The staff is amazing!!! Went to fax a document and asked if they also did register voting pictures. They did not offer these services but looked up were I can go and gave me an address and number. Unfortunately you don’t find customer service Iike this often. keep doing what your doing. Will always come here for now on :)

I have quite a few things to say about this place. I can certainly forgive a person working at a business for not perhaps offering a level or quality of customer service because maybe that person is human and having a bad day. I try to always be understanding and thoughtful towards people in the customer service industry because I have had to work this industry previously myself for many years and customers can be difficult and not always easy to deal with. However this is excusable to me once or twice at most but when it becomes the norm for an employee (s) each time I am at their business and giving them my money and choosing to given that company my business, I expect a level of customer service anyone would expect to receive and not to be treated as this place has treated me the 3 times I have walked in their doors and given them my business. The young blonde girl whom I only presume is an owner, supervisor or manager of some sorts has not ever treated me like a paying customer but more as an inconvenience and perhaps even a thief. I do wish I could remember her name because I would have certainly put in in this review. She is rude, cocky, condescending when she speaks to you and acts as if she is too good to deal with people such as yourself. As previously said I will excuse it once or perhaps even twice (depending on my mood) but I have concluded in my belief that this is not just her having a bad day. She truly is just a miserable person it appears and takes it out on customers. This is why I will not be returning to this establishment ever.

I come here whenever I need to fax, Bill pay, make copies etc. The ladies working always are super nice, I have never had any issues. I wish at times they had more employees working kind of a long wait at times. The store itself is cute I enjoy looking at the stuff. just got done faxing it can be a little pricey $ 7.00 to fax five papers. overall it meets my needs.

I only go there to drop off packages, but the staff always seems professional and the packages always get delivered.

I am a big fan of Allies. I used them for DMV services which were somewhat complicated. Marie and her staff did an excellent job completing the task which took a tremendous amount of knowledge and time. I highly recommend Allies. Five stars

Marie is awesome and helps me whenever I have a problem with the DMV. Some of our issues have been fairly complex, but she is very knowledgeable and can do just about anything. All that, and she is a lovely lady as well.

Bearing in mind that I’ve only been in here one time I have to give this business a TOP rating !! I was traveling thru in my motorhome and would be in Lakeside for only 2 days. While crossing Arizona I needed a package shipped ahead to Lakeside from my home in Oregon. The post office wanted 3 forms of ID and a letter from the archbishop of Canterbury… plus a local electric bill. Local mailbox type businesses wanted to rent me a box for 6 months. 1 small package 1 time ! This business popped up on my screen so I called them and was greeted by a very pleasant young lady. Once I explained to her my problem she laughed and said ”how’s this work– 3 bucks with no paperwork? ”. She knew a solution to my problem that had never occurred to me, but that’s their job, right? I immediately called Oregon and gave them Allie’s address. 2 days later I picked up my package at their store and was on my way. No fuss, no muss, and certainly NO rudeness (and remember this was a $ 3.00 transaction). I had a 40 foot motorhome parked in the street so I didn’t have time to check out their gift section… probably my loss. Oh yeah, and I didn’t have to wait in line for 20 minutes. Give these girls a shot… I’m sure they won’t let you down, it’s not in their vocabulary.

Let me start by saying the staff here is amazing and very helpful and good with answering all your questions/​Went in to get my car registered took less then 10 min and I was on my way. Saved time and headache at the DMV. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.
The service is Five Stars all the way across.

My mom goes here to ship packages so she suggest I do since I didn’t have tape and they would tape it up for me for free.
Well the lady weighed the package (a small decorative glass bottle with sand) and told me it would be $ 25 to ship. Which was a more than I had anticipated so the person helping me told me to try putting the sand in a plastic bag instead… uhhh that’s a trashy present to send…
I also wanted to buy stamps. They charge $ 0.70 for one!!! That’s almost double…
So I went to the post office in lakeside to send off my letters and package. To send the package and letters was $ 16.00.
I’m sticking with the post office for now on. Just gotta buy tape first!

I am currently one of Allie’s Angels :) & I was reading some reviews and one that really bothered me was from Daye, I would love to know what made you feel that the owners unethical? I can tell you they make sure we do everything by the books and dot our i’s and cross our T’s & also the info on how they treat their employees are false, I used to work for Allies when I was 17 to 18 and then recently came back to work for them & I wouldn’t change one thing I am very content on how I am treated at Allies as an employee. When I walk into work I know I will have a great day as well I enjoy seeing all of our customers. I am sorry you had a bad experience with us we try our best to make sure every customer leaves happy. We are always up for ideas on things we may need to change or things our customers may need so the next time you come visit at Allies I hope we are able to change the way you view us as a company.

I absolutely love Allie’s! It is a one stop shop for all of my shipping, bill pay, and DMV needs. All of the girls are always so sweet when I come in. Ashley is usually the one who helps me and she is always super nice and able to answer all of my questions. I am seeing a couple reviews where people are saying the girls are rude… So not true. I go in all the time and have NEVER had a bad experience. I recommend Allie’s to ALL of my friends and family!

The owners are incredibly unethical, lie, overcharge on many shipments (they’re independent and can thusly do as they please), and engage in illegal and unscrupulous practices regarding their employees. They put on a sweet and charming face to the public, but take it from me, I’ve seen exactly otherwise firsthand on plenty of occasions.

Allie’s is close to my home and I have been going there for approx 8 years. I use their bill pay service. I pay my SDGE or phone bill there. The employees never greet you when you come in the store. After I stand at the bill counter for a while a rude and unfriendly woman comes over to help. I will mention the girl back at the shipping counter seems nice and friendly. But the other one is something else! She has always acted like she would rather be somewhere else. Every time I go there I think whats her problem. I mean everyone has a bad day, but for eight years … I pay my bills on line now. Maybe they don’t care! Maybe if they were nicer I would think of their store when I need a quick birthday gift or some balloons. Instead I think of that rude woman. I try to shop local stores but if they don’t care about their customers why should I care about their business.

I talked to Marie at Allie’s DMV services regarding registering a car that I bought out of state. Marie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about DMV procedures and timelines. They are always courteous on the phone and return calls and emails with minimal delays.
Allie’s go out of their way to take care of their customers. For instance, since I lived almost 45 mins away from their location, Marie even arranged to meet closer to my home for document exchange.
Allie’s was able to get my registration processed through the DMV in record time. I never had endure the gates of hell that is the wait line at DMV. Their service prices are more than reasonable, considering that I never had to take time off from work to go run errands at the DMV.
They are so good at this whole DMV services business that my brother, another disgruntled DMV visitor who lives in Irvine now wants to process his registration through Allie’s.
Great people, a great organization. Its been an absolute pleasure to do business with them.

Every time I have gone here to ship items, the younger woman is really rude and unfriendly. She looks miserable there. I only go here because it is close to home, but every time I go, I leave asking myself why I went. Everything is overpriced, too. When I call, the younger woman seems to always answer and acts bothered to answer questions. This is the most UNFRIENDLY place I have ever been to.
