STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY/​COMPANY AS YOU CAN. I hired him to work on my website. I paid him ½ up front with the 2^nd half due once the job was done. He made a mess of my website and took off with my money. He never did the job and would not return any of my calls. Pac Wong is a crook!

Run for the hills!!! I had just moved into the area and saw their add in the local Pennysaver. Called OC Computer & Web Design. I spoke to Pac Wong or Jeff as he goes by and asked him to come by the house to hook up my computers and tune them up. He set everything up and it seemed to work properly. He said he would take the router the cable company left and return it for me. He forgot it when he left. So I called him and he seem bothered. A few months go by and my computers are running slow so I call Pac Wong and he comes out for service call. He tells me I need a new computer. I agreed. He promises me a new HP with speakers, keyboard, mouse and set-​up for $ 550. I said do it. He came back and set it all up, but didn’t have the keyboard and mouse (which I already paid for). He said he ordered it and it would be delivered in a few days. Mean while I was using my old keyboard & mouse. Weeks went by and no keyboard & mouse. Then I started having problems with the computer. I call Pac Wong explained what was happening and he said «It sounds like you need a keyboard» I said, «where is it?» He said «look just go get a keyboard. Otherwise I have to charge you a service call» I said «I already paid for the keyboard, now where is it?» He said, «just go buy a keyboard, there $ 20.00» He became very billigerant and threatened to sue me! He bought the computer at Bestbuy and will not give me the receipt and refuses to take my calls. I have to check with Bestbuy and see if I have a warranty with them. Meanwhile the computer has issues. As soon as he received my payment, he could care less about servicing the product. Like I said, Run for the hills!!!

Our computer had a virus at our salon. I called OC Computer and Web Design for help. Mike arrived within a few hours. We have 2 computers. Mike checked one said it had a virus and had to take it to fix, checked the second and said it was fine. He quoted a price and returned the next day. As soon as he reconnected the computer the «virus» returned and infected the second computer… so now he had to take both computers at an additional cost to me. He returned the next day, set them up and both reinfected had to call and get new UR L’s for the computers… he came to connect them and all seemed to be fine. The bill was more than quoted, since he failed to quote set up charges, I reluctantly agreed. But before he was finished he had to leave for another appointment, and said he would return in the afternoon. I agreed to pay, although left a balance of $ 85.00 of which I said I would pay when he returned that afternoon. Well you know how this story is going… Mike never returned, he left us without email setup, computers not connected to the printer and one of the computers will not open documents. I received a letter directly after that from a «collections» company for $ 150.00. They decided later that I should pay more. I contacted Mike and requested that he finish the job and I would pay the balance. He was rude and very unprofessional and continued to call and speak to my office manager regarding this matter. I sent a letter requesting that they finish the job and I will pay… I now have to hire another company to finish and take OC Computers and Web Design to small claims. This is a hassle we all do not need. This company takes advantage of the fact that the rest of us are not as knowledgeable regarding computer systems. I have never written a negative review on any website… but this is something I want you to know… do not hire this company
