So here’s the deal — I usually do my own taxes online, but I had a situation last year that confused me and I decided to go in to HR Block.
My appointment was with Diane and she’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and very knowledgeable. She told me what I need to do and answered all my questions and informed me that I can file online for cheaper. She also said that she doesn’t charge for a consultation — what!!! I couldn’t believe it. Not only did she inform me of what needs to be done, she recommended that I file online (basically refused to get paid), and said that she doesn’t charge for a consultation.
Amazing service — this is where I will come if I ever need expert help.

Great experience! Geeta Parikh, Master Tax Advisor of 30+ years with the company helped me sort out my taxes and some confusion I had. She was so calming and nice and knew her stuff. The receptionist (a fabulous blonde lady with amazing style) was so nice and made me feel right at home. The whole staff is first class. If you need anything done with your taxes. GO HERE! Thank you Geeta!!!

Have Regina Wong do your taxes ! She’s professional, knowledgeable, informative and makes the whole process smooth. Although she’s quick, she does walk you through what she’s doing and explains it thoroughly. I usually go from place to place every year for a tax person but I had Regina do my taxes last year and came to her again this year. Everyone at this location has been courteous, and helpful. I enjoyed the experience here and will definitely be coming back again!
By the way did my taxes last week, and I already got my refund! Took about 10 days ;)
