Been here several times and I don’t know why I keep returning. Close to work perhaps. They do an ok job but not worth what I’m paying. They do a very poor job at vacuuming and miss several spots. I think I’m done giving them 2^nd chances.

Took my mom’s car here to get it detailed as a birthday present… they destroyed the car. After the detail, we picked it up and let it sit in the driveway overnight. The next morning, the interior was DRIPPING with leftover moisture from the detail. My mom literally got rained on while driving that day.
Then, the clock and radio lights went off. Apparently, there had been so much moisture in the car the electronics were all messed up.
Finally, the car wouldn’t turn on after my mom got gas, Turns out they had disconnected something to clean it and hadn’t properly reattached it.
The detail was nice, but absolutely not worth the two weeks of problems that followed. Also, even after she brought all of these things to their attention, she did not even get an apology for all of the inconveniences. Poor customer service and dangerous service.

Expensive and not worth the price they should have similar packages as Delta Sonic has which is the best by far. Disappointed that I have to drive to Palatine from Crystal Lake to get a fair priced excellent car wash. Talking to the people at register gets you apologies and nothing else.

No quality control. Had to show them numerous dirty spots that were missed. They forgot to perform the extra work that I paid them. Staff wasn’t friendly either. Not going back.

Overall they do a good job but much room for improvement — post wash — wipe down in and out and rims.
You have to ride herd on the interior and exterior wipe down and mat placements after wash.
I have yet to not have to point out 4 – 8 areas that weren’t wiped down properly — for $ 30 bucks including tip — most expensive available — you shouldn’t have to manage there attention to details at that price point.
This is troubling.
Perhaps competition would help them improve ?

If you have 10 to 15 minutes to wait you’ll love this car wash. If people complain about the time then go to a car wash next to a gas station. The prices are what you get here, a good service and a clean car. Never any scratches or dings, just a total all around clean. I’ve also done detailing services here and the results are amazing. They got awarded the top rated detailing service in the county for 2014 and it shows. So in short if you have the time and the patience you’ll get great results.

This place is a total waste of money.
There is no point in ever paying for the interior, they just wipe things down with the same dirty rag they dried the outside of the car with.
I paid extra to have my mats cleaned. $ 5 for them to take them out shake them, and put them back in. All the mats and carpets had salt stains from the winter, and they are the same.
The outside was about as good as it looks after it rains.
I will definitely not be back

Terrible. Rude, bad service, overpriced. I went there a dozen times and was always disappointed.

Terrible service overall. After waiting in my car for more than 5 mins… no one even looked at me or acknowledged my presence. There were 2 other cars in the vacuum area so I’m not sure why there was no one around. I purchased the «full service» car wash for $ 16.95 + $ 2 oversize car fee. This includes a vacuum, wash, windows, door jambs and wiped down dash board. Well… The dash was not wiped, the center console was dirty, dusty and didn’t even get a cursory wipe. The back seat wasn’t touched at all. No vacuum. No wipe. No window wash. The young lady at the front desk has zero customer service skills as well. I went to let her know that the car was not clean and floors left un-vacuumed…she was very defensive and quite rude. Definitely not the way to handle a customer complaint. For nearly $ 20… I want a clean car and a pleasant business exchange. Fast Eddies not recommended.

Quick wash. I have never been to a full service car wash before, but motorwerks car wash was under construction and they provided a card for free complete wash. You pull up to the attendant who tells you to leave the keys in the car. They charge extra for cleaning your mats or washing your wheels which is a bit of a rip off. I can’t remember the cost but it was a few bucks each. They vacuum the floor which is nice and run it through the wash. Afterwards they detail the inside. This was rather quick service and then you drive away after tipping a few bucks. I rather wash my own car
Pros: quick service, auto car wash and inside detail
Cons: expensive, there is some questionable credit card practice noted on the prior Unilocal reviews which would make you weary
Hidden deals: You can sign up for the monthly car wash club although maybe some issues with getting credit back as noted on other reviews.

This place is overpriced and has terrible customer service! Next time I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Buyer beware! Do not give them your credit card info!
I was a member of their «monthly car wash club» for a long time, and when I called to cancel the monthly service they said «Ok, no problem, you’re all set.» Several months later I notice they are still charging my credit card! They refuse to give me a proper refund, saying that I did not cancel the service on the phone because cancelling MUST be done in person. Even though their records indicate I have not used the service in months, they accuse me of trying to scam them??? Doesn’t even make sense, why would I sign up for a service, not use it, and then try to get a refund? How is that a valid scam? The owner, Joe Doherty, told me he doesn’t care, and that I can take him to court.
*Update* The Better Business Bureau helped negotiate the case, during which he agreed to give me a refund. I went in to pick up my partial refund check today, and he said he would only give me the refund if I removed this Unilocal review. I refused. Guess he doesn’t want people finding out about his scam.

Great full service car wash. They are very attentive and do a good job (and quick!) of getting your ride spic and span.

$ 9 for an exterior wash, and it’s mediocre at best. For $ 9 (plus a tip) I would expect they wipe off the windows so I wouldn’t get water spots. Not only that, but my tires were still filthy when they drove it out. How is that even possible? If anything should get clean, it’s the tires since they are driving through soapy water. Don’t waste your time or money here. You’re better off spraying a garden hose at your car.

A little expensive to get the best car wash, but Fast Eddie’s has had my business for years. They always do an excellent job.
Note: Don’t pay extra for the Armor All spray on the tires. Buy your own can for less, use half of it, and do the same job.
