Dr. Ana Cluff and her wonderful staff have made a two year journey of repairing my smile and ensuring the longevity of my teeth fairly painless on all levels (I walked in with a deep well earned fear of dentists; the staff worked around and through that issue with success). It has been a truly professional experience. Erica and front office staff are very responsive to scheduling into my availability. The check in process as well as check out is seamless, and any questions I have had about coverage in relation to procedures are answered quickly, thoroughly.
I have enjoyed the replacement of a crown — yes! enjoyed, because it was completed within the same day, no waiting for a lab to get the product back. The crown is beautiful, blends in perfectly with my other teeth and the overall cost was very reasonable to me. I further have had all of my metallic/​ugly/​painful fillings that were 30+ years old replaced (it was a great and affordable experience with all of her new technology) and I no longer sport that metal field when I laugh… smooth blended tooth surfaces are all you’ll see now!
I actually now elect to get my teeth cleaned every 4 months as my Technician is gentle, but thorough, which means I am now a full partner in keeping my smile forever!
I trust Dr. Cluff and her staff to provide me with a comfortable, affordable and professional experience every time I visit.

Been to other places, but this one has been by far the most professional and caring to my needs. They made me feel at ease and where very polite. I highly recommend this place.

Haven’t been to a dentist in a while and was recommended to see Dr Cluff for her excellent work and amazing staff and honestly WON’T ever stop going to her for all my dental work. Not only is she very friendly but also very professional in what she does as well as her team. I’ve seen how they work and as the phrase is said «no I in team» they sure do know how to work together. Love it!!!

Dr. Cluff is an excellent Dentist and I recommend her to my friends and family. My children have been going to her since kindergarten and are now in middle school. She is gentle with the kids and knows how to work with them. Dr. Cluff was able to fix prior dentist’s work. I have been to several dentists in the past and very thankful to have come across Dr. Cluff.

She did a lot to modernize the practice when she took over from Dr. Kramer, and all the staff there have been very friendly and responsive to my needs.
The dental work they’ve done for me has been good. The one time I had a minor issue (a piece of a filling broke a few months after being completed) she fixed it right away at no cost the same day I came in. They also do nice little things like birthday cards and random little gifts sometimes.

Very very happy with my experiences with this office and so is my husband! The staff are so nice and really get to know their patients! Today I had a cleaning and they offered me an additional laser treatment that I really wanted to get, but my insurance doesn’t cover it so I’ll get it next time when I have a little more money. Anyways, when I told them they had NO problem removing it from that days plan and just doing the regular cleaning. Which doesn’t happen with dentists that’s much.
Everyone there is so friendly and sweet! I highly recommend going there!

So many good things to say about this amazing office, I don’t know where to start. I hadn’t been to a dentist office in quite some time. To tell the truth I’ve dreaded my next dentist visit. This of course changed upon my first visit to Dr. Cluffs office, from start to finish I had a phenomenal experience. I was toured around the office on my first visit, as well as showed all of the various awards and certifications Dr Cluff has acquired in her time. This was great because I immediately gained trust with the office and the confidence I had come to the right place. Thank you Dr Cluff, Tracy, Kim, and all the other staff that helped brighten my day and my smile. Upon the end of my visit I can truly say I am excited for my next visit and ecstatic about what is in store for the health of my teeth.

Had dentists past 56 years & none compared to Dr Ana Cluff & her wonderful staff, hygienists & assistants. They r #1 in my book. wont go to anyone else ever again. KClark

Have to amend this and it still warrants a one star review. I mentioned previous, substandard work performed by Dr Cluff. Work that now has to be corrected by another dentist.
With that said, I contacted Dr Cluff’s office asking for invoices that documented work that she did in years past. It’s at this moment that her office manager, a very rude person named Raye, informs me that I have an outstanding debt. So I ask of what, she tells me it’s the amount of $ 100.00. Interesting. Considering that I have never received a bill for that amount.
Raye than tells me about a debt that they wrote off, and that was $ 38.00. Now, I have to say that that debt was incurred because I went into her office, weeks after she did a crown, and Dr Cluff told me that there was nothing «wrong» with the crown. That’s interesting considering that I now have to have that crown replaced!!! Which will cost me even more.
Anyway, so I requested the invoices for the work done in the past. And Rude Raye, informs me that Afflac won’t reimburse me for that work, since it was done so «long ago.» That’s also strange since my insurance agent told me that they would reimburse it.
Bottom line, do not go to this dentist. She’s shady, deceptive, and you’ll end up being billed for things that you have never received a bill for.

Excellent service, fast clean and friendly. This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Fair prices and thorough work. The cleanings are great too.

I just got back from another great visit with Dr. Cluff and her friendly staff! I had a cleaning and a filling and felt NO pain what so ever! She’s aways honest and cares about how I feel and if there is anything she can do to make my visit better. I would for sure recommend her and her staff to all my friends and family. I will see her again for my next cleaning in six months.

My daughter was home from college for winter break and needed to be seen for a broken tooth. Her regular dentist examined her and said it would take 2 weeks to get the crown that was needed. My Mother is a long time patient of Dr Cluff’s and recommended we see her. My daughter had an appointment today at 1pm and walked out of her office at 3:30pm with completed dental work and a new crown at half the price the other dentist quoted! Dr Cluff also recommended a change in preventive care with a different product for some ongoing concerns that other dentists have not taken the time to recommend. My daughter and I will be changing dentists, Dr Cluff will now have all three generations… Thank you

My family has been using Dr. Cluff since she took over Dr. Kramer’s practice in 2009. Over these years I have grown to know and trust Dr. Cluff. Her support staff and hygienists are also professional and friendly. She always explains why she is doing a procedure and what it entails. She can perform all our dentistry needs in house and she has state of the art equipment. I would recommend Dr. Cluff as a family dentist. I would give Dr. Cluff 4 stars because after all she is a dentist, but I’m giving her 5 stars because I am comparing her to other dentists I have experienced.

A lot of people complain that going to the dentist is dreadful, however Dr Cluff and her team make the visits pleasant and personal.

I was pleasantly surprised in the office accommodations and how clean it was. Anna and her staff are very caring, funny and knowledgeable. I clearly understood the cost of options before treatment and the dental procedures during treatment. I was impressed with the technology and up-​to-​date tools. After having major dental surgery, mind you with little pain, I HIGHLY recommend Anna Cluff and her team to give you the best attention and respect to her clients. Awesome! in full disclosure, Dr. Cluff is my regular Dentist. However, Dr Cluff and her staff went above and beyond expectations this week when I encountered a Dental Emergency. I called after hours, and left a message, not knowing what else to do. Within Minutes Dr Cluff called me, assured me I would be taken care of, and arranged for me to be seen first thing. Her and her staffs Professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care and respect for her clients. This is why I continue to be her patient. Trust me, seeing the Dentist is the very last thing I want to do, ever! With Dr Cluff, she puts you at ease, keeps you informed, and genuinely cares how you are treated!
