U-Store Self Storage

After searching through all of the storage facilities in Lake Forest, I found U-​Store to be the best all around and I have not been disappointed. All of the staff are extremely kind, caring, and helpful. Especially Valerie and Steve.
I have rented 5 storage units from U-​Store and cannot say enough about how well I was treated. I felt like they treated me as family from day 1. They were great at answering my questions and even better at making suggestions that have saved me a lot of time and money.
They are extremely accommodating with any storage need that you might have whether it’s big or small. For bigger moves, they have a forklift which has been invaluable on many occasions for me. For smaller moves, they have plenty of dollies and other tools that you might need to complete your job in the least amount of time possible.
Most of my units were drive-​up which was very convenient to access.
Location is great. Price is probably the best in town and discounts make it even better. Not to mention, auto payment made paying for the unit stress free.
I have never had any problems with security or availability.
I would recommend U-​Store to anyone.

I called over to this place and was surprised that they were a lot cheaper than a lot of other locations around
They don’t tell you that you might get upstairs unit that has to be accessed with the forklift
The area that they are in is pretty sketchy.
On the way to the location there are a ton of day laborers looking for work who will run up to your car offering to unload at a cost
The hours of this location are also not ideal. They close around 6 PM or 5 PM so if you need your items after that good luck
Overall if you were looking for something very cheap and you don’t need hours that are extended or a nice looking location, this might be for you
