I can only say great things about this storage facility. Mike, Varinder and Gilbert are so helpful and just great people all around. The hours and location are perfect, the security is great and again the people who work there really go out of there way to provide awesome service and a friendly atmosphere. Thumbs up!

Been with Pouch for close to year now and no compliants here of any type. The place is clean and under good care. Pricing is competitive, and Mike, Varinder, and Gilbert always take that extra step to ensure all is in good standing on the way in or out. The ladies up front as always kind and ready to help get things done. I recommend this business to anyone looking for the best Storage services Lake Forest Can Offer. 2 thumbs up.

Walked in looking and though the price was comparable or better then the other 3 I had visited this weekend it was the staff that sold it.

Had such a great experience with Gilbert he was so helpful made everything extremely quick and easy was so friendly as well thank you for all your help (I knew absolutely nothing until he explained everything so thoughly)

BEWARE !! I have been a client off and on for 20 years. I have never been late on a payment and have always had my account set up to auto pay. Recently my bank froze my checking account and issued me a new card. Apparently my payment wasn’t taken by Pouch. Pouch reached out to me conveniently after 10 days to tell me :(so they could collect the late fee. After they called me i told them i would be in the next morning (which i was). I assumed all responsibility as i should have realized they did not get paid (out of sight out of mind). When i asked if its possibly to waive the fee as a courtesy i was then told «i have no control over that and no one here does». I then removed my stuff and when i went to close my account i was then greeted again with «OH i am really sorry but since your 10 days passed due you have to pay the late fee and for the full month because we cant pro rate «CROOKS YOU MUST HAVE PAID FOR THOSE REVIEWS BELOW. Hey owners you should try giving your customer service the ability to keep clients. They were friendly from the minute i started to leave and the second i walked out the door with my stuff and for that you get a star.

I really like this storage facility, the people that work here really go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need. I feel like Gilbert who has helped me move from one storage unit to another really cared about getting the best deal and making sure that my my transfer went really smoothly, I really can’t imagine any other storage facility that has this level of service and level of genuine care for its tenants.
It is also the most secure facility I have ever used, they have an alarm for every single unit and there check in and check out procedure adds a level of protection not common in the industry.

This is a nice facility with very friendly staff. The security system is simple yet effective. Used the truck service which was free even for a small space (4×5). I would have given this facility a 5 star rating if only you could reach someone at this location by phone or if the fax would receive (pick up) transmittals.

Wow, old school customer service you just don’t see anymore. Amber and Mike are simply the best. I have used other storage facilities throughout the years for my business and honestly have never come across such friendly managers. They take the time to make you feel at home, and like family. Had a very friendly experience checking in. Turned out the unit I reserved wasn’t large enough for all the stuff I had to store. Gilbert helped me out by showing me multiple options for an upgrade within a reasonable price range. All my stuff is stored, safe and efficiently. My unit is 8×10 with access inside the building compared to direct access from outside. I think having the inside unit will help with climate control. Just an assumption though. Overall ⁵⁄₅. This place is great! The facility is very well maintained and clean. They have plenty of carts and rolling cages to assist you in moving your stuff. An elevator that is big enough to fit big items like refrigerators, Couches and bed room furniture. It’s very secure, they do not allow you to use your own locks, they provide the lock and file the key away for you. You must sign in and out and enter your code before you can enter the facility. They have many live feed video cameras that actually work.
The staff Is friendly, professional and courteous. I forgot to mention they all are very Helpful. Gilbert, Amber, and Mike were knowledgeable about the unit I would need to fit all my junk in. Thanks again guys!

I rented a unit today, Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When the unit that I wanted to rent was not available he went out of his way to find me a comparable unit within the same price range. Gilbert made my experience easy! Great place! Went there to buy boxes because the storage place I rent at was out. If I would have known about pouch storage before I would have rented here way before the place I rented at (won’t mention name) the lady there was beyond nice! And really knew what she was talking about! Kicking myself for not renting there in the first place. Amber was supper sweet and told me that they have a truck too. When I get time I will definitely have that truck come get my stuff and I’ll move to pouch. Amber had me laughing the whole time I was there. Little did I know going to a place just for some boxes would make my whole day! Don’t make the mistake I did if you need storage in the lake forest area go here!!!

We were just moving from mission Viejo to lake Forest and knew very little about the area. The people here we’re very friendly and offered us their moving van and we got a storage unit that we had to stuff full ad we moved quickly. They were all very helpful and very patient with us.

I have used Trabuco Pouch storage twice in my life. Years apart in time. Both experiences were amazing. The staff is friendly. The prices cannot be surpassed by any other storage company in the area. The great thing too is they can bring a truck to your site for you to fill and than will bring that truck to the storage site for you. Its helpful when you have a lot to move to storage.
Whats even more gracious is there, reminder calls about payment due. They can accept credit card over the phone or take payments late at night at their on site kiosk. This made it so easy to keep my items for over a year both times.
