Meet the Manager
Charla O.
Manager
Her yoga journey began in a New York City conference room through a company sponsored program in 2002.
The experience left her seeking more opportunities to enjoy this powerful practice of mindfulness and in the fall of 2007, Charla enrolled in a Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Program with Master Teacher Bill Raup to earn her 200 hour certification.
Since then, she has studied with power yoga pioneer Bryan Kest, Thai Yoga Massage expert Michael Buck and Yoga Babies creator, Gail Silver.
Having taught a range of classes throughout Philadelphia and neighboring suburbs, including her own busy tots, she knows first hand the benefits of a yoga practice for children of all ages. She continues to inspire and connect with all of her students through equal parts, encouragement, laughter and fun.
