This is a good as it gets! This salon is fabulous and I love my redken hair color. I love the education that they give you during you service!!! I left feeling so beautiful!!!

Beautiful salon, and I have gone for years to Savero! Great cut and a style.
I am older and don’t get color any longer but if you want a great color and no one will ever know you are getting your hair colored go to Savero! The best, and your hair will feel like silk.

I honestly cannot say enough about this salon and especially Kristina.
I am a California State licensed cosmetologist myself. My former stylist was quite a distance and also quite often out of the country. I decided to make the dreaded decision of going on the quest for a new stylist. A task anyone who gets their hair done regularly dreads. I honestly and literally searched for several YEARS until I happened upon Kristina. I cannot even count the amount of stylists I went through looking for someone who could just blow out my hair properly, let alone someone I trusted with my color and extensions. I eventually happened upon Julian Hans and Kristina. To start, it’s a welcoming and non-​intimidating salon. Everyone is very kind. I’ve worked at several upscale salons where the stylists made many a client feel judged etc. Julian Hans is certainly upscale but not in the snobby way. The front desk personnel are usually warm and inviting. Rosemary (owner) goes out of her way constantly to accommodate my crazy schedule. She makes an awesome cup of hazelnut coffee too! Saverio her husband and owner/​stylist always makes sure to say hello as well. He trains his stylists personally and does a great job obviously.
I’ve had highlights and extensions for years. When I found Kristina she recommended a bleach and tone and we did hot heads extensions. I highly suggest you go to their Instagram and look at my before and after picture «Jani». You’ll think it’s photoshopped she’s transformed my hair so well. It’s truly a miracle. For the first time in FOREVER if I had to I could go without extensions due to her suggestions to me on my hair. The color is always on point. My hair has NEVER looked this good. Not just my extensions but my real hair. At this point I can’t imagine EVER going to another stylist and/​or salon.
When Kristina goes on vacation I know everyone there is trained sufficiently that I’m comfortable having them blow dry and style my hair in her absence.
Kristina is kind, caring and a capable stylist like no other. I thank my lucky stars and hair gods I found her and Julian Hans. Do yourself a favor and check her and the salon out. It doesn’t disappoint.

I stopped in to ask questions. I came out with the best haircut I have hoped for years. I have found my place for years to come. Glory was fabulous. I had my next appointment booked before I left the salon.

This place is AMAZING, Michelle did a Brazilian blowout for me and she is very detail oriented, she’s very nice and professional, the owner is the sweetest person ever, it’s one of the best customer service I ever received.

I made an appointment with Kristina to get ombré /​balayage highlights done. I’m relatively new to getting my hair colored. Last time was my first experience at another salon and it didn’t go as planned so I was a little nervous and gun-​shy about getting my hair colored again. However, this salon is very professional and Kristina was very patient and explained the whole process to me.
She made sure she understood what I wanted and that we were on the same page on everything before proceeding. (It’ll help if you go in with some photos of what you want, but if not, they have an iPad to pull up photos so you can discuss what kind of color or style you’re looking for.) I had an idea of what I wanted, and between that and the photos she had pulled up for me, we went over a few baylayage styles before we made a decision.
I say «we» because Kristina really helped me in making my decision! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about hair, so she gave me a lot of helpful advice on what would work and what wouldn’t work, and answered all the questions I had. She helped me pick out the perfect colors for my hair and she also made sure to walk me through the process as she was doing each step.
The whole process took less than a couple hours, and since Kristina is such an easy person to talk to, the time goes by really fast. Plus it’s such a comfortable experience you won’t mind spending time there at all. The staff is really nice and welcoming. The salon is very clean and cute.
I wasn’t sure about this salon at first since it’s quite the drive for me, but since it was recommended to me by a friend, I figured I would stop by. Now after my first appointment here, I think it’s so worth it. I wish I had came in sooner! I’m definitely only getting my hair done here from now on and Kristina is my new hair bae. If you’re interested in getting your hair done, definitely try and book your appointment with Kristina! I was obsessed with my hair after she worked her magic on it.
P. s. I saw a sign when I was there saying that they offer wine or champagne or something with your appointment on the first Friday’s of the month. I wasn’t there on the first Friday but I was thinking it would be so great for a girl’s day!

I moved to Laguna Beach a year ago and had a hard time finding someone to give me a great short haircut that has style. I stumbled upon Julian Hans while shopping for shoes. The receptionist had a great haircut so I stopped into to inquire. Co Owner, Salverio Ravenda cut my hair and did a great job. He knew exactly what I was going for and now I’m booked once a month. I couldn’t be more pleased and happy to have found my stylist.

They made me feel like a special client. All the staff members I met had very nice manners, which is not a common hair salon experience for me. My hair designer nicely layered my very thick, wavy hair. She also did it faster than a lot of other salons I’ve been to, which I really appreciate because I have little patience with haircuts in general.
However, they do ask for some personal information (owner tried to get me to fill out a personal information card) and they push Redken hair products on you at the register.

I just adore this salon. First, you are always greeting with a positive happy welcome. Second, it is so relaxing and calm unlike other hair salons that are like being at a disco club. I feel like it is a spa experience from the scalp massage to beverages to other employees introducing themselves. The products they use are healthy and beneficial to my hair. My hair is finally growing again. Love the color products and the caring attitude Sevario, Rosemary and staff exude. Thank you always a pleasure.

I am so pleased with this place. They treated myself and my daughter like honored guests. They offered us a beverage in a nice glass. They assigned a younger person to my daughter and someone a little older to me. They listened exactly to what we wanted. There was no language barrier. There was continual communication on the process or intent of the hair cut. It was a clean environment. They were very gracious and we will definitely return for future visits. Stephanie was my stylist and Glory was my daughter’s.

Love this salon! I currently live in Italy where hair salons are on every corner but I still make a point to see Saverio when I’m visiting back home in Orange County. He listens to you but also knows what’s best for you. Highly recommended.

I have been to many different salons and stylists, and Saverio and his salon are by far the best I have ever experienced. Since moving to Orange County five years ago, I have had a much more difficult time finding a top notch stylist than I would have expected. Saverio is the most knowledgeable stylist I have been to. He truly knows his stuff! My hair color was a mess and he not only listened to what I wanted, but delivered exactly what I was looking for. He also reshaped my hair and it falls so much better on me now. He gave great advice for the upkeep of my hair and it is really making a difference. The salon staff are the friendliest I have encountered and I will definitely keep coming back!

First things first, I am a huge critic. I have a level of high standards I expect to meet if I ever want to recommend any place of business.
Julian’s hair salon exceeded way past beyond my expectations. I take a lot of time to study and research salons. Especially since I was entrusting them with my hair. I was greeted by just about everybody as I entered, feeling welcomed right away. Their customer service was excellent, the receptionist did an amazing job assisting me.
On my visit I went in for a color and high lights. My stylist just so happened to be the Co-​Owner of the salon, Saverio. I showed him pictures of what I wanted to do and he was very helpful on explaining to me the process of getting to where I wanted to be with my hair color. The end results were amazing. He really talked me into getting more than I planned, but for good reasons. He really helped educate me on better hair care for my well being. I noticed that the other stylist where doing the same with their clients. It was an excellent experience for me and I am definitely looking forward to go back in a couple of months. I highly recommend this to anybody.
As for pricing: I spent around $ 290 for everything I ended up getting. I was aware of the prices and was told my rates where going to be higher considering I had Saverio as my stylist and he is one of the owners. The receptionist did explain to me this before I walked into my appointment so I was okay with that. They did also let me know that there are other stylist who’s rates won’t be as high if you don’t want to be seen by Sevario. After my visit observing all the other stylist I would have no problem being seen by anybody else.

This place is a hidden jem !!! My stylist was Meagan she did a fabulous job on my Brazilian Blowout. Great place to get your done nice, clean great customer service. Thank you can’t wait to go back for my haircut.

I’ve been going to a different salon for years and was bored with the same haircut. So it was time for a change, and boy did I get lucky. When you first go in you are met with happy smiling people who are there to make your experience pleasant. My master stylist was Saverio who not only knows what you need, but listens to what you want. I left it in his hands and was delighted with the result. I feel like a new woman.

I found Julian Hans Hair Salon on Unilocal as I am visiting in Laguna Woods and badly in need of a haircut. My stylist was Stephanie, and I could not wait to get back onto Unilocal today after my appointment to say how thrilled I am with the style and cut. The salon people were all very welcoming and Stephanie was very talented with my fine hair. My highest recommendations!

I like my hair short and I looooovethe way Stephanie cuts my hair and she is just so wonderful plus today they brewed some delicious cold tea and it was amazing they were so so sweet

Went in for a color correction. I had used a boxed dye and I previously had highlights and baliage.. So you can only imagine the outcome. Complete disaster. My hair had even ashy green pieces in it, along with 3 other colors, the lightest on my roots. :-/​It was a hot mess!
I came in desperate for help. Christina welcomed me and gave me two consultations just to make sure I would be comfortable with the process. And trust me, it was a process. Christina was confident she could rescue my hair, and she worked miracles. With valuable knowledge, expertise, and artistry, she managed to make my hair the color I desired, but also lustrous and healthy again. I am completely amazed by the transformation.
If you need someone who is going to have to work miracles, go to Christina.

This salon is horrible. This last time while getting my hair done I witnessed the owner yelling at my stylist right in front of me. He always seemed mad, but that’s is just downright disrespectful; to humiliate your staff in front of clients. I feel bad for these poor hairstylist; poor things getting worked to bone. I usually go to Allison to get my hair done; without her I’m never going back. They must really not know how to treat the employees because I never see the same faces. Very unprofessional.
