Just wanted to say thank you for a job well done for my Tacoma!!! Reviews I read gave me confidence to go with you ! I will be bring my sienna for next for its 90,000 service and will not continue to bring my Tacoma for service !!!

Just bought a 4runner for all the winter driving I get done and after less than a week I had a massive oil leak and it was all over my driveway and got in the interior… Total problem since it would not hold any oil at all, so I asked some friends and looked around online and found Trusted Imports. I wasn’t sure the truck would make it down there but luckily it did. I had called earlier to let them know I was coming down so they were prepared and got me right in. The service was excellent and their knowledge of Toyota’s was really impressive. It says they are an independent Toyota and Lexus repair shop in las Vegas. After fixing the leak with that type of service I’d have to say the the best independent Toyota and Lexus repair shopin las Vegas.
They are near the corner of flamingo and Decatur on Nevso between Decatur and Cameron.
What a relief they were able to fix the issue with the leak and acted like it was no big deal — all for $ 100! I am so impressed.

This is a great shop. Customer service is definitely a priority here and the prices are very reasonable. I took my Lexus in for a leaking radiator and new spark plugs, Andrew had them replaced promptly and did a great job. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic that is truly looking out for your best interest, this place has both.

My first vistit after reading great reviews. Perfect was fast Service! Thought I needed new break pads plus an oil change. Andrew was honest informed me they are in great condition no need to replace. Oil change was done in 15 minutes. Will continue my service here.

I’ve taken my lexus all over town and to the dealership several times trying to find an affordable, honest and LOCAL auto repair shop. Trusted imports is right off of decatur and flamingo which is right down the street from my office.
Since I started going there I’ve had the works done from the ac unit repaired and the timing belt replaced then had the brake pads and rotors fixed, they even helped with a few electrical glitches I had been having. My car runs great and I feel like my mechanic really cares about my car and makes sure I am taken care of.
Call for an appointment, ask for Andrew — sometimes they can get a bit busy!

I was in Vegas during my vacation and accidentally hit a center medium coming out of the Venetian. My tire blew and the bottom of my car scraped along the center medium. I was so scared I thought I was going to be stuck in Vegas and have to stay there while my car was being repaired and spending extra money. I got on Unilocal Friday morning and started looking for places that I could take my car in to get checked because I’m from out of town and don’t know anyone in the area. i’ve had past bad experiences where I’ve gone to a place of business and they have try to charge me for services that I did not mean because I’m female and don’t know anything about cars, which is sad that people would actually take advantage of women or anyone just to make a quick buck. I called a few places and everybody was busy and could not guarantee that my car would get looked at and then I might had to come back Saturday or possibly Monday because they’re closed on Sunday. I called this place of spoke with the owner Andrew and let him know if my situation he was so kind he said that he was very busy but that he would make time to look at my car if I brought it in. he stated that he was closed on weekends but that he would let me know what was wrong so if I had to take it somewhere else no one could take advantage of me. I went down there and waited while Andrew looked at my car and when he came back he said it was fine and that we were able to drive home he explained to me what the problem was and even though he was busy he fixed it. The problem was so minor that he didn’t even charge I try to pay him something after saying thank you but he wouldn’t excepted and said it was nothing but a simple quick fix there was no major labor involved just bending something back in place so he felt no need to charge me he said have a safe trip home and let me know you made it home safe. I can’t begin to express how happy and thankful I was for Andrew who was so kind to squeeze us in and while he was busy. He helped us so that I can get home safely. I wish there were more people like Andrew that conducts business like this in the world. if you are ever stuck in a situation like this, don’t hesitate to contact, just keep in mind that he doesn’t work on every type of car. thanks again Andrew for being kind.

Trusted imports does a fantastic job! I’ve owned toyota and lexus over the last few years and they have been without a doubt the best auto repair shop for both my toyota and lexus. The main mechanic, Andrew is very professional and the service is top notch. If you want the absolute best in auto repair for toyota or lexus you need to call this guy!

I have a 2001 Toyota Tundra with 111,000 miles on it. Just realized I never replaced the Timing Belt. I was concerned because it is not an inexpensive job. After researching the dealers quote of $ 1,000 plus, I found Andrew at Trusted Imports. He quoted me around $ 600 to replace the Timing Belt, Drive Belt, new Water pump,(recommended when doing TIming Belt), and Coolant. I gave him a shot and he completed the job same day with OEM parts. Best of all, I felt he took the time to earn my trust and I was not disappointed. I would recommend anyone who is tired of dealer prices to give Andrew a call.

Andrew is great. He is honest and works with you to get your car repaired and back to you in a timely fashion. I never have to worry if he is giving me misinformation. I have recommended him to many family and friends and will continue to do so.

I have used Trusted Imports to Service both my Toyota Camry and Sienna, both cars are 2009 that he has kept running like they were new, The Camry has over 120,000 miles on it. He always gives me a full description of the work that needs to be done and options on his recommendations. He very attentive to his customer needs. I have had oil changes, Brakes etc. done. He has been in Las Vegas area for a long time and treats the people of Las Vegas like they are his family. I will always take my cars to Trusted Imports and when it time to by a new car I will buy a Toyota as I have found a true honest mechanic in Las Vegas.
