He understands the importance of meeting face to face with his customers and still personally performs many of the treatments that his company provides. Great service, very knowledgeable staff and very reasonable price. Had a wasp nest in my bedroom wall. Dave came over within minutes of setting up appointment and in 20 minutes killed the nest and removed all the wasps from inside the house.

Great service and advice. Very professional and friendly. Hard to come by these days. Steve came out this morning to treat my ant prob I thought they were carpenter ants and was so worried about it being very bad. But ended up being pavement ants and not as bad as i thought. Saved me some $ he could have just told me it was the same price quoted for the carpenter ants but didnt. I know nothing about ants so I’m glad he was honest and answered my questions on other things about pest. (Im not from Washington in Texas you have to spray for everything. With that said i will be calling Aadvantage Pest for all my needs in the future. Thank you for great customer service and treating my pest prob.

Not sure if the spiders are gone since he just came this morning, but… I love working with local businesses, and Dave was awesome. He answered my call before he was open yesterday, was here today and was able to work around my work schedule and two really excited Labradors. He was very thorough, respectful and I felt that I got a good value vs. an in and out factory feeling I’ve had with the «chains» we have used in the past.

Tough call between 2 and 3 stars here. On the upside, they responded quickly and seem to have taken care of our mouse issue. On the downside, this cost $ 317 dollars ($ 295 + tax), payable upfront, for what turned out to be less than an hour’s work. Since they’d initially come out on a Friday afternoon, and I wanted the mouse we’d heard dealt with immediately, I hadn’t felt like I had time to shop around.
So, for that $ 300+ fee, we got a quick initial visit with bait/poison scattered in the attic and crawl space, and were supposed to get a more in-depth follow-up visit to take care of any entry points. Stephen rescheduled the follow-up visit twice, the second time a half hour before due to arrive. Ok. The eventual follow-up visit lasted less than a half an hour, involved scattering more bait/poison, and putting up screen in one spot and suggested we trim some trees back. Totally up to you whether that seems like over $ 300 worth of professional help, but it might make more sense to just get some bait and brave the attic and crawl-space yourself. They did poison off the mice, but over $ 300 for less than a cumulative hour’s work seems unreasonable, and it’s hard for me to believe that in as little time as he spent here, he could possibly have thoroughly checked for all possible entry points.
When I expressed that this seemed expensive for what we got, Stephen suggested we shop around. Sounds like good advice.

Gotta love Unilocal.Found Aadvantage Pest Control and read the great reviews. We had issues with moisture ants and had no idea where they were coming from. Stephen showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He was polite and diligent. The best part is there was no contract and the price was reasonable. It’s always great to find a business that doesn’t sound like a car salesman and knows their stuff. I would highly recommend them.

While getting ready to move out of our place we found ants had been living in the wall! First I called a major pest control company (Orkin) for immediate service. They said by my description I had carpenter ants and that I needed to sign up for a 12 month contract. I said I would be moving in a week. They said you can transfer the service over to my new address. :P No thanks.
Then I called Aadvantage because of the 5 star reviews. Dave was very nice and helpful. After describing my problem he said you have moisture ants. Which isn’t as bad as carpenter ants. He told me what we needed to do to get rid of them. Nice and easy. No sales pitch or scare tactics. Thank you for not throwing me into an unnecessary contract!

Dave and company are the neighborhood go-to ant control experts! I stopped him in the street one day and he agreed to come over and spray our house as well. He remembered our anti problem from his interaction with the previous owners and knew just what to do. He explained the problem expertly to us, sprayed and took care of it and guarantees his work for 6 months! We will continue to use him in the future. Very professional experience with Dave!
