Auto Spa of Barrington

I had my 2012 Kia Sorento brought in for a full detail while I was in Cancun as it is my company truck and I like to keep it very clean. It is an exceptional clean truck and I am very particular about it. When I got it back I found compound all around the mirrors and on the door posts and there was a burn mark in the back bumper clearly made by a buffer. The owner Leslie said she would take care of it and she just needed to get some estimates. I chose my own local body shop that I felt comfortable with and gave her the estimate. She said to give her a few days to get a few more estimates. A week and a half later she calls me and says, suddenly, that she is not responsible and that they did not do it. That heat gun did it… there never has been a heat gun any where near my truck, ever. This is ridiculous and being a business owner I felt that I should let everyone know how poorly this business handles customers and customer service. I would not bring my car there. Many other good shops around
