History

Established in 1987.

Dr. Mills graduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in 1984. He completed a General Practice Residency in 1985 at the VA Hospital in San Diego. He worked as an Associate and Dental Director of the American Indian Health Center in San Diego until he opened his practice in El Cajon in May, 1987.

I have been going to Dr. Mills for about 5 years now. I loved my previous dentist and didn’t think I could ever find someone as good as he was. Dr. Mills is actually BETTER! He is gentle and conscientious about pain and discomfort. No need to fear your dentist appointment with Dr. Mills! He doesn’t pressure you to do any repairs or procedures that you can’t yet afford. And he and his dental hygienist are on time. To top it off, Dr. Mills is also one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet — his whole staff are very friendly and make you feel right at home. I really hit the jackpot with this dentist and I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

I have been going to Dr. Mills for almost 20 years. He and his office staff are just the best. I often get anxious before appointments that involve cleanings and fillings and he goes out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He and his staff are very patient and caring. They explain all procedures in detail in advance. Look no further for a professional and outstanding dentist.

Man has this dentist protected the art of the first shot! I never feel that ALL important numbing injection, which makes all the difference while lying in the chair. Thanks Doc!

I have pretty severe dental anxiety. And a complicated schedule. They were able to accommodate my scheduling needs and make me feel almost completely at ease. Every person I came in contact with was friendly, kind and helpful. Dr. Mills was particularly gentle and took the time to explain everything to me. I am so glad to have finally found a dentist that makes me fine with going to the dentist.

Started going to Dr. Mills last year. I just wish I would of found him sooner! Over the years I have only needed cleaning. Well, finally, with age the real dentistry begins. today I had to have s few pits filled. I was a little freaked. Absolutely no pain!

Today was my first visit here & it was amazing! I honestly did my research before coming here & decided to give it a try. Dr. Mills is awesome & so is his team. Everyone is so friendly ! & as soon as I walked in I got greeted by my name even tho i had never been there. Lucky guess. I already referred one of my co-​workers & definitely referring the rest of them.

I am one not to fond of going to the dentist but this guy was awesome. Friendly, gentle and an all round good guy. All the staff he has in the office are just all so kind. From check in to leaving you are well taken care of. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.
