A revolutionary new training system that is specifically designed to burn fat while increasing cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and overall body fitness. Our proprietary Performance High-Intensity Interval Training (PHIT) system uses the scientifically proven interval training concepts to create a 50-minute, high intensity workout that is assured to leave you feeling good about yourself.
BodyPHIT 360™ workouts are based on the fact that strength training and high intensity interval training are more effective at reducing body fat than longer duration steady state aerobic exercise. One reason for this is due the the «after burn» effect (EPOC — Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) wherein your body continues to burn additional calories and metabolize fat for upwards of 24 hours after the workout is complete.
History
Established in 2014.
After teaching CrossFit for three years, we have come up with a proprietary training system that creates a total body workout without utilizing olympic lifts or power lifting exercises. An endurance-based training system, participants spend an hour (warm up, workout and cool down stretch) immersed in Performance High Intensity Interval Training — GET PHIT.
