The UPS Store

Excellent service I was in and out in no time and they even helped me bring my boxes in. And everyone was very friendly.

I have a PO Box at this store and have had one since the previous owners. Staff at this location has always been helpful and friendly and this has not changed with the new owners. I have shipped items, received packages, made copies and used their notary. I have witnessed several times staff being very patient and courteous with customers who were being rude and had unreasonable expectations. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a PO Box with a regular address and someone to sign for packages, as well as any other shipping/​business needs.

New ownership and it shows. Friendly staff, great and helpful service and they actually give you tips on how to save money on your shipping charges. They can pack weird stuff too (I saw them packaging a vintage car bumper being shipped back east).
They have services like Livescan, passport pictures and keys, things like that so you can take care of a lot of stuff in one place. If you need a mailbox they have them too.
What I really like is that I don’t have to wait in the hellish long lines at the post office anymore.
Very convenient.

Great service. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted. The prices were fair, shipping anything large or to a far destination is bound to cost a few extra dollars here or there. My packages make it from point A to point B on-​time, in good condition, and without stress on my end.

I’ve been coming here a lot more often recently for work. Every time I am greeted with smiling faces. They are always so helpful and give honest advice on shipping. I appreciate their help and honesty every time!

Rip off…-went in to ship a coffee cup regular freight nothing special… The lady there packed it in a box big enough for a basketball and then charged me $ 31. I guess I was supposed to ask ahead of time how much they were going to pick my pocket for. Instead of them telling me what I was in for before they packed it… NEVER AGAIN!- BEWARE of this place

Now that Christmas is over and time has tempered my view of what happened… I’m still aggravated by the extremely poor «customer service» I received from the clerk working on 12.21.12 who opened the shop. Yes, the over processed, over curled, stuck in the 80’s woman who had the balls and disrespect to call all the elderly folks in front of me «honey.» How rude and unprofessional is that you ask? Pretty much so and I was praying that she would address me like that so I could drill her a new one.
I got there a few minutes after the store opened with the intent of sending my daughter several little items that I had procrastinated in sending until 12.21. Yeah, I know, I suck.
So there I stood, patiently waiting my turn until she gets to me and literally turned green when she heard what I wanted to do. Was it my fault or her bosses fault that on the last weekend before Christmas she was the only drone working? No, I don’t think so but she told me something like the following «I’m sorry, I am swamped and I can’t get to your box right now, just leave your things and your cc# and I will pack it at my convenience and charge your card»…are you FREAKING kidding me? Leave you my cc# and okay and hope that you would do the right thing or not lose it?
I told her I would run some errands and come back… one hour later I’m back and only three things are wrapped and she says «I’m sorry, but I’ve been swamped» to which I reply «But that’s why I came early and stood in line for 35 minutes, so I could get my things packed, I am paying for the service right?»
Shame on her store manager for leaving her alone on the Friday before Christmas, shame on this young woman for thinking that speaking to older people in a patronizing, sickeningly sweet and fake voice is the right way to treat a senior citizen and shame on her for not calling her manager/​store owner and DEMANDING more help.
I will never go back there… too many other places where you can get faster and better service like the Fed Ex store on Main Street and the UPS store across from the library on 2^nd Ave.
